I was disappointed with my stay. I was charged city tax twice, and despite raising the issue with reception, it was never resolved. Additionally, the window in my room couldn’t be opened by myself, which made the first night very uncomfortable. Overall, not the experience I expected. The location of the hotel is very good though.

The service here was exceptional; every staff member interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. My standard class room was remarkably spacious and very clean, with the items and appliances required for a short term stay. Near a busy intersection, traffic noise was inevitable, but the hotel’s central location meant convenient access to multiple transit options and attractions. Highly recommended.

One of my go to hotels in the city, mostly cause my sister lives close by. Modern hotel, with nice studios and apartments so you can combine a hotel-like experience with an at home experience. The supermarket across the street also makes this rather a convenient option. The rooms themselves are large, great rain showers, and the beds are comfortable!

Lovely hotel at a perfect location!The lobby is wonderfull and chill out,the room was amazing with the best shower ever and the location was right in the middle for all the museums at day and all the clubs and bars at night by buses and u-bahn.Overall I would stay there again and again!

This has become my home away from home when I visit Berlin. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need for an extended stay. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and I've even stayed here enough times that they remember me.
