The person at the reception asked me to show the booking in mobile. After few minutes he cancelled my booking from my phone and said the new price. I said, that i already made a partial. He said that it will come back. But i know the policy and it won't comeback. After talking to him for so long, they reduced my partial amount from the quote which he said. Also the room is not clean at all, i could see 2 to 3 worms in bed and cuboards. Pathetic experience. They are doing like when you checkin, so that you won't have any choice. And if you want with GST bill, he demands extra 400rs, for the one they are paying, we have to give. OYO it's your responsibility to take care of such things as we came with trusting your brand value
