What a delightful experience I had at Capital Hotel and Spa. From the check-in to the moment we checked out, the service was outstanding. The staff at the front desk led by Tsion welcomed us with smiles and made us feel right at home. |The hotel location was great, easy access to the airport, famous parks like Unity Park, Friendship Parks and Entoto Parks, and shopping areas. |Our room was beautifully decorated and organized and the cleanliness was impeccable. The food and pastries at the on-site restaurant was delicious and a work of art. |The house keeping team was very attentive, ensuring we always had fresh towels and toiletries. |I was really impressed by the professionalism and kindness of all the staff members. The shuttle drivers, servers, house keepers, spa and massage crews, swim pools crews, chefs, and the security guards. They were all incredibly amazing people. |Capital Hotel and Spa exceeded my expectations in every level. They provided exceptional service and a welcoming environment making it the best place to spend vacation.

Stayed 4 nights with my 15-year-old son – flawless from start to finish. Perfect location, spotless rooms, and incredibly welcoming staff who treat everyone like royalty. They even surprised us with a cake to celebrate our stay. Food in both the regular and traditional restaurants was fresh, healthy, and beyond delicious. Excellent gym, pool, steam/sauna, and jacuzzi. Special thanks to the reception team – especially Nardos for making us feel at home. A true 5-star experience. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Rava Hotel for a few nights during a weekend trip, and I was honestly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome—they were friendly, approachable, and happy to answer my questions about the area. My room was cozy and clean, with a really comfortable bed and enough space to unpack without feeling cramped. I also liked that there were small touches, like a coffee maker and a few snacks, which made things feel a bit more personal. The hotel is in a great location, close to some nice cafes and shops, and it was easy to get around without needing a car. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and it had a good mix of options to start the day. One thing I really appreciated was how quiet the hotel felt at night, which made it easy to sleep after long days of sightseeing. Overall, I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Rava Hotel. It felt welcoming without being pretentious, convenient without being crowded, and I would happily stay there again next time I’m in the city.

This hôtel is very well located close to the city center. The staff is so friendly that you feel at home and with family. Always smiling, happy to help and professionnal. The commodities are perfect and the restaurant has many choices of excellent international and ethiopian food. This local hotel can prétend to be at the same level that the big names hôtels and with the kindness as a plus.

Great for hosting events, spacious great sound system. The food is amazing and the service is even better. Just take care to watch your head when you take the stairs, the hallway is short. Not so easy to go to, it's right on the highway, if you miss it, you need to make a long U-turn to the next roundabout.

I stayed at the Capital Hotel & Spa while attending the Africa Climate Summit in September 2025. The staff at this hotel are just wonderful: very warm, caring, friendly and hospitable. Every staff member was genuinely lovely and extremely helpful. I recommend this hotel for business and vacation travel.

I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions, both alone and with a group. The breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The staff is accommodating, and the spa and salon services are exceptional values for the cost. The pool and rooftop dining are also extremely nice amenities. I enjoy the location. A great value all around!
