Kingston (Hulo) Hotel was a complete disappointment, filled with mismanagement, misleading information, and poor service. The hotel’s name is inconsistent—Hulo outside, Kingston inside—with no clear indication that it's Kingston Hotel 4, making online booking confusing. Upon arrival, my reservation was "missing," forcing me to rebook a smaller, cramped room that looked nothing like the advertised photos. The window lock was broken, no AC remote was provided, and staff refused to help until the next day. Instead of a key card, they give a password to unlock the door, making re-entry inconvenient and insecure. Room service was nonexistent—no fresh linens, no water, and cleaning was only done for new guests. The final straw was checkout, where they denied our deposit refund until we insisted on checking CCTV footage, proving their mistake. Overall, the hotel fails in hospitality, honesty, and basic service standards. If you expect cleanliness, professionalism, or even basic security, stay away.
