Don't take my word for it, just ask Bon Appetit, The Today Show, LA Taco, Wall Street Journal, Smitten Kitchen, Feast Magazine, Denver Post, The Kitchn, Rick Martinez and the Babish Culinary Universe, Modern Huntsman, and the hundreds (thousands?) of Instagram and TikTok posts extoling their virtue.
And as an aside while I have you here, to complain about the policies of a small, micro even, business because of your Amazon-driven, capitalistic, I-want-it-now sensibilities says more about you than the business you're trying to badmouth.
