Though small in size, the hotel is well run, and the management is a font of local knowledge, helping guests arrange tours to Wadi Rum and beyond. If you’d rather stay in, there’s a small pool, a gym, and a sauna for relaxing after a long day on the road. Be sure to also grab dinner at the on-site Captain’s Restaurant, where you can indulge in local seafood along with Asian and traditional Jordanian fare."

This is a 3-star hotel, and considering its category, the rooms, bathrooms, and facilities are excellent. The service is outstanding, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The reception team is exceptional — very welcoming and professional. A small note: the rooms close to the street can be a bit noisy due to sounds from nearby restaurants and cafés. I shared this feedback with the reception staff, and they responded promptly and helpfully. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

We stayed at this 3-star hotel in downtown Aqaba, very close to the public beach, on November 30. Since it wasn’t a busy time, the hotel allowed us an early check-in, which was a nice start. We stayed for one night. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean, tidy, and had a partial sea view. We were supposed to have a breakfast buffet, but since there were no other guests at the time, the hotel prepared breakfast just for us. There were plenty of options, and everything was good ,no complaints at all. For the price we paid, it was a very good experience overall , clean, well-located, and welcoming.

Not Worth the Price, Not a good time. On first site, the room was dirty, the fridge was grimy, the floor had broken chips, (under the bed). The Air Conditioner wouldn't even work, and it was boiling inside the room. I called reception four times they only came twice. The first guy smacked it and said it'd work, the second guy walked in and told us to wait for it to work. Both did absolutely nothing. The reception was extremely lazy even not answering most of the time. The bathroom was honestly a travesty, NO LOCK? the shower head was swinging. The pool was enjoyable, and decently big. Overall do not come here, it's 100% not worth the time or money and you should just go somewhere else. Nothing you need over here.

Poor room service, Poor hygiene, Loud music, and no respect for check out timing. I specifically mentioned that I needed a late check out (3:00pm) and that mentioned in my reservation, and had the front desk calling me continuously from 11:00 pm to check out. Then the room service started knocking on my door loudly to make me leave at 11:30. This is the worst experience in Aqaba so far.

Great views of the Red Sea. Easy to walk to sites around the area. Breakfast and suppers were excellent. Easy access the beach. Very clean. Staff was great and very accommodating. We didn’t use the nail or foot spa or the car rental but they are on site.

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are clean,very well equipped and comfy.||It's a bit noizy at night if you are one of the guys who like to sleep while windows are open (like myself), but you can't expect a hotel to be quite if it's located in a busy street (full of nice resturants and coffee shops).||In general, it's good value for money.||I recommend it for those travellers not interested in water activities.||Note: they have a very nice resturant that offers great seafood dishes.
