I would like to share my mixed impressions regarding my stay at the hotel. Upon arrival, the room was not ready by the scheduled check-in time of 2:00 PM, which was particularly challenging as I was traveling with my young daughter who needed to sleep. She became tired and distressed due to the delay. By 2:50 PM, our originally booked room, a one-bedroom deluxe, was still unavailable, and we were initially accommodated in a single-room instead.After my daughter had rested, I inquired about the cost of this room. Contrary to my expectations, I was informed that the price was actually €20 higher than our original booking. We were also offered free beer and opportunity to pay at checkout, which seemed somewhat inappropriate given the situation. Consequently, we requested to be moved to the room we had originally reserved. We then packed our belongings once more and relocated to the correct two-room suite.Additionally, the receptionist expressed surprise that we had not moved the child's bed upstairs ourselves, which I found quite unreasonable. Despite these issues, the final room was pleasant—quiet, clean, and comfortable. However, after this experience, I have decided that I will not use this hotel chain again.
