I took my wife there for our anniversary and we were not disappointed. The hotel will pick you up from the ferry and take you directly to Ana Capri. The lobby is amazing. The rooms are lovely. Service is exceptional. The chairlift to top of the mountain is right next-door and the staff will escort you to avoid the queue. Their newly opened Amare Capri restaurant, which is right next to their beach club has fabulous food, and a view! A secret tip, you can walk down the stairs to take the rowboat into the famous Blue Grotto thus avoiding taking a separate boat to get to it.|All in all, a fantastic trip. Highly recommend this hotel for a special experience.

Staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly and helpful. |Unfortunately, it’s just incredibly overpriced for what it is. The hotel itself is just too old. Our room was very mediocre, it had a sort of old grandma smell, the closets could barely open and the shower didn’t work properly. |The pool is nice but again very old and nothing special besides the views.

We’ve been to Capri several times and always tried staying at different hotels to compare the experience and find what we love best. So far there is no hotel that can compare the quality of services, professionalism and overall experience to Capri Palace by Jumeirah. From the moment you meet the driver your holiday is on another level: everything is easy, effortless, staff is just incredible. I will choose this hotel any given day because so far our experience here was simply amazing

My daughter and I took our first trip to Capri and I booked tis hotel via American Express travel suggestion. We could not have been happier, the hotel is absolutely stunning, the lobby has one of the most beautiful views, the staff is beyond helpful and kind, the spa and gym are wonderful. The hotel was clean, and the room was beautiful overlooking the ocean. The mosaic pool was just lovely, and the staff could not have been better!! We will ABSOLUTELY be back, we can't wait!! And the location is right in the center of AnaCapri with shops and restaurant just steps away!

The best service I’ve ever had at any 5 star hotel or otherwise. Costanza, Tomasso and the rest of the team were amazing. They treat you like royalty from the moment you step in. Pool service was impeccable, I did not get the gentleman’s name but he was a pleasure everyday. We will be coming back.

This hotel was beyond amazing. Everything about it is phenomenal: staff, service, food, drinks, decor, comfot, cleanliness, safety, amenities. We will return to Capri and stay here any time we visit in the future and recommend to everyone we know. The shuttle service was key for Capri in order to get to and from the port, and the affiliated restaurants. We love this place!

I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. We spent four nights here for our honeymoon and it could not have been better. From the pick up to the drop off and every night in between they catered to our every need. The difference between this hotel and others, they care. It’s clear from the moment you check in they care about your stay and your experience. It’s a rare thing these days and I am so happy we spent time here. The staff is what makes any establishment worth it. Everyone at the hotel greeted us with a smile and a warm hello. The beach club was amazing as well we spent two days there. Thank you to all the staff who made this stay special!

We stayed 3 nights at the Capri Palace and had a good time. The service was immaculate and the Capri Palace arranged all shuttles to and from the ferry/airports and to a select number of restaurants and beach clubs on the island. The other note regarding service is the hotel arranged a baby sitter for our daughter so my wife and I could enjoy an evening out - massive bonus. Only drawback would be that Anacapri is not Capri and if it’s the glitz and glamour of the big fashion houses you’re really searching for, then Anacapri is not it. It’s perfect to relax in and stroll the old town, but I feel I missed out on the true Capri experience.
