This hotel is amazing, all down to the unending hospitality shown by the owner Eren and staff Sinan. It is set in a tranquil location which is prime for viewing the hot air balloons at sunrise. Breakfast had a variety of foods and an unlimited supply of turkish tea and conversation (if you wanted it). Eren and Sinan were quick to help with absolutely everything, and gave great food recommendations! Honestly a really nice, genuine vibe in this cute boutique hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay! Eren and Sinan were incredibly helpful—from arranging taxis and transportation to recommending great restaurants. The sweet woman who made breakfast each morning served up delicious spreads with a smile. Comfy beds, daily cleaning, and a fantastic location without the steep hike of the cave hotels. Best part? Hot air balloons fly right over the hotel at sunrise—pure magic! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our experience with Naif hotel was amazing from the very beginning. They were extremely responsive and answered all our questions. Upon arrival Aaron and his staff helped with all of our needs, and went above and beyond, they truly provided exceptional, friendly service. Our room was upgraded on arrival, they served a wonderful breakfast, it was extremely clean and in a quiet but walkable neighbourhood. We 100% would recommend!!

I can’t say enough about how special my stay was! Eren and his team truly made me feel at home — like I was part of their family. Their kindness, warm smiles, and willingness to help with anything touched my heart. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, and it made my trip unforgettable. I left with beautiful memories and so much gratitude. I would come back in a heartbeat!

What a gem! Fefis Hotel was absolutely lovely—comfortable, welcoming, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The breakfast each morning was generous and delicious (thanks to the sweetest lady who made sure everything was fresh and homemade), and the beds were seriously comfy—something we really appreciated after long days of exploring. The real stars of the show, though, are the people. Eren, the owner, is warm, helpful, and clearly takes pride in making sure guests feel at home. Sinan was also incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. Between the two of them, we had amazing restaurant recommendations, taxi rides to exactly the places we wanted (we were combining stops from both the Red and Green Tours), and seamless transfers—first from Nevşehir to the hotel, and later to Kayseri airport. And don’t miss the sunrise show—hot air balloons float right over the hotel! It’s magical, and definitely worth setting your alarm. While it’s not a cave hotel, don’t let that hold you back. The location is ideal—close to town but without the heart-pounding climb of the hillside cave hotels. Daily cleaning, great beds, and a genuine sense of hospitality round out this perfect little spot. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay when visiting Cappadocia. Good place to start with hiking to Pigeons Valley or Love Valley. Good place near nice view points. Not in the busy center but close enough for a walk, quiet neighberhood, very good and tasty food for breakfast, the best and very friendly crew.

Really nice hotel in the centre of Cappadocia. The staff were very friendly and great Turkish breakfast selections. Room was clean and spacious.

From all the hotels in Göreme, this one offers a very good balance between the high quality of the room+services and the price. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the interior design of the whole place as well as the view from the terrace and the breakfast. Thank you so much for putting so much heart in this beautiful place.
