After stroll around Herald Square Macy department Store and Greeley Square Park, along Broadway neighborhood area store. Do remember fewer times make a stop at Capital One cafe nyc at herald square, at 53 W 34th St., New York, NY 1000. It's the best chill down large facility Cafe', extremely well set up Beautiful Environment with Amazing Service Station. Most of all as CapitalOne customer get discount from purchase at the counter!

I had passed this Capital One Cafe a few times on my trips to NYC and wanted to drop in to check it out. This time I dropped in and am glad I did. First of all though I am a Capital One card holder, this is not just for people who have a Capital One card or account (though Capital One card holders get a 50% discount on coffee). I got a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich. It was busy so there was a little wait. The staff were very friendly and provided great customer service. The inside was very spacious with a lot of seating and tables. Though it's located on one of the busiest corners in Manhattan, the environment inside is very relaxing. The coffee and sandwich was really good and I can definitely see myself stopping in again.

Google
Capital One Cafe I love you…it really is a nice place to sit and work and enjoy the vibes! But I would recommend against the lavender honey latte the flavours r really weird with each other, I legit could not finish my drink. Matcha on the other hand, 5 stars ✨

Google
Pretty good if you're a CO customer because of the discount on drinks and office you can book (week in advance though because it's on high demand). Otherwise in more sure it's worth of, it's always packed!

Google
Coffee is good. Should try their honey lavender latte. Avoid going on Mondays till the MLB season as its overcrowded due to their free coffee promotion.

I had just recently got a card and heard about the half off drink so I decided to stop by. The only sugar-free option they have is sugar-free vanilla but the latte I got was super delicious and made my morning great! the ladies working were also super sweet. my drink ended up being $4.40 for a 16 ounce latte. regular price without the card would’ve been $8.80.

Google
Nice place to go in and relax a bit Seems like a lot of employees meet up here and travels who need a quick break. Drinks are half off for Capital One credit card holders. That was a nice perk. Drinks are ok. I got a mocha and had a burnt taste to it. They only have one bathroom stall which there was a long line to use the bathroom.

Google
My go-to for reliable coffee shop third spaces to work while in the city! Lots of space to sit, quieter music, comfy seats. Verve pumpkin spice latte was perfect — made with real pumpkin and not too sweet.

Yelp
I am so impressed by how this location's staff who works as fast and efficiently as they can! With the amount of orders they get on Mondays, it is so impressive how they can hold excellent customer service each time! For those that were complaining about the wait in line today: what did you expect for a free event? It happens every Monday and they are always swamped solely because they are racking a number of orders so quickly! Have some patience and some grace for these baristas, or just don't come at all if you do not have the time. Thank you so much, Capital One Cafe staff! You are all amazing!!! Also highly recommend their Honey Lavender latte :D

Yelp
Nicely designed interior otherwise but only having 1 bathroom for a coffee size of this size is ridiculous. Line was 6 person deep on a weekday. When I reached the front of the line after 15 minutes or so, 5 people were behind me. So, there's a constant wait.

Yelp
ok so this 2 star is pertaining to the drinks not the actual cafe i stumbled upon this capital one cafe while walking and thought why not check it out as we had an hour to spare and it was a monday and they give out free drinks on monday the space is absolutely gorgeous with ample amount of seating, i would come back and just enjoy the atmosphere (the space itself gets a 4 stars, minus 1 star because they only have one bathroom for the entire space which is WILD to me as the space can definitely hold over 50-100 people and to only have one bathroom is NOT enough; the wait for the bathroom alone was over 15 minutes) the staff were definitely overworked as there were only 3? people working on a monday when they provide free drinks. STAFF YOUR PEOPLE CAPITAL ONE. they were overworked and were behind. it took them 20 minutes for my matcha latte which was just milk, tasted no matcha at all. their ice machine broke down so they couldn't give us ice in our drinks. sometimes they will call out the name without the receipt so if you missed it , you just see a drink sitting there. people also stole other people's drinks. not acceptable. i get that the drinks are free but what is the point if it tastes like crap . the staff aren't happy and neither are the customers. overall, if you need space to wind down and chill & charge your phone or chat with friends, this is a really nice place to do so; however if you're here for drinks, i don't recommend it. i dont know if the quality goes up on the days you do pay for the drinks but on mondays, i would say skip it

