Getting rid of a car you’ve had for longer than your children have been alive can be tough. But this place will at least take the hassle out of it for you. Incredibly fast, efficient and ultimately a fair price (in my opinion) takes some of the annoyance away. Nothing you can do about the sentiment though 🫣🥺

Very disappointing experience. A driver representing 1-800 Car Cash behaved in an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful manner in a residential neighborhood. He parked the truck against traffic, repeatedly used the truck horn unnecessarily, causing disturbance to residents, and then verbally insulted another driver who was also there to pick up a vehicle. This type of behavior shows a lack of respect for local traffic laws, the community, and basic professional standards. Companies should ensure their drivers act responsibly and respectfully, especially in residential areas. I hope management addresses this situation and provides better oversight and training. The office guy was nice
