If your in the area definitely come here for the fruit tasting your! Sam is so knowledgeable and is such a good guide. Everything you will try is organic and grown on the farm. Love the regenerative farming practices these guys use. You will try some exotic fruits you have definitely never eaten before. After the fruit tasting they take you on a tour around the farm. Definitely recommend to anyone.

We just experienced the exotic fruit tasting with Merran as our guide, and we cannot recommend it enough! It was authentic, educational, and incredibly generous. Merran’s infectious enthusiasm makes the experience truly unforgettable and leaves you feeling energized. We loved the wide variety and generous assortment of fruits. Next time we’re in the area, we’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Absolutely loved the exotic fruit tasting tour. It was very entertaining to learn about the different varieties of fruit, especially loved the sour sob fruit (if it’s the correct one) as I love the taste of pear drops. Would highly recommend it as a MUST do in the Daintree 😊

The fruit tasting was fantastic. Merran has an enormous wealth of knowledge about exotic fruits, and is also a great presenter. We tried a lot of fruits we’d never had before, and learnt about regenerative fruit farming. A very interesting, informative and tasty afternoon. Highly recommended!

We had planned a fruit-tasting tour, but unfortunately, the season had just ended, and we were not allowed in. I understand that your season runs until October 31. However, we arrived from Canada on November 3, and the lady on the phone refused to let us taste the fruit. While I respect your policy, I believe there is such a thing as hospitality and empathy. In Canada, businesses often make exceptions for customers who have travelled from the other side of the world. I cannot recommend a business that lacks these essential qualities.

We had a fruits testing at his place a second time. First time it was more than 10 years ago and second time is now. Before and now, experience was great. Ten different rare exotic fruits, a lot of information and great excursion around the orchard. Absolutely love it and will do again with our grandkids. You do a great job. A quiet restful bungalow amongst the fruit trees with a beautiful mountain backdrop. Cape Trib Fruit farm gave us a wonderful base to explore the national park. Easy walk to the beach and central location to explore from. Clean and comfortable accommodation with all the modcons needed. Breakfasts basics were supplemented by fresh tropical fruits every day. Comfortable beds….highly recommended. Very kind hosts who offered plenty of suggestions for exploring and dining options.

Definitely the highlight of our holiday. The fruit tasting tour was very interesting, the farm is close to many trails/beaches. We stayed for 3 nights and didn't drive anywhere.
