I do not recommend the hotel. The rooms are big yes but I had to pay €100 deposit and they told me that I will give the money back after checking out. I’ve been waiting for months. I even called them and they told me they will send it right away. still didn’t send it and every time I call them no one picks up so poor telephone service.

Came for a concert in the Festhalle. Staff kindly catered for a very early check-in. Train station is very near. Rooms are bright, clean, spacious, with many amenities, and the TV supports phone streaming. Breakfast had some variety and takeaway coffee. Overall solid price-performance.

We had a lovely stay. Hotel is well located and room was clean. Good breakfast. What made it most pleasant was the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful front desk staff and here I’d like to mention Evelyn who is ever so cheerful and helpful.

Extremely helpful and kind staff!! Good breakfast options and great coffee. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the Messe entrance. Rooms are big, clean and spacious like in the photos online.

I just got back from a business trip here. I am familiar with the two adjacent hotels and this is the nicest of the three. The staff was mostly very helpful. The only exception was that I requested a room cleaning on Wednesday even though it was scheduled for Thursday and I got pushback! The breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. And it's time for some big 2025 smart TV's in the rooms!

Nice big rooms, it has just the basics in the kitchen but you can ask in the reception for anything you need. Cleaning can be improved

There is no consideration for customers when a customer's flight is canceled and there is no other flight. They do not refund the money and do not support requests at all. Management needs to think about how to improve the matter. It turned out that we did not arrive due to a flight cancellation for security reasons and there was no consideration for the customer at all!!!!!

Great rooms, very big and close to the festhalle/banhnhof. Staff is very nice and helpful
