Capri by Fraser Frankfurt

Capri offers a great stay centered around a cute and exceptionally clean space. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is meh—not worth paying for it .For getting around, note the location: it's about a 45-minute walk to the city center, which might require planning or utilizing transportation if you prefer not to walk that distance daily.

Prepaid my room and they put me in a lower grade room but too full due to exhibition at the Messe to change it. Stayed 8 nights and the room was only cleaned 3 days 🤷. Got to my room 3 times to find the key card not reading. However, a very good breakfast buffet and the room was of a nice size. But €800 per night during exhibition time just to be close to the Messe - definitely won't do that again!!

The room was spacious and beautiful, the bed very comfortable, and the shower spotless. The reception staff were also kind and welcoming. However, it’s absolutely unacceptable that there was only one towel for two people, no soap available, and—most importantly—that a staff member entered my room at 10:15 a.m. while checkout is at 11:00 a.m. My wife was not dressed appropriately at that moment, which is completely unacceptable and personally upsetting. Privacy should always be respected, and this experience really affected our stay.

Slightly funky but solid hotel. The flavoured water was delicious to have when coming in from the heat outside. Friendly staff. Our room was big with two door sized windows with railing. Some interesting features. Kitchenette. Fridge with freezer great to cool our drinks. Currently construction across the road but it wasn't noisy.

We stayed at the hotel in November. The hotel is very clean and central, the staff at the reception is very attentive and friendly. Thank you very much to Ms. Funda in the dining department, she was very attentive and helpful. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel, we definitely recommend it.

Excellent newly built super clean. Love the rooms the laundry and location as well! Staff was super nice even accommodated a late checkout. Super convenient place I can't recommend enough.

I do not recommend the hotel. The rooms are big yes but I had to pay €100 deposit and they told me that I will give the money back after checking out. I’ve been waiting for months. I even called them and they told me they will send it right away. still didn’t send it and every time I call them no one picks up so poor telephone service.

We had a lovely stay. Hotel is well located and room was clean. Good breakfast. What made it most pleasant was the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful front desk staff and here I’d like to mention Evelyn who is ever so cheerful and helpful.

A hotel in the downtown area which has undergone and still is undergoing much change. There are three hotels side by side. There is limited parking available underneath the hotel and it allows easy access to the hotel, parking is not free!! The reception area is bright and trendy with lots of areas to sit and wait to meet people or to relax before you head out for your activities. The staff were very helpful, especially when my room was not quite ready, I did get a complementary drink voucher!! My room was not one of the apartment type ones they have, more of a standard hotel room. It was a good size room with a very comfortable bed. All the usual amenities, safe, hair dryer, free wifi etc etc. The bar area is large with plenty of spaces for people to sit and drink, relax and chat. They have a good variety of alcohol available and a limited cocktail list so you should find something to drink if you are that way inclined. The breakfast area is set up with some standard tables to eat at along with some more 'quirky' stations to eat at. The breakfast is the standard offerings, you can get poached eggs or omelettes made on request. It's location is good their is a large shopping mall just up the street and the tram and underground is not to far away.

Great hotel! We stayed here last night and the room was nothing short of perfect. From the linens on the bed to the kitchenette, we were very impressed for the price. Friendly and prompt staff at the front desk who helped facilitate various needs of ours. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, but expensive. Other than that, no complaints. I will definitely stay here again.

I was very impressed with this new hotel. The rooms are very clean, neat and ideal for the business traveler. There is a nice breakfast available every morning. There are a handful of restaurants in the area and you can walk to the Frankfurt Messe. Would highly recommend!

Our first two nights in Germany - we stayed at this property , everyone from the front desk area were all very helpful. We were going to drive around in Germany for 7 days before returning to Frankfurt - the hotel staff helped us to store some of the items we don't need for the road trip. Spacious room, nice decor, and conveniently located . The breakfast was expensive unless you book breakfast with your room reservation. There is underground parking but if your car is over 1.8 M then you will need to park at the near by shopping center ( very expensive ).

The Capri was one of the best experience in Germany. Modern, clean, customer service, food, USB plugs, stove for cooking and more. I wish I knew the Capri was behind the mall. Great location for the convention center.

More a hotel than apartments. Luxury rooms with plenty of space, breakfast is one of the best I've had anywhere and staff attentive but not intrusive. Location is what it is - no problem if you can walk 15 mins to the City centre.
