A pleasant and luxurious genuine caprese experience, from the beginning to the end. The hotel is a refurbished palace located near the downtown of Anacapri (the high part of the island). Curated gardens and impeccably decorated facilities make the stay aesthetically appealing. The rooms amenities were nicely arranged daily. The staff is truly attentive and professional. The breakfast at L’olivo restaurant (two Michelin star), would say one of the best I ever tried, with fresh fruit, french and Italian pastries, variety of cheeses/deli and also a la carte menu. Totally recommend it, exceptional hospitality and top-notch service.

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful and the location in Anacapri is ideal. The staff and the service were exceptional. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and this was without a doubt the best hotel experience of our trip. Some highlights included the fact that we did not touch our luggage as soon as we stepped onto the island, the shuttle service was incredible, the reservation at the beach clubs and restaurants were so easy, and the fact that they helped with the queue for the chairlift was amazing! We even received a happy honeymoon cake upon check-in and our room had an amazing view! We absolutely loved this hotel and would love to come back again!

My second visit and again was extremely impressed with the staff. Special mention to Federico who oversees guest experience at the pool. I enjoyed my time by the pool so much that I chose this hotel to visit for a second time. Fabulous location! Beautiful relaxing pool. Beautiful breakfast. Very friendly drivers!

Truly a Palace – Unmatched Service From the moment we booked, the service at Jumeirah Capri Palace was absolutely outstanding. The concierge took care of everything—from our arrival at Naples airport to making sure our check-in was seamless. The word Palace is no exaggeration—this place is stunning, and the service is honestly the best I’ve ever experienced. Everything we needed was handled with genuine care, no stress, and no pressure to tip—just heartfelt hospitality. The management clearly sets a high bar, and the entire staff reflects it. Breakfast is served at their 2 Michelin star restaurant, and we had dinner there our first night—unforgettable. We left feeling like royalty. If you’re heading to Capri, don’t think twice. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We were a little let down with this hotel to be honest for the money you need to spend and being a 5 star hotel we expected a lot more . We were made out to be annoying when ever we asked for a transfer into capri , it was always a hassle . We also had a private driver booked to take us to the train station from the port no one showed we rang the hotel and they didn’t want to know they actually hung up on my partner . We found them quite rude and un helpful. The restaurant was nice but as for service it was not there .

Exceptional service from start to finish. Seamless transfers from the dock, impeccable hospitality, and thoughtful touches like a surprise birthday cake made our stay unforgettable. The location is ideally located in the central portion of Anacapri. My wife and I went for our anniversary and were upgraded to a Jr. Suite at check in (possibly thanks to our booking with a specific credit card). I cannot emphasize enough how good the SERVICE is at this hotel. Every staff member is courteous and extremely attentive from the moment they pick you up at the ferry to the moment you are dropped off. I could go on and on but one of the stand out experiences is when you requested a taxi, a staff member leaves the desk to escort you to the main square secure a taxi. Regretfully, the biggest disappointment was the food. We had a dinner upon arrival on the terrace, which the concierge is also prepares by the two Michelin star kitchen and the price would support it. The food was disappointing to poor. The server was clearly understaffed but again the service was still impecable. She overheard that we were very hungry and arranged an amouse bouche that was the high point of the meal. My wife had the ravioli and I had the seared tuna burger and caprese salad. The ravioli was flavorless, the pieces of tuna were pathetic and well done and the mozzarella cheese was rubbery similar to grocery store cheese and not the fresh mozzarella that one would expect for a 30 euro appetizer. We had planned on eating one night at L’Olivo but elected to not eat there given the lack of recent reviews and the poor quality of food on the terrace. We did have breakfast at L’Olivo as that is where it is served and the breakfast was good. Above average for an included breakfast. The view is great and the service was again excellent. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. Overall, most of the restaurants are expensive but it is important to remember that most establishments close for about 5-6 months so if you think about that most things are double “what they should cost” it is more reasonable.
