We would highly recommend this hotel where we stayed on two different occasions. The hotel staff has been very helpful although we arrived and departed at odd hours both times. The hotel is comfortable, the rooms quiet and very clean, the amenities sufficient. Capri hotel is well located in a relatively quiet but centrally positioned neighbourhood of Phnom Penh. The breakfast is perhaps the only minus, the choice of dishes of the non-western breakfast is a bit limited. One more good thing about staying in this hotel is the good choice of restaurants that can be found nearby. A special thanks to Mr. Sophea who at the reception desk has been particularly helpful and friendly.

Very new and excellent ambience. Rooms are clean and very comfortable designs. Breakfast at the top floor (14) with an excellent city view. Jacuzzi at floor 16 and compact gym and play area at floor 3 very modernised amenities. Top notch bathroom design and toiletries. Ample of coffee and tea bags with better working areas.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and while my first experience on the 13th floor was great, this visit was a bit disappointing. Unfortunately, I was woken up at 5:30 AM by the sound of chairs and tables being moved on the 14th floor above me. It was quite loud and disruptive to my sleep. I love the location and the rooms, but the noise insulation between these floors was an issue this time around.

Hotel is located at a great location. Not too far from the riverside and royal palace. Takes less than 10 mins via tuktuk or taxi. Plenty of eateries within 5 minutes walk. A 24 hour supermarket (Super Duper) is less than 10mins walk away. Service by the receptionist was excellent. Speaks decent English. The hotel is 16 floors tall, but small footprint. Around 8 rooms per floor. There's two jacuzzi pools located on the top floor. Great view of the city from there. There's also a small gym and laundry located on the third floor which seems to be open 24 hours. The room is on the smaller side though. I excpected it to be larger. Extremely doubtful its 28m2 as advertised on Trip.com. However, its well equipped. The Deluxe room comes with a mini fridge and kettle on top of your usual amenities. Happy to report that the bathroom is equipped with a bidet too. Overall, its a great hotel and rooms are priced fairly.

Hotel is relatively new, has a modern feel to it. Basic amenities are provided. There is a gym even though I didnt use it. Staff is warm and welcoming. Location is pretty decent - there is a lot of eateries around.