Yelp
This Capital One Cafe is huge!! I got the matcha apple soda drink and I really enjoyed it. It was refreshing and not too matcha-ey. It has sparkling apple cider which I loved. I would definitely get this drink again. Nayjiba (I hope I got her name right) was lovely and she recommend this drink to me.

Yelp
I think this might be the fanciest looking branch yet (I've visited a few of their other locations around lower Manhattan). There is seating that's very spaced out over one floor. It's a gigantic space though and also attached to the Capital One bank. There is one bathroom (fyi, closes 15 minutes before the cafe closes) and the cafe stops taking orders exactly at 7. I stopped by to redeem a free drink coupon for a hot matcha latte and I think I prefer the cold version more. Too bad the limited time strawberry matcha doesn't have a hot version. One unique thing I noticed was that they have sparkling and regular water on tap (not sure if other branches have this available too).

Yelp
Shoutout to all the workers that work those free drink Mondays!!! They're efficient l and still very kind! Lots of room to wander and sit as well! I took a picture of my receipt because I've never seen anyone misspell my name like that, but I liked it a lot haha! This is my go to drink and it's always delicious!

Yelp
**Capital One Café - 2/5 stars** When Capital One Café first opened, the coffee was decent, but my recent visit was a letdown. There was a long line at the register and another at the barista area. While we were waiting, one of the two baristas left, leaving just one person to handle a growing crowd. For a 20 mins water, My friend and I ordered iced lattes with oat and almond milk, but they barely tasted like coffee--more like overpriced milk ($7.89 for what felt like McDonald's quality). Disappointing experience, and I won't be back.

Yelp
Connected to the bank. We stored in to kill an hour from our walking tour of NYC. This place is large and popular with many seats taken. I really enjoyed the signature Honey Lavender Latte while I people watched from the window. Highly recommend!

Yelp
these guys are absolute troopers. store was FLOODED on an mlb monday and i still got my drink (with modifications, delicious) ordered and in hand in under 30 minutes. and the cashier was upbeat and friendly. i hope corporate either pays these people very well or adds an option to tip on a comped drink soon! other than the craziness of the line, the place is spacious, airy, and catches a good amount of sun. and yes there's a line it's manhattan lol. again kudos to the workers, absolute stars.

Yelp
Amazing hot chocolate and love the deals they have with free drinks occasionally. Perfect winter treat I look forward to all the time. Cutest sitting area as a break from the city as well. Only complaint is it's always so crowded. Overall always a good experience. Not sure of their other drinks as I've only ever had gotten chocolate but the hot cider was definitely not like other cider I've had that was good so the cider is definitely really bad here in my opinion. But yes, best hot chocolate

Yelp
came for mlb mondays and i was ready for the staff to be in a bad mood + drinks to be bad but actually it was neither!! staff were super kind and efficient despite being incredibly busy. i got a strawb matcha and it was... really good... what.... i did not know capital one had it like that! the interior was also very nice with spaces to work + a bathroom (always a slay in a city)
google avatar

Yelp
Food (5/5): Great deal because 50% off drinks. We got three drinks for below $10. I got the hot apple cider and it was delicious. Service (5/5): No issues with the service and the drinks came out fast. Ambiance (5/5): Really nice upscale ambiance with tons of seating and good for co-working. It can be quite busy.

