My entire family loves Capulet's - they provide such wonderful services for children and adults. My boys are always taken care of, and the staff is so warm, kind and patient. For myself, MARIO does THE BEST BLOW DRY in the neighborhood, and a great haircut too. If you're like me and sometimes just need a blow dry to get through the week or weekend, Mario is your guy. He's fast, and the results are beautiful and effortless!

Excellent service! Mario Tito did an impeccable job with my haircut. From the first moment he was very professional, attentive to details and knew exactly what he wanted. You can tell that he has a lot of experience and passion for what he does. In addition, the atmosphere was very comfortable and pleasant. Without a doubt, I will return with it and I recommend it 100%.

Mario Tito is the absolute best! I get a scissor cut for medium length men's hair with a middle part and he's the only person I'll let cut my hair. I recently got married and one of my guests came up to me to specifically say, "You have an amazing haircut. You can tell from across the room." He's the best.

words cannot explain how good Mario Tito is, his work is super good, the service as well. You can tell Mario is very experienced and knows everything there is to know about hair. I've been there a couple of times for a haircut and I can say he is very attentive and professional, by the way he notices small details that are important. I highly recommend asking for Mario!!

I was a bit concerned about finding a hairstylist that would be able to manage my hair type and length. However from the minute I walked into the salon I didn’t feel out of place, warm atmosphere. I had the pleasure of having Mario do a shampoo, blowout and press on my hair, and I was absolutely thrilled with the results! I have gone back numerous times. Despite having tight, curly hair that usually requires a lot, Mario managed to give me a sleek, smooth finish that lasted for weeks. The blowout was flawless, and the press left my hair feeling soft and shiny without any frizz. Mario really knows his craft—he took his time, was meticulous with EACH step, and made sure my hair looked its best. I’m amazed at how well it held up even in humid conditions. Highly recommend Mario if you're looking for a professional who truly understands how to manage and style hair!

This review is for Lynsey Paweski at Capulet Salon. I've been seeing Lynsey for Brazilian Blowouts at Capulet for several years and was always happy with her work -- until my most recent appointment, when the quality dropped dramatically. The treatment was completely ineffective and the appointment felt rushed, unlike past visits where she was more thorough. When I followed up, Lynsey offered to redo the service and booked me for another appointment. She mentioned that working around my extensions might have affected the result -- which, honestly, any experienced stylist should be able to handle. Then, two months after the original service, she let me know she'd only be redoing half my hair -- unless I wanted to pay full price again. It felt like a bait and switch: unprofessional, disappointing, and deeply frustrating. Her response was a non-apology followed by an oddly cheerful sendoff. I've never had a stylist throw away a long-standing relationship over something like this -- especially when it stemmed from their own mistake. This experience made it clear that Lynsey doesn't stand by her work and doesn't value her clients. I expected better.

I had a really bad experience here getting a gel manicure. The manicure was really painful, the tech only did one coat and the gel chipped and fell off two days in. And it was expensive at around $50.

Great haircuts for children in the front. Really nice staff, reasonable prices and extremely cute chairs for the kids.

Nails began fall of after 5 days and weren't attached well as an a picture there is emptiness inside of it. Nail tech doesn't warn me that she would glue it until I arrived at the salon. Nail tech took 63$ for it

Capulet's salon is my favorite. Especially Mario; he gives the absolute BEST haircut and an even better blow out. I will never ever go to anyone again & now I have two of my friends going to him, too. Go to Mario! You won't be disappointed!

Capulet's Salon is super unique in that you can book a variety of self care services from their website. They do haircuts, manicures, pedicures, and even massages! I opted for a haircut and a manicure. When I walked in, I had to wait for a bit but I was offered coffee and a seat which was really nice. The haircut I got was surprisingly amazing given how fast the stylist was working! I was worried for a bit that it was going to be too rushed and not look good, but I was really pleased with the end result. My manicure right after was also great - just a simple manicure but the experience was nice thanks to Keila, who was very kind, professional, and enjoyable to talk to. The whole vibe of this place is just super fun - I love hearing all the different languages being spoken and just seeing all the services going on. It really feels like a big city salon!

I was in desperate need of a new salon (& a haircut). I saw Capulet's Salon had great reviews so I decided to give it a try! I was greeted and checked in right away, my hair stylist brought me to the chair and actually took the time to look at my hair and ask me (sincerely) what I wanted. He shared some spot on observations about my hair and I knew at that point it was a perfect match. They took their time with the shampooing service and gave a great head massage, during my cut the stylist (Serge) was very communicative about his plans. I am SOOO happy with my cut and I would recommend this place to anyone. They are talented professionals and the salon is immaculate! I loved my experience.

First time here - new to the area- and decided to give the place a try. Great looking salon - really unique and super comfortable. Very friendly vibe from the minute I walked in. I'm older guy with thinning hair that people never really comment on one way or the other but so far 2 compliments on " the great haircut" so I found a winner! Anastasia did a terrific job - my new go-to salon and hair stylist!

I found Capulet's after getting a bad haircut at another salon. Sergey listened to my concerns and talked me through his process to make sure he was cutting exactly how I wanted. He was more than patient while I nitpicked and made me fall in love with my haircut by the end! Happy to have found my new favorite hairdresser in Brooklyn!

I'll start by saying I'm very particular about my hair and how it's cut, as Sergey (salon owner) would say "it's the crown of your head". Though I'm a Brooklyn native, this is the first time I've never gotten my hair cut in this neighborhood and it most definitely won't be my last- thanks to Capulet's Salon and Spa! Sergey and his team are talented, kind, and incredibly friendly. Sergey provided expert advice and guidance all while listening and understanding my preferences. He gave me the boost of confidence I needed to get my first short cut and I LOVE IT!! Everything from the layout and decor of the salon to the service and attention to detail of my haircut was amazing! Highly highly recommend!

Had the most gorgeous pedicure done by Lucy. She is friendly, and professional. I will definitely keep coming back to her whenever I need to refresh my feet. The location is ideal, and the gorgeous salon gives a clean and serene atmosphere. Five stars!

Great kids haircuts every time. Stylists are all very nice and great with kids. Definitely worth a visit.
