This hotel stay was amazing! The staff are all wonderful (special shout out to Jorge), the rooms were clean and quiet, and the area is extremely accessible by public transit. I especially liked the laundry room and gym, which helped make our stay even more comfortable. I do wish the kitchens we're a little more stocked, like if they had vegetable oil or some seasonings, but that's a very minor note and overall the entire stay was great. 10/10, would recommend to a friend, would stay here again.

If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, and great location for a hotel - definitely book to stay here at the Capri Fraser! We booked this during our stay in Berlin while visiting the city for the Christmas markets. The location was perfect to walk to markets, jump on the train to get to other markets and also shop and see the city. The staff was friendly and helpful! Our room was a great size, clean and comfortable beds. Highly recommend staying here! We will on our next visit back to the city!

We had a great stay at the Capris Hotel by Fraser in Berlin. Clean, new, very comfortable room (spacious too!) with small kitchenette. We asked for & got upgraded to an upper-floor with a lovely view. Easy walk to the nearby Humboldt Cultural forum & Christmas market, a large supermarket across the street if you need anything for your stay; generally very walkable (if you like exploring on foot) but also near all transit. Two major bus & metro stops in front of the hotel, and a few minutes walk to the underground. We had a very relaxing stay while exploring the very dynamic, cosmopolitan city of Berlin. If you’re interested in history, do not miss the WWII “Topography of Terror” museum, or the underground museum under the bleak Holocaust memorial. Both were very moving & very informative.

This hotel offers a clean, modern, and well-designed space perfect for both short and long stays. The rooms are spacious with handy kitchenettes and comfy beds. The location is excellent - close to Museum Island, Alexanderplatz, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The only minor downside was that the breakfast options felt a bit limited for the price. Still, overall it’s a great choice for travelers who want comfort and convenience in the heart of Berlin!

Customer treatment has been very bad on our side : 4 rooms booked for the same period, one gets cancelled a few days before arrival for "technical reasons" and I am left with no solution. Ask for help in order to book somewhere else and with the night taken in charge by the hotel (prices were much higher than when I booked in advance) : no fee taken in charge, I have to deal with a double rate night and a team member in another place. Very unprofessional treatment, I'll never send any other team into this place.

2 nights in the middle of the week, - great room(very spacious, well supplied kitchenette, well light, bed was comfy and clean), - great location (we walked or took the bus to see everything we wanted), - excellent service 6/5 stars! (polite, informative and they even printed out our concerts tickets because we forgot to do so =P ) Highly recommend!