Yelp
So the banking industry is so lucrative that it hosts these cafe's open to the public, that have a huge amount of space in hi real estate areas...folks sitting all day on computers. I am eager to learn how this business model works. The coffee was literally the worst that I can remember having in a shop/cafe. Seating is challenging as there is no incentive for those making this their home office to leave. I don't get it, but I met a friend so it was a convenient central location, however I would not return.
google avatar

Yelp
Super great Capital one Café. It was super clean and a ton of seating as well as interactive things to do. I quickly ordered and the cashier was super friendly. Came on a Monday for the MLB free coffee and it was super busy. Prepare to wait in a long line. While we waited, there were a couple Photo Booths that I enjoyed and before I knew it, my coffee was ready. Got the smores shakerato which is a special and was really delicious. Can't wait to go back and visit.

Yelp
I absolutely love all the capital one cafes, as they have many chains throughout the city. This time, I ordered a seasonal drink: the vanilla rose latte. It was a little sour mixed with sweetness. I enjoyed the latte art that the baristas put on my drink. They also have free luggage tags wsl. The only downside I could think of was that it was overly crowded on a Tuesday. I had wished there were ample seating and more charging outlets. Additionally, I appreciate the clean restroom and interior meeting rooms. You can tell that the business takes care of their chain locations.
google avatar

Sarah Y.

Yelp
Came for baseball free drink Mondays! I ordered the matcha latte, which was acirlay really good! I saw that they squeezed it from a bottle (not made on the spot) but was pretty solid! It wasn't too crowded, we went at 9am on Memorial day. Very chill spot to work or hang out and take a quick break!

Yelp
The brand ambassador, Henri, was very kind and helpful! She explained the benefits of capital one and gave us a tour of Capital One Cafe! I would go back there because of the welcoming experience I had. I am a proud member of Capital One. Now even better with the 50% drinks for Capital One members year round! I tried the Gingersnap latte and it was very good. Order it extra hot if you do. I think they do need at least three people making drinks because 34th street is extremely busy. They should have 3 on drinks and one at register. They have a sit down area and bathroom for customers.

Yelp
I've been a satisfied Capital One customer for many years, but this was my first time at a Capital One Cafe. From the moment I walked in I was impressed by everyone's friendliness. The place is a combination of a bank and a cafe. I was greeted by Angel, who offered me a tour. He was extremely nice and polite, and very willing to make sure that I was happy. I decided to order a drink so I ordered a cappuccino. Capital One customers get half off on any drink which is nice. I didn't order any of the baked goods because I had already eaten but everything looked really good. It was very busy so it took a little time to get my order but the crew interacted with customers to let them know things were coming. They really had excellent customer service at the cafe and in the banking department. I would definitely visit again. It was interesting to see the number of people hanging out there on their laptops . There's wifi and power outlets available.

Yelp
I had passed this Capital One Cafe a few times on my trips to NYC and wanted to drop in to check it out. This time I dropped in and am glad I did. Yelp
There are 2 ATMs inside and 2 in the vestibule on 6th Ave which were very convenient with no or short wait times. But is this location good for its other offerings??? There was a very long line for the restroom. You might have better luck in Macy's. There's lots of seating but it's all full with very little turnover. There were quite a few people standing up using their laptops. With my bad back, that couldn't be me. I didn't even take advantage of my cafe discount as a Capital One member because there was no place to sit. The crowding at this cafe just highlights how Starbucks is failing the community. These cafes seem to be the new thing Capital One is expanding while closing numerous banking locations. I've had 4 locations that I regularly used close. 3 within the past 2 years. Every storefront is still empty. I don't know if this is a wise allocation of resources but this cafe's ATM did come in handy today.
google avatar

Yasmine B.

Yelp
This cafe is a nice gem to 34th. It's got a clean, modern vibe and feels alternative to your typical coffee spot. I love that they offer discounts if you have a Capital One card. The drinks are solid, and the space itself is welcoming with plenty of seating. It's a great place to chill, get some work done, or have a casual meet-up. That said, I do think the seating should be more regulated to prioritize cardholders as it gets crowded fast. One downside is the service. It tends to be slow and disorganized, which can be frustrating, especially during peak hours. But even with that, it's still a better choice than Starbucks in my book (because we don't support that place). and I appreciate that there's even a section where you can speak with Capital One reps for account related support
google avatar

Alexander P.

