Good value 4* hotel. Would recommend to those looking to balance cost with high end hotels. Reception service and front of house was very very good - they were extremely helpful in all instances whenever we needed assistance. Location is great for easy access to BKK1, the royal palace area and great cafes and bars in the area. We walked almost everywhere and getting a tuktuk was very easy. Rooms were decently sized. Breakfast could have more vegetarian options so we only opted for the restaurant on one day.

Beautiful Hotel in Phnom Penh. Front desk staff are super friendly and professional. Special mention to the manager Mr Pattya for giving me a late checkout. ||The room is very clean, spacious and well laid out. I was in Room 804 and it has great views of the City. Excellent amenities. Housekeeping staff are also very professional.||Breakfast was good with decent options. However the restaurant staff don't come across as being friendly. They seem distant and not responsive.

The room is smallish but perfect. The view is wonderful. The bkfast was great. The bar was well stocked. The front desk staff are extremely pleasant and took care of all my questions and needs with a smile. Was worth every penny vocation also great

Great rooms, modern, clean, attention to detail. The staff is very well trained. The beds and pillows the best ever! Rooftop bar/restaurant a perfect place to wind down after the sun goes down. Food and wine selection apprpriate. Manager Chamnan is on top of her game!

Great hotel in great location. Service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion for improvement: please add more vegetarian options to restaurant menu. TripAdvisor: stop compelling people to write a minimum of 200 words

I had a wonderful stay at Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh! The service was exceptional – the staff was always friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I loved the modern design that gives it a fresh, stylish vibe. Plus, the rooms were very comfortable, equipped with everything I needed. Given the level of service and quality of the facilities, I found the price to be very reasonable. Highly recommend Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh for anyone visiting the city!

Good location, very quiet . Staff could not have been friendlier with special mention of Nan in Reception who was super nice . Breakfasts were great , plenty of choices and there is a nice view of the city from a high floor where you can relax with an evening drink or two.
