We booked this hotel as we needed a base for a couple of days after flying into Heraklion at night and then getting the ferry to Santorini a couple of days later. We didn’t have any particular expectations for this accommodation, but we had a really lovely surprise.||When we arrived, the reception was clean, modern, and attractive. Check in was quick and easy- the staff were friendly. The room was nicely decorated and modern, with a lovely walk in shower. The air con worked perfectly and there was a fridge in the room for water etc. ||The location is perfect- a stones throw from the main town area. We didn’t find there to be any issues with noise- but perhaps we were lucky with our room. It is €10 to the port from the hotel if you get a taxi, and the hotel can call them for you almost instantly. ||We had a lovely afternoon by the pool- there was plenty of loungers, so no sun lounger wars. The pool is reasonably sized and deep, so you can properly cool off. We had a meal at the pool bar, both very good and reasonably priced (2 mains, 2 drinks €28). The portions were HUGE and we could have easily just shared one of the meals! ||Overall, we cannot fault our stay. It was incredibly good value for money- very easy, and great location. If you’re wanting a good base for exploring Heraklion, this is a perfect spot.

Very surprised how beautiful, clean, and new this hotel is. Included breakfast is great, and rooftop pool and bar is one of the best views and spots in the city!! Amazing sunset views and general atmosphere. Location, location, location!! Everything and everything is right outside, from museums to shops to restaurants, to seaside !! No car no problem!! Very happy we got this gem for few days before leaving Greece.

The location is extremely convenient—close to bus stops, taxis, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was very helpful, although parking information could have been a bit clearer if you're renting a car. That said, you can find free parking about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, which I think is definitely worth it. The rooftop swimming pool is a highlight—very nice, with an astonishing and relaxing view. You should definitely try it if you're in the mood for a lazy day. :)

Perfect for our large group. Great location in downtown Heraklion next to the archaeology museum, a few blocks from the Venetian harbor. Surrounded by shopping and great restaurants. The rooftop pool and bar is the best part, and the staff there were so friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast, too.

The gym is perhaps a 1 star. One treadmill, not a complete of free weights, a universal that perhaps was made in the seventies. It's downstairs in a small room that maybe can hold 3 people. Hotel rooms are a size. Shower design causes water to leak outside the shower. Good water pressure and clean. Beds are a bit firm for my taste but bottled water, coffee, and tea are supplied. Buffet breakfast was good. A lot of selection and the milk was cold. Had a room in the back because I like quiet. Rooms by the square can get noisy. Staff friendly and helpful. Had paino in lobby. Was given permission to play but too large and loud for the small lobby.

Nice clean room, friendly staff. Shower wall could probably stand to be a bit wider so water does not go absolutely everywhere. There are signs all over to enjoy the sunset at the pool but the sun goes down after 8 pm now (May) and the pool closes at 7 pm, so that feels like false advertisement. Our room does have a nice balcony with two chairs and a little table.

I wish I could give 10-stars to this hotel and the amazing staff. A special THANK YOU to Maria, who was an absolute life saver for our family. After the sailing ban and ferry cancelations had us stuck in Heraklion, Maria went out of her way to make sure our family of 5 had a large enough for us all to be together and feel right at home. She was a shining spot on a challenging day for us, and we will never forget the hospitality she showed. We have traveled all over the world for decades, and Maria is without a doubt the best hotel employee that we have met. Our stay was great at this hotel - the price for a last minute booking was extremely reasonable. Good location, and again, the staff is outstanding. Highly recommend.