Yelp
This is a high foot traffic Capital One Café but it's my go-to when killing time between TKTS and showtime. There's usually seating available and as always you "save" 50% with your Capital One card. I personally find the drink choices @C1C boring -- after you've had the ginger/turmeric latte and the lavender latte a handful of times there's not much else to say. It's directly outside the 34th St./Herald Sq. subway exit (signs for NE corner of 6th Ave & 34th). It's also right across the street from Macy's if you have extra time to kill.
google avatar

Michelle B.

Yelp
The space is quite big, I'm not sure if it's the day or whichever but I seem to choose a wrong day to order. There are 6 people on staff, 2 seem to be cleaning. 1 on register and the other 2 which are making drinks are too busy chit chatting making the wait for the drinks deathly long. The espresso based drinks are pretty good, they make it well. There seems to be only one bathroom, so try your luck at the Macy's across the street. I hadn't tried no food, so I can't say anything about that. Perk: use your cap 1 debit/credit card for 50% off any handmade beverage!
google avatar

Rebecca D.

Yelp
Love me some capital one Monday! The staff here is amazing. There's always a bunch of people taking advantage of the free drink but the staff provide quick and great service.
google avatar

Marie Y.

Yelp
I went in here for the first time recently to use a coupon for a free drink. The menu had various coffee and tea options available with the prices being around the same as Starbucks. While the cafe is open to everyone, regardless of being a Capital One card owner, purchasing your cafe item with a Capital One card would be an economic decision as one receives a 50% discount with the card. Since it was later in the afternoon on a chilly day, I opted for a hot turmeric ginger latte. The drink had a good turmeric and ginger flavor with a slightly more spicy kick due to the ginger, something which I enjoyed. The cafe is spacious with lots of seating that were all occupied when I was there. I also enjoyed the hydration station where one could select from regular water and carbonated water. The one drawback was that the cafe only had one gender neutral restroom (at least that I saw) so using it involved waiting in a line. If you're waiting or wanting to grab a drink in the Ktown area, the Capital One cafe is definitely one to consider!
google avatar

Kenneth E.

Yelp
I've been here a few times. If you have a capital one card, the drinks are half off and they are just as good as Starbucks or any other chain in my opinion. I will say that it is always packed, so it can be really difficult to find a seat or try to work from here, though this would in theory be the perfect place to do that. The service is always friendly and pretty fast so a great place to stop in if you want to grab a quick drink!
google avatar

Irene C.

Yelp
Nice cafe for working, but it can get pretty packed and a little loud in here. It's a beautiful space with lots of tables and couches. Their coffee is pretty good - I got the Winter Mint Mocha - and are half off for capital one cardholders. They also have plenty of outlets and free wifi, but the bathroom line is consistently a 30 minute wait as it's a cafe located in the heart of midtown and there's only one stall (huge flaw).
google avatar

Amy W.

Yelp
Solid place to meet a friend for coffee / cold drink! It's right on top of the 456 subway, which makes it a great place to meet in the city. It's also close to Central Park, if you meet and decide to take a walk outside. Prices are reasonable, though their menu is a bit more limited and doesn't have a ton of variety. I like their iced ginger spritz drink, and their seasonal kombucha is also ginger flavored. It's a nice and clean spot, but would caution that it is often hard to find seating inside.
google avatar

Kathy X.

