We stayed here twice within one week. The first time was unbelievably good. We got a queen suite on the third floor. There was a balcony and a grill on the balcony. The room was clean and the furniture was well kept up and clean. The two negatives were that the towel rack had been ripped off the wall, and the black out curtain in the bedroom only went down 1/2 way. Oh yes, and one dryer and washing machine was broken so there was only one. But all in all, the front office was great and it was a comfortable bed.
Then we came back. Had reserved the same room type. We were on the first floor. They said they had no other rooms. When we walked inside the room had three chairs all soiled so badly, I thought someone had peed on them. Went back to the front desk and asked for another room this time the manager found one other one, right next door. I immediately said yes, there were four hard chairs. Again, badly soiled. The upholstered chair was ripped. The toilet seat was broken; the dishwasher was broken and out of service; the kitchen counter had broken pieces, and the kitchen did not have overhead lighting that worked. the one extra pillow had no pillowcase, there were dead flies on the window ledge, and a spider and spider web next to the toilet. The blinds were filthy; the closet door mirror was badly cracked; the carpet was dirty as well as the upholstered chair that was badly ripped had stains on it.. Need i say more. The room was disgusting. And so very disappointing after our first stay here which was so pleasant. The company needs to get new furniture and some serious deep cleaning in this room. They cant offer such substandard quality and cleaning and continue to get the prices they do. Oh,yes, no breakfast is offered but coffee (keurig cups) for a few hours in the a.m.
