DO NOT STAY! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life (and I happily stay at <$20/night backpacker hostels) Negatives: - the portable baby cot we were provided had a dangerous hole in it that a baby could stick a head or leg through. It was filthy dirty (see photos) - Shower screen door broken + shower head broken and sprayed upwards. Floor flooded. - TV broken (see photo) and no remote - Hotel airport shuttle was 25mins late - Lamp was mouldy and simply taped together (shows the genuine lack of care and cleanliness) - The room just genuinely felt disgusting and dirty - Another customer told us their bed sheets didn’t even fit the bed - No complimentary wifi. The hotel charges $10Fijian (approx $7AUD/day for wifi) - air-con remote broken - hot tub broken/out of order for a long time Positive: - free breakfast included (simple cereal , bread and coffee) - close to the airport and restaurants next door

Pleasant place to stay the night after a flight, room was clean although the bathroom shower was abit gross at the bottom around the screen. Note that they take your towels in the morning and don’t replace them until 4 pm which can be inconvenient if you want a shower after being at the beach or pool. Other than that it was really quiet during the day breakfast mediocre.

Pros: Free airport shuttle. AC worked very well. Grocery store, restaurants and bus stops right behind the hotel. Cons: Towels were dropped off 3-4 hours after check-in. The towels were probably originally white, but were grey/beige with stains everywhere, see-through, very old. The doors of the shower were broken. When I tried to close them, I ended up with one of the doors in my hands, so couldn't close them in the end. Water pressure was good. No wifi but receptionist offered to hotspot from her phone. Desk chair seat in the room had a big hole. The TV screen was broken so the image was halved and sound volume button didn't work. We could hear a "boom boom" at night and we figured there was a club in the commercial area behind the hotel. Breakfast was the most ridiculous breakfast we have seen in our lives, it was actually funny!! We paid $80 for the room!! We weren't expecting anything really but never though it would be that bad. How expensive for such a poor service. We would never go back. Nothing looks like the photos at all. Area is ok but I wouldn't hang out there at night.

Once a jewel in the crown of accommodation in Nadi....sadly been milked for profit by its owners and very little put back in to upgrading what is now a shabby very tired reflection of former days... short sighted business practices do this Hotel no favours. The younger staff were very good at their job and hard working. I wish them all the best in finding fulfilling work in the hospitality industry.

Stay there for 2 nights nice breakfast lovely food . The FNB staff are very helpful . Upon check out the Lady was very rude to us (small indian lady) . She is like chasing us out of the room when checking out at 11am - We had a long night day before check out and we woke up a bit late the way she talked on the phone she needs a lot of training on customer service . I'm also a GSA in one of the 5 star hotels and I know how to handle things in FRONT DESK . The only thing to say is - she needs lots of training and lots of reading to improve and use better words when talking to Guests or handling guest issues on the desk.

The hotel is close to the airport (5.4km). I had booked with airport pickup and drop. The hotel is pretty basic with shopping mall & restaurant nearby. It is good for transit. Staff was quite helpful. Don't expect any amenities as the hotel is average .

Owner should fire the Manager as she has zero people skills - I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the handling of a recent incident during my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my belongings were stolen from my room, and the way this matter was addressed by your staff has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. When I reported the theft to the front desk, they were polite and understanding. However, when I requested to speak with the manager, Ms. Raj, her attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Despite claiming to take theft “very seriously,” her dismissive tone and accusations were both uncalled for and blamed me by saying that I am not honest bit line they didn’t give me owners information I would like to speak with him and police so far noby attended!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced during my stay at your hotel on the night of February 1st, 2025, at around 10 PM. The night shift front desk receptionist displayed an unprofessional and unhelpful attitude, which made addressing concerns frustrating. Room 219: The showerhead was damaged, making it difficult to use. Room 210: The door knob was broken, posing both an inconvenience and a security issue. Meals: The three meals provided were below expectations in both quality and presentation. Despite these issues, I must commend your bar staff (Isei & Litea), housekeeping staff (Milika & Ana) & always willing to assist HK Supervisor Shereen, during our stay who provided outstanding service and significantly improved the experience. I hope management takes immediate action to improve customer service at the front desk, ensure proper room maintenance, and enhance meal quality. I look forward to your response regarding these concerns.