Yelp
Super cute and cozy cafe not just for CapitalOne card holders. They have a nice drink menu, yummy looking pastries, seating throughout, and comfortable couches in the back. I first heard about this place when I saw QR codes for free coffee in the Herald Square subway station. So, I stopped by and chose the Honey Lavender Latte, which was very good. There was delicate lavender taste, sweetened by the honey. Recently, I came by for the Grand Opening (even though the place had been open for a couple months) and it was a fun celebration. I had another free drink offer, and got the Spiced Cardamom this time. It was enjoyable. I also tried the Monkey Bread, which was so delicious! It was crispy, delightfully sticky, light, filled with rich chocolate and chewy raisins. There were fruity drinks and little quiches that were being passed out, Photo Booth, music and dancing, creating your own mini Capital One tote bag, and more. In the front there was also a space to write down your financial dreams. Since my paper had a star on it, I was able to get a Money Tree, so that was really cool. I definitely enjoyed my time here every time I visit and would come by again.

Yelp
I've been coming across some amazing customer service this week. There was a guy at the front taking orders and he mentioned the MLB promotion but I'm an iced latte gal 99% of the time so I didn't take advantage of it. Him and I had a nice chat before I actually placed my order at the till but he was very kind and hospitable. The seating was packed OUT so I had to sit in the branch portion of the cafe lmaoo.
google avatar

Grace A.

Yelp
Capital One Cafe is actually the first cafe I have ever gone to in NYC. I love a good coffee at a reasonable cost + a homey cute atmosphere with a lot of seating. The staff who greet you when you enter are very welcoming and knowledgeable concerning Capital One services. This place is typically packed, unless you stop by very early in the morning. Sometimes I will come here and journal for an hour or so before heading to the office. Coffee drinks are 50% off if you are a Capital One member. I love my Quicksilver Capital One card for this reason and much more. The baristas are very sweet. Other reviewers have stated that they need more staff, and as a former cafe manager, I agree that they are understaffed. For what it's worth, I have a lot of respect for the baristas-- they are small in number but mighty. Knocking off a star for this reason. Hopefully they staff another person for each shift-- foot traffic here during peak hours is rapid fire orders.

Yelp
Upscale Vibes, Dirt-Cheap Drinks, and Chill Energy Capital One Café is shockingly good. Imagine an upscale bank lounge meets café -- lots of space, chic design, and filled with people on laptops getting stuff done. It's perfect for peasants like us who just want to vibe in a fancy place without spending $12 on a latte. Right now, drinks like coffee, tea, and matcha lattes are 50% off -- not just for Capital One customers, but also Discover cardholders (thanks to their recent merger). That's insane value for NYC. I got a 16oz matcha latte for just $4.14 after tax, and my friend's coffee was around $3 and change. Drinks were pretty decent, and for those prices? You really can't beat it. Bonus: you can even reserve a private room for free (up to 2 hours) through the Capital One app -- super handy if you need a quiet space to meet or work. Staff is friendly, seating is super comfy, and the whole atmosphere feels relaxed and productive. Only downside? The bathroom wait was about 15-20 minutes when I went -- a grandma in front of me literally gave up and stormed out. Overall: a great spot to chill, grab a cheap drink, and get things done. Hope this helps you decide -- I definitely recommend checking it out!

Yelp
Stopped in for an espresso. I think there was a bit of miscommunication about what we ordered so we were charged a bit more than we expected. The espresso was fine, truly nothing good or bad about it. It took a weird amount of time, though, and I felt like people behind us were getting drinks before us. And the discount of having a Capital One card only applies to the drinks they make, which is a bummer (no food, no pre-made drinks). The space itself is actually quite nice, on the other hand. There are "nooks" that you can reserve where people were studying and the rest of the area is surprisingly nice. I probably won't ever find the need to come back here but if you live in the immediate vicinity it's probably a good option for studying.

Yelp
I came to this Capital One Cafe for the first time and it blew away! I love how clean and futuristic everything looked in here. It's the perfect spot to get some work done, or honestly to just chit chat with friends. I tried the Chai Latte and spent my time admiring the interior design. It's brightly lit and is a great co-working space as well. Definitely check it out if you haven't already!
google avatar

Carina H.

