Found this recommended in the guide book. The unique selection of ice-cream had been a bit oversold. The waffles were okay and the venue seemed a bit sticky and didn't smell fresh. The light didn't seem to work in the gents toilet. Overall it was sadly just OK.

We bought ice cream and sat outside. The 2 points are for the very nice server! Otherwise, none of us finished our ice cream, it was lacking taste, watery with ice pieces inside. I can't recall having a worse jce cream. My husband made the joke that the huge queue and long wait gave the impression that the place is good, but it was only because the service was very slow. I see someone else also made the same joke in the comments.

The brownie was rich and chocolatey, and out of this world. however the vanilla ice cream was very icy and average. I would recommend visiting here for the cappuccino that we ordered and the brownie. The ambience here is also very pleasant. The place is quiet kid friendly and pets are allowed here.

The ice cream was below average and overpriced. It was very watery and there were frozen particle inside (refrozen ice cream?). The atmosphere was nice, so I really hope they improve the quality and taste of their products too.

It's my favourite crepe place in brussels. And also I think they make the best crepe I have ever tasted. The price has gone up a bit but i think still worth it. My recommendation is the Double Crepes au Sucre. This is the best dish for you to taste the amazing original flavour of the crepe!

We went on Saturday, we just entered the waitress give us the menu as though it wasn’t crowed. She could have left us sit and then come with the menu. We ordered a waffle and a French pancake. The French pancake was cold and the waffle half cooked. We paid 22€ for 2 coffees and a cold and half cooked waffle. It’s really disappointed. The service at capou is going bad and bad which is a pity. And it’s not the first time.

Very friendly staff and nice cosy interior decor, but I have to say that what reduced my rating is the mediocre quality of ice cream, I am not sure, perhaps ice cre cream is not their specialty. Their was pieces of ice inside it.

Very good ice-cream and crepes. Friendly staff. Most people order from the takeout window, but there are inside tables which was pleasant and comfortable.
