Waffle was extremely tasty n fresh, the crepe was too good. Not too spicy not bland,just perfect. Nachos were crispy n good. Ordered two coffees personally liked caramel coffee more than cinnamon coffee though both were good. Ambience is nice. Played table games n has look at nice collection of books in rack while waiting for order, it was worth it. Very Nice experience. Will visit again.

Caramel Café is such a cozy spot with amazing coffee and a warm vibe. The caramel latte is delicious, and the waffles and crêpes are absolutely perfect — light, sweet, and fresh. Friendly staff and great service. Definitely one of my favorite cafés!

This place is very nice and welcoming. I ordered the fondue and kadak chai, and both were really delicious. The staff is very generous—when I asked for extra chocolate, they gave it to me for free. I truly appreciated their kindness and excellent customer service. Definitely a lovely experience. 😊

Stopped here on my way back from showings, just needed a place with wifi, I’m glad I did. I’m going to have to come back here with friends to try more of the desserts. Had a latte that tasted amazing and the staff were very nice. If you’re in Bolton and want to try a dessert spot, I would try this place out.

A very nice a chill spot. Exactly the type of vibe where you can get work done, or bring a group to socialize in the lounge area with a nice cup of coffee! The team here really takes pride in their work! 100% recommend stopping by.

Delicious and nicely presented crepes!! Nice ambiance, specious and casual, nicely decorated and well illuminated interior. Wonderful service. We went for a weekend brunch. Had Nutella and Fruits Crepe and Chocolate Overdose Crepe. Both were good, fresh, nicely prepared and presented. The vanilla/chocolate ice cream inside made it amazing. The menu has wide range of nice selections of sweet and savoury items and desserts. Definitely it's a good place to recommend to my friends and family.

The food was amazing, my girlfriend got the Oh Churro, and I got the Waffle Tower. The Oh Churro was about $19 and the Waffle Tower was $35. So this place is a bit pricy. The portion size is very large though. I got to say, even though the waffle tower is a bit pricy, if you are looking for something to try, it is quite delicious. It is huge though and will need an "iron stomach" to finish it, which I did ;) We also got a caramel frappe, it was good however I'm used to sweeter frappe's like McDonald's, this one was a bit stronger, but I'm sure that's something people will love. The service was great, they were very kind to us and even had complimentary ice cold water. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice, I loved the design. Overall, fantastic experience if you are willing to spend a bit of money. $70 for both me and my girlfriend.

The food is absolutely scrumptious and the service is phenomenal. I highly recommend this cafe. The portion size is huge so I couldn't finish my Oreo crepe and I took the test home. The next day it was almost just as delicious! The ambience was also very calming and quiet. Highly recommend this place.

Friendly staff great coffee. Recommended by one of the staff I ordered the iced caramel latte. I was not disappointed. The perfect balance of sweet and bitter. I will definitely come back and try their desert in the future.

The service was great, attentive and friendly. Cute decor and style inside. The desserts were good for other people I was with, but they didn't have enough options for someone who can't have gluten and dairy. Would be nice to have maybe a dairy free ice cream option at least. Other than that everyone else enjoyed their coffees and waffles.

A friend recommended stopping by for dessert. Wow! What a find! People who work there are incredibly kind. Dessert was delicious and I cannot wait to come back. I'm not from the Bolton area but visit every couple of months. If you haven't made time to stop in, I'm telling you that you will love all the desserts.

We needed a place 1/2 way between our house and my daughter's house so we could take our amazing granddaughters home with us. Looking around the Bolton map, I noticed Caramel Cafe. The food was unbelievably good with really fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked. Latte was great. All of us really enjoyed the food and the friendliness of the staff. All of the adults split crepes between two but the kids were able to finish theirs! The price was consistent with with similar dessert cafes but the quality made it a good deal. We really appreciated the fact that the wait staff wore masks properly and they asked about vaccinations. We visit a 92 year old each week so we really appreciated the care they took to keep us all safe so we won't carry Delta back to our older friend.

My friend and I felt like having dessert on a cold and dark Monday night, but didn't want the same old story from Woodbridge. While searching I found Caramel Café in Bolton; less than 2 months old. The ambiance inside was very modern and had a European feel. Spacious tables and ample seating (though I'm sure it was only due to it being a Monday night) made for a relaxing escape to have a good conversation. Upon arrival we were greeted and handed menus. Selections are simple yet elegant, no sprinkles or deep fried monstrosities covering freshly made dessert crepes/waffles. Without asking we were brought two glasses and a big glass bottle of chilled water (I appreciate when restaurants provide a pitcher or bottle - who wants to wait for a water refill?!). The only wrinkle was that our waffles took a little longer than expected to come out - to be fair they were having an issue with the waffle maker. I'll chalk this one up to being a new business, no big deal. The wait was completely forgotten once the waffles arrived. We both ordered the "Bananarama", filled with banana goodness. Let me tell you, I've never had a banana waffle/crepe and been able to taste the actual banana over all the sauces and sugar....until NOW! Nutella, peanut butter drizzle, vanilla ice cream, english cream were all over the waffle but could not take away from the bananas; I'm pretty sure at least one whole banana was sliced for each order. Seeing the size of my order I thought to myself "this better not be heavy", and to my delight it wasn't. The texture was light and fluffy but boy was it a lot! Portions were great and if you compare my photos to the ones on their website, they look identical. How many places put forth such a great effort in presentation? The staff was very polite and full of enthusiasm, reinforcing my assumption that such great desserts come from people who care about what they serve. I'll be returning to try out the crepes very soon!

Very. Very. Very. Expensive. The decaf coffee is not real brewed coffee just powdered :|. It's defiantly not worth it but I get it there not many fancy dessert places in bolton..

Great experience and wonderful ambience. Loved the decor and middle eastern instrumental music. Looks like a fairly new place and the dessert was really good. Only thing I wish was for bigger ice cream scoops, the waffle it self was delicious and they don't mind customizing the menu so that's always a bonus!

Pretty good place that my friend had found on yelp. We both had the bananarama on a waffle. The desert consisted of bananas, peanut sauce, nutella and vanilla ice cream. It was fantastic and surprisingly very liight. The dish was topped with an ice cream cone. My only negative was the wait for our desert was long but they had explained they were having issues with their waffle maker which ill give them some leeway because it is a new place and the staff was very apologetic. Plus the dish was worth the wait. Anyways it was a great place and ill definitely be back.

Amazing new deserts hangout in Bolton. CARAMEL on Parr Blvd. If your sweet tooth and appetite are as big as mine this is the right place to go. Huge portions that are simple and made with lots of love.

The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, and the employees here are very friendly. This coffee shop near me was a great place to get my work completed while enjoying a delicious Belgium waffle and crepe covered with nutella with fresh fruits. I highly recommend this place.

Honestly, I've lived near Bolton for 8 + years. This is my first time trying this place and after tasting these desserts I couldn't believe I hadn't tried it before. Dishes are amazing. Try the waffles!

I love this place! The best hot chocolate! And such a nice calm warm atmosphere! The chocolate fondue is my fav thing to order here!