Yelp
This Capital One Cafe was a lot bigger than I expected. There was a lot of space to work here, although most seats are taken during busy hours (9 AM - 5 PM). There are outlets, but it's hard to find open seating next to outlets if you don't come early. The same thing goes for meeting/private rooms. The workers here are very helpful, and the line for the cafe moves fast. The baked goods looked good as well. The Iced Caramel Latte tasted really creamy and wasn't too sweet or artificial. It might be the best Caramel Latte I've ever had. The Iced Latte was pretty average, not really standing out to me but still good.
google avatar

Yelp
Had a voucher for a free beverage, so decided to stop on one weekend. As with the other locations of Capital One Cafe, the coffee bar is run by Verve, and cardholders get 50% off beverages. Spiced cardamom latte and dirty chai latte were both really good. They have a bathroom, too! Atmosphere is "chill modern mid-tier hotel lobby." The location means it's full of tourists, but I'm happy they have a nice place to park. We've all been there.

Yelp
Went here TWICE during my NYC visit. Love the 50% discount as a Capital One cardholder!! Drink - 5/5 - Iced Honey Lavender Latte (+ Oat Milk) is worth the discount! Vibe - 5/5 - Pros: Very modern and spacious (does not feel like you're at a bank). Surprised there was a restroom (very long line, but worth it if you're exploring NYC afterward) - Con: Super busy & difficult to get a table Customer Service - 4/5 - Quick and efficient service
google avatar

Yelp
I've been here a few times now and I've been super happy each time with the drinks, service, atmosphere and overall experience. The interior is light and airy, there is a bunch of seating options, an accessible bathroom and good AC. They have a creamsicle drink that I keep going back to when I need something refreshing and I'm not in the mood for coffee. PLUS if you're a capital one member you get a discount on handcrafted drinks when using your card- that's a double win!
google avatar

Liz P.

Yelp
As a Capital One cardholder, I was thrilled to discover that the café was conveniently located just two blocks from my hotel on W. 34th St. and Sixth Avenue in Manhattan. Currently enjoying a lavender latte and spinach quiche, I'm impressed by the attentive service and delighted by the 50% discount on drinks. Despite the quiet ambiance at this early hour, I concur with other reviewers' praises of the excellent beverages. Utilizing Verve beans, known for its quality, and staffed by friendly and attentive baristas, this café stands out in a bustling area. It's an ideal spot to kickstart your morning with a delicious coffee and pastry before heading to work. I'll certainly be returning tomorrow and during future stays nearby. Although I'm also familiar with the cafe location in my hometown of Valley Fair in San Jose, but service there can be a bit slower, it's still well worth a visit for the delicious coffee and great discount. There should be more Capital One Cafes across the country.

Yelp
It feels weird to be reviewing a latte that was made by a bank holding company, but hey, if a tire company can decide it's going to foray into the world of reviewing fine dining establishments, I guess it's fair for Capital One to decide it wants to branch out. I am not a Capital One customer, so I wouldn't have gone out of my way to go, but I had a voucher for a free handcrafted beverage. The cafe is super spacious, which is obviously a rarity here in New York. The employees were all super nice and helpfully moved everyone into the correct spot to queue, as a line had somehow formed in the wrong place. The menu is pretty standard for a coffee shop. I was thinking about trying the seasonal pumpkin pie latte, but I'm so glad I opted for their signature honey lavender latte (over ice). It was absolutely delicious, made with just the right balance of floral lavender and sweet honey. The coffee was really, really quality. The price for a 16 oz is typically $6.25, but Capital One members get 50% off of every order. Honestly a bit tempted to switch over now... your move, M&T.
google avatar

Cynthia Z.

Yelp
Love this place and I will be back! The ambiance is very clean and futuristic with decent amount of tables for you to bring your laptops in to work remotely.... they even have private rooms. They're open from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 7:00pm and on Saturdays from 9:00am to 6:00pm. The food and drink selections were however limited but the flavor was pretty good. If you have capital one credit card or debit card, you get 50% off their handcrafted beverages.

