Cape Trafalgar

Enjoyed a morning walk around thr lighthouse and awalk along the beach. Very pleasant. A few surfers out on the water, wotth a small detour

Cape Trafalgar, battle of Trafalgar! Beautiful site with a good view of the Coast. There are paths around the lighthouse and beaches surrounding it. But if you come here to read historical info signs about the battle, there are none. (Spain and France lost this one 🙄). But its still worth a visit.

Historic place of the sea battle in 1805 between the British and the French/Spanish navy.

We didn't know how steeped in history this place is. Indeed the trafalgar-square in London got its name from this place, where Englands ships beated French and Spanish Ships crushingly. Since then England was the one sea power for over a hundred years. It's nice to look at sunsets and moonrises as well ;-)

Sunset at this place was beautiful! Whole beach area is magnificient! 👍😉

One of the most magical places in Europe.

That ship will be better off floating in trafalgar

Wild, windswept & very nice, but be prepared for a trek from the car park! Another great beach where nudity is prevalent, however there are better beaches in this area.
