I had the pleasure of staying at Capital Hotel for two weeks during my first-ever visit to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia—and what an exceptional experience it was!||From the moment I arrived after flying in from Canada, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly professional and courteous staff. Every aspect of my stay—from the room cleanliness and comfort, to the peaceful atmosphere and excellent value for money—exceeded my expectations. The hospitality I received made me feel right at home.||The staff across all departments went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whether at the reception, dining area, housekeeping, or room service, I was consistently met with kindness, responsiveness, and genuine care. A special thank you to some of the amazing team members who made my stay unforgettable: Yezab, Ager, Azemera, Talak Sew (room service), Zemezem (housekeeping), Tolosa, Gadisse (hostess), Girma (receptionist), Bethlehem, and many others whose names I may not recall, but whose warmth I will never forget.||I also took advantage of the hotel’s city tour service, which allowed me to explore key landmarks and experience the rich culture of Addis Ababa. It was a smooth, insightful, and well-organized experience—an excellent addition to the stay.||One highlight was the on-site salon, where I had my hair washed and styled twice. Each visit was relaxing, and the service was professional and satisfying. Thank you Mekedes (hairstylist).||And let’s not forget the freshly prepared, delicious breakfast served every morning. It truly was the perfect way to start each day—energizing and full of local and international flavor.||Capital Hotel delivered a perfect balance of comfort, service, and elegance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Addis Ababa. Thank you to the entire management and staff for making my stay so special. I’m already looking forward to returning in the future!

My 14 Days stay at Capital Hotel was great. Front desk customer service staffs are very professional and|supportive, The food was great , They have verity place to relaxation and Excellent amenity, verity entertainment, and the room was very spacious the entire Hotel is very clean. I was getting excellent service and I also felt very safe for the entire time I was there. they also have complementary shuttle bus to take you from airport to Hotel . From now on every time I go to Addis my first choice of Hotels will be Capital Hotel . I will tell you one things choosing Capital Hotel in Addis you will never regret .

This is very good hotel for every guest, all staff very friendly and good food, spa, front desk, good location, clean property, room services very good, nominal charges, wifi service very good, hr department supporting every inquiry like it. ||Ms. Tsion she is very supportive and caring girl in the hotel front desk. And also other team member so friendly. ||I like all of them and good relationship. ||I will recommend everyone come and stay. Take a good experience hospitality at Addis ababa.

Robert from Houston, Texas ||Capital hotel & spa||This was a great international hotel experience! ||The staff is second to none. |The hotel is extremely clean. |The hotel security is top notch. |Regular front desk personnel even management are available pretty much 24/7. if you do go visit my home away from home make sure you buy the breakfast package. It is definitely worth it. ||there are on-site hairdressers on site masseuse on site pool and hot tub available. There is a steam room and a sauna. ||Everything I listed in is post I participated in. There are some additional cost, but nothing too crazy that’s not worth it.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel's rooms and beds are very clean and comfortable. It has all the services you need including currency exchange. Th location is a plus.
