Beautiful hotel. Very modern. Breakfast buffet was superb. Adequate gym for early morning workouts. Really nice but small gift shop in lobby. |Mr Sophia and Ms Rany working the front desk the night before my early checkout the next morning were terrific in processing my gift shop and restaurant/bar purchases.

We enjoyed our stay in Capri By Fraser in Phnom Penh. The hotel is located within the city centre and is easily accessible.||My special commendations goes to your front reception staff, Chamnan. She is friendly, patient and hospitable in a polite manner. She helped to arrange the car transfer for my wife from the new airport KTI on 19 Sep. Checked us in an Executive room and added her to my room last minute. She is an asset to the organization.||The staff also assisted us, the four couples, with the booking of restaurants and massage spa. We felt the hospitality and kindness shown to us throughout our stay from 19 - 22 Sep. Thank you!

The hotel is new and the stay was pleasant. Housekeeper was accommodating regardless whichever hour my room was available for housekeeping. Front staffs (Chamnan & Reatrey) were exceptional helpful with our last minute requests too.

I stayed for two nights during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including an iron set. Breakfast offered a good variety of dishes — simple yet satisfying, perfect for starting the day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers

Hotel is located at a great location. Not too far from the riverside and royal palace. Takes less than 10 mins via tuktuk or taxi. Plenty of eateries within 5 minutes walk. A 24 hour supermarket (Super Duper) is less than 10mins walk away. Service by the receptionist was excellent. Speaks decent English. The hotel is 16 floors tall, but small footprint. Around 8 rooms per floor. There's two jacuzzi pools located on the top floor. Great view of the city from there. There's also a small gym and laundry located on the third floor which seems to be open 24 hours. The room is on the smaller side though. I excpected it to be larger. Extremely doubtful its 28m2 as advertised on Trip.com. However, its well equipped. The Deluxe room comes with a mini fridge and kettle on top of your usual amenities. Happy to report that the bathroom is equipped with a bidet too. Overall, its a great hotel and rooms are priced fairly.

Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh – A Well-Located, Well-Priced Option with Room to Improve I recently stayed at Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh and overall, it was a solid experience with a few areas that could use attention. The Pros: • The location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city. • My room was spacious, clean-lined, and modern, designed with longer stays in mind. • It comes well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, cooking counter, and basic utensils—perfect for those who like a bit of independence while traveling. • The breakfast was surprisingly good with a decent variety. • Best of all, the price point is very reasonable for what’s offered. The Cons: • Housekeeping could be more thorough—I noticed some debris left from the previous guest when I checked in. • The air conditioning didn’t cool properly, which made the room slightly uncomfortable at times. • The rain shower wasn’t functioning well, and water tended to leak out of the shower area. Overall, Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh offers great value and convenience, especially for longer stays, but there are a few maintenance and housekeeping issues that need addressing to make it truly top-tier. I’d still consider returning, hopefully with those fixes in place.

Extremely disappointing experience. We booked a one-night stay at Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh and were met with some of the most unprofessional service I’ve ever seen at a hotel of this supposed standard. A small misunderstanding at check-in quickly escalated because of the receptionist’s arrogance and rude attitude. Even after we refused an upgrade, he went ahead and called his manager. When the manager — a lady — finally arrived, she didn’t even introduce herself, completely ignored us, and spent more than 10 minutes talking privately with her staff right in front of us. Only after I spoke up did she finally turn around, introduce herself, and start defending how long she had been “discussing things.” It was unbelievable. Instead of managing the situation, she sent her staff back to tell us they would “upgrade the room” — the same thing we had already refused earlier. The entire process was a joke, showing zero communication, hospitality, or respect for guests.

Amazing place! The place is centrally located in Phnom Penh,making it convenient for accessing tourist destination,very clean room, breakfast is superb!! & very quiet place I want to say perfect.|The reception team was amazing and I really felt understood and they mane everything possible if they could (smile,polite, helpful)|Looking for place to stay chose this one.
