Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful and the location in Anacapri is ideal. The staff and the service were exceptional. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and this was without a doubt the best hotel experience of our trip. Some highlights included the fact that we did not touch our luggage as soon as we stepped onto the island, the shuttle service was incredible, the reservation at the beach clubs and restaurants were so easy, and the fact that they helped with the queue for the chairlift was amazing! We even received a happy honeymoon cake upon check-in and our room had an amazing view! We absolutely loved this hotel and would love to come back again!

From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless. Every staff member—reception, housekeeping, restaurant team, and especially the attentive pool waiter—went above and beyond to make our stay truly five-star. We even extended our Capri trip just to spend a night here. The pool is gorgeous, the Michelin-star restaurant is unforgettable, and the private shuttle made getting around effortless—they even drove us to the ferry right on schedule when we departed. If you’re looking for genuine luxury and warm hospitality, this hotel is a must. We can’t wait to return!

We had the chance to photograph a wedding at Capri Palace, and the ceremony on the rooftop was absolutely breathtaking. With such an incredible view over Capri, it felt like the perfect place to say “I do.” The setting was elegant yet full of character, creating a truly unforgettable atmosphere for the couple and their guests. My second visit and again was extremely impressed with the staff. Special mention to Federico who oversees guest experience at the pool. I enjoyed my time by the pool so much that I chose this hotel to visit for a second time. Fabulous location! Beautiful relaxing pool. Beautiful breakfast. Very friendly drivers!

Truly a Palace – Unmatched Service From the moment we booked, the service at Jumeirah Capri Palace was absolutely outstanding. The concierge took care of everything—from our arrival at Naples airport to making sure our check-in was seamless. The word Palace is no exaggeration—this place is stunning, and the service is honestly the best I’ve ever experienced. Everything we needed was handled with genuine care, no stress, and no pressure to tip—just heartfelt hospitality. The management clearly sets a high bar, and the entire staff reflects it. Breakfast is served at their 2 Michelin star restaurant, and we had dinner there our first night—unforgettable. We left feeling like royalty. If you’re heading to Capri, don’t think twice. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We were a little let down with this hotel to be honest for the money you need to spend and being a 5 star hotel we expected a lot more . We were made out to be annoying when ever we asked for a transfer into capri , it was always a hassle . We also had a private driver booked to take us to the train station from the port no one showed we rang the hotel and they didn’t want to know they actually hung up on my partner . We found them quite rude and un helpful. The restaurant was nice but as for service it was not there .

Our stay at Jumeirah Capri in late May was an absolute delight. The weather was perfect, and although the island was getting busier, the hotel never felt crowded—even at near full capacity. We originally booked four nights but ended up extending to six because we were so impressed by the impeccable service and world-class amenities.||From the moment we arrived at the ferry dock, the experience was seamless. Despite the crowds, we were met immediately by hotel staff and whisked away in a private van. Once at the hotel, we were welcomed with access to the full resort, including the beach club and breakfast buffet—even though check-in wasn’t until 3 PM. A perfect start!||Highlights of Our Stay:| • Dinner at L’Olivo (2 Michelin stars): As hotel guests, we were able to get a reservation despite online bookings being unavailable months in advance. A real treat.| • El Riccio Beach Club: Gorgeous spot! Be sure to book your sunbeds early. The hotel provides a free shuttle—just let them know when you’d like to go.| • Daily Breakfast: Generous and fresh buffet featuring fruits, deli meats, cheeses, pastries, yoghurts, and various breads. Complimentary bottled water is also provided twice daily in your room and at breakfast, by the pool, and in the gym.| • Pool Service: The attendant was excellent—friendly, responsive, and always ready to accommodate your preferences.| • Limoncello Class with Francesco: This was a real standout. Francesco, the bar manager, made the class fun and informative—sharing stories while teaching us how to peel lemons, mix, and bottle our own limoncello. We even enjoyed a custom cocktail during the session. The limoncello rested for three days, and we were able to bottle and taste it before leaving. It was far better than anything you’ll find in shops—highly recommend doing this early in your stay so you can enjoy the full experience!||Final Tips:| • Book the limoncello class early—it takes at least 3 days for the infusion.| • Let the hotel know your arrival time in advance so they can arrange complimentary transfer from the ferry.| • Ask staff to help you reserve a table at L’Olivo on arrival—they prioritize hotel guests.||We would absolutely return and can’t recommend this property enough!