Yelp
I had never heard of a Capital One Café, but just so happened to be one located down the street from my hotel. On this cold morning I went in and got the lavender honey latte and it was delicious. Thankfully, the cashier recommended it over the caramel latte and it definitely warmed me up. The space is huge with a lot of seating area, the one downfall is there's one bathroom and the entire time I was there. There was a line to get in the bathroom. Go enjoy the lavender honey latte and tell them Denise sent you.

Yelp
This is the newest Capital One Café location....and definitely the closest location to me anyway. It's also a lot more spacious than the Lexington Ave one. Plenty of outlets to charge your phone if you can beat other people to grab a seat. Help yourself to some still or seltzer/sparkling water if you're thirsty. Quite a fine place to work on your laptop the entire day with their free public wifi. The cafe area has a warm and hipster kind of vibes to it with the blue brick wall design right in the center when you go inside through the revolving doors. Haven't ordered any pastries or drinks yet but pretty sure the menu is quite similar to the other locations. Only downside? There's only a bathroom stall in this huge place unless there're more in the back....? Currently, there's a free drink promotion if you scan the QR code on the wall in the 34th St Herald Square station. Staff seems to be mighty friendly and willing to answer any questions of customers. Can totally see myself dropping by from time to time whenever I'm in the area. - They've a 50% off deal for those who are Capital One cardholders. - They've free different shaped car fresheners people can take home.

Yelp
I stopped by for a drink on a Friday afternoon. The space was large with lots of seating available; however, many areas including the pick up area were very messy and dirty. I ordered a hot chai latte and it was quite disappointing. It was watery and it only had the spice taste. It did not have much sweetness or creaminess. It just did not feel very full bodied in flavor at all. All in all, I definitely would not recommend getting their chai latte but maybe another drink on their menu is better.

Yelp
The beverages, service, and atmosphere are pleasant. There is free wifi, a restroom, and a large area to sit comfortably.

Yelp
If you get off at 34th street you'll definitely see all the ads for a free drink at the Capital One Cafe. The cafe is beautifully lit and spacious with tons of seating options. It is also located near many major stores. The drink I chose the honey lavender latte. The latte was kind of on the weak side as I prefer a stronger espresso taste. The flavor was mellow and if I hadn't asked, I could have assumed it was a tea latte. As a capital one member, you can get 50% daily on beverage purchases. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the service was quick.

Yelp
I've been a long time standing Capital One member and didn't realize they had cafes. This was right around the corner from my hotel so I wanted to check it out since I read the reviews that as a member, you get 50% off your beverages. The decor is very minimal and modern looking with lots of space to sit and relax. I ordered the Spiced Cardamon Latte and a croissant from the friendly cashier. They were both ready within a few short mins. The croissant was nice and flaky, tasted quite fresh and not prepackaged. My latte was very light in cardamon but was still quite good. What a fun and great benefit to get a discount on your beverage as a Capital One member. I'll be sure to find more of these cafes in other cities that I visit!

Yelp
Okay place until... you have to use the toilet. I'd guess this place can have 100+ people in it (not counting employees) yet they only have ONE TOILET! Expect to wait 15-20 minutes; if you're lucky. Other Capital One Cafes have more than 1, but not here. Fire the architect!

Yelp
Brand new, finally an East coast location. I happen to walk by, I must've not been in this area for a few weeks because I didn't know capital one was building a cafe location here. Prime real estate and the minimalistic interior it's aesthetically pleasing. I usually visit the Los Angeles locations but definitely decided to visit 34th street. The baristas aren't as friendly as the west coast, monotone. However, the pastries are delicious, I'm not sure if they partner with a baker out in house, definitely worth a try. If you're a capital one member, half off all drinks. I bought the matcha latte hot, it was tasty and had non dairy options. Furthermore, there's capital one banking staff walking around, so if you have questions about your membership, there are helpfully friendly. I will visit yours location for the ambiance because it's cozy and great for doing errands on any electronic device with complementary WiFi. Only one restroom so be mindful. My new hang out spot!
