Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh – A Well-Located, Well-Priced Option with Room to Improve I recently stayed at Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh and overall, it was a solid experience with a few areas that could use attention. The Pros: • The location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city. • My room was spacious, clean-lined, and modern, designed with longer stays in mind. • It comes well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, cooking counter, and basic utensils—perfect for those who like a bit of independence while traveling. • The breakfast was surprisingly good with a decent variety. • Best of all, the price point is very reasonable for what’s offered. The Cons: • Housekeeping could be more thorough—I noticed some debris left from the previous guest when I checked in. • The air conditioning didn’t cool properly, which made the room slightly uncomfortable at times. • The rain shower wasn’t functioning well, and water tended to leak out of the shower area. Overall, Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh offers great value and convenience, especially for longer stays, but there are a few maintenance and housekeeping issues that need addressing to make it truly top-tier. I’d still consider returning, hopefully with those fixes in place.

The hotel was an amazing place and it felt like home. The highlight of my stay was the most caring and amazing front office staff - Chamnan. She was a breeze and most helpful. She speaks fluent English and goes out of her way to assist patrons. She helped me get a room when they were out on inventory and ensured that u was taken care of everyday. This is exactly what you look at when you travel. |Like Chamnan, Ta was equally amazing and most helpful. They are genuine people and an amazing set of officials at Capri.|Next time when Im going to Phon Penh, I am staying at Capri by Fraser because of Chamnan and Ta.||Best wishes to both of them and I wish Capri all the good luck in the times to come.||Cheers Tamnan and Ta🙏🏻💖

Capri is all u would expect from a brand new business hotel by Fraser’s. Impeccably clean (probably cos it’s new), solid finishings and good internet. No musty or drainage smell. The jacuzzi on the rooftop I never used. Would have appreciated a pool instead. Staff speak good English. Chamnan in particular was unbelievably attentive, helping us book bus tickets and even checking if we were fine after we had left. The room was small so if u have more than one suitcase / backpack it gets challenging. However there is an insane amount of drawers around the room for storage. If I had to take issue with anything it would be the following: - why did they build a black facade, especially for the top floors in a country where temperatures hit 36 degrees?| - the air conditioning of the small gym didn’t feel like it was working at all.| - the fan to the air conditioning in our room 1207 was especially loud - we got around it by keeping the fan on low throughout the night. |- the “make up room” and “do not disturb” fine print on the switches were very hard to read. |Otherwise, things were more than satisfactory. The food was very good. Probably not the cheapest if u are looking for big portions but the quality met our standards. We happily ate dinner there 3 nights in a row as we were too tired to leave the hotel. A word of caution - parts of the shower area, especially near the glass door, get very slippery when wet.

This 4-star hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh is luxurious and well-appointed. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are spotless, and the breakfast is delicious. The location is very convenient for getting around the city, and the hotel offers a full range of amenities. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room is very cosy, clean and modern. There are options of various types of pillows, so I'm spoilt for choices to ensure I got a good night's sleep. The service provided at the front desk was also very helpful and amicable - Sovann, at the front desk, even allowed a late check out for my last day to accommodate my late flight home. The food at Caprilicious was also fantastic. |The location is very accessible to many good spots and very cheap to get to those places by tuk tuk.|I highly recommend this place.

We spent 4 nights here on our visit, and we were very impressed with every aspect of our stay. Our room was exactly as described, and breakfast was excellent every morning. We utilised the on-site laundry facility which we found very helpful. Second top highlight was the rooftop jacuzzi, offering great views across the city. The main highlight was the service afforded by all the staff - to a person they were excellent in every aspect.

Lovely hotel , comfortable clean rooms . Friendly staff. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. A 4* hotel but with an at best 3* breakfast. Lacking quality and organization tbh. Note that the laundry machines are not free like some other hotels, and it is $9.10 to use. It is better to take washing outside to local cleaners. Not checked if it states charge or not in booking description.
