5-Night Stay Over New Year’s Eve
We stayed for five nights over New Year’s Eve. Overall, the experience was average, with a few notable points worth mentioning.
Housekeeping is scheduled every third day after check-in. This may be noted on their website, but I did not know this until check in. Additional room service can be requested if needed.
Cons:
There are no trash cans located in the lobby. When I asked the front desk where to dispose of trash, I was told I would need to go to Floor 1 via elevator. After using the women’s restroom in the lobby, I placed an Uber Eats bag containing only empty water bottles into the restroom trash bag. A front desk staff member rushed into the bathroom afterward, came out, and loudly reprimanded me in-front a lobby full of people, stating that I could not throw trash there and that the bathroom “smelled.” This interaction was uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially considering it was normal trash placed in a restroom garbage bag (empty water bottles, no food). The reaction felt excessive and unprofessional.
Parking is extremely limited—only four spots for the entire hotel. While we were fortunate to have space during our stay, the entry and exit are very tight. If you’re driving an SUV or larger vehicle, maneuvering without scraping the sides will be difficult.
The rooms themselves were fine but fairly basic. Nothing stood out in particular. The hallway carpets, however, are heavily stained throughout, which detracts from the overall appearance.
