It was my mistake not to research the area properly before booking, and I now know it’s very much a party town. I want to flag that so others don’t make the same mistake. That said, the noise inside the hotel was completely unacceptable, with drunk guests running up and down the corridors screaming all through the night and into the early morning. I raised this with reception as well as in a mid-stay survey I was sent, and was told security would monitor it, but nothing improved. The walls are paper thin, so even normal conversations from neighbouring rooms carried straight through. I also felt uncomfortable with the behaviour of number of drunk guests around the pool during the day. As a solo female traveller, the lairy behaviour throughout the hotel made me feel unsafe. The room itself could do with some TLC, especially the bathroom, eg. exposed floors, chipped tiles and paint, and chipped taps. Additionally, the balcony door didn’t lock, making it feel even less secure. One of the lifts was frequently broken during my stay and the other one was very slow and clunky. Overall the entire hotel felt a bit tired. The main positive was the breakfast, which was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were great, but overall, unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We stayed mid-week only in August and found that the start of the week is more relaxed and quiet. There was some fun party events towards the end of the week and a saxophone player (who was great!) on the Thursday/Friday which brought a great vibe to the place. The rooms were clean and well looked after by the cleaning staff. They could do some with some updates due to the age of the building but it was cheerful enough. The noise at night was a let down - we were supplied with earplugs which should have been a warning but it's most likely down to location of the hotel as mentioned in other reviews. The facilities including the pool, the staff and especially the food were are all really lovely and think they took care of us really well. The beach towel deposit scheme worked amazingly well for us and the wrist bands were great so we didn't have to take any money down to pool which felt safe and secure! Great drinks too

The "adults only" experience was quite nice during the day when there was a DJ playing at the swimming pool and no kids running around, but it's gets worse by night. Young people coming back front the parties on the middle of the night and waking you up isn't something desirable. The breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of savory and sweet choices. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming.

We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it just wasn’t the right fit for us. It is advertised as a chilled out environment suited for all. The overall atmosphere of the hotel and area felt like a ramped-up version of Magaluf, largely catering to Dutch and German teenagers looking to party. Nights were loud and disruptive, with many guests returning extremely drunk, shouting in the hallways, banging on doors, and creating an uncomfortable environment. Apparently if you have an issue there is a security guard that should come up to deal with it. Cleanliness throughout the hotel also left a lot to be desired. One particularly unpleasant moment was when a staff member physically grabbed my partner’s arm to scan the credit chip on his wristband — which felt very unprofessional and intrusive. On a more positive note, the food was excellent. Both breakfast and dinner were consistently high quality and well-prepared. The real standout, however, was guest relations. A staff member named Mimi (apologies if I got the name wrong) was incredibly helpful and understanding. She quickly arranged for us to move to a different hotel that was much more suited to our preferences, and we’re genuinely grateful for that support. Overall, this hotel may be perfect for the party crowd, but for us, it just wasn’t the right vibe.

Did 10 nights here and didn’t get any rest. This hotel is overrun by drunk teenagers (mainly Germans and Dutch) who party day and night — loud music, shouting, banging doors until late. Not worth the money, even though the receptionist was kind and gave us a “quieter room”, 5th floor. Only the breakfast was truly great. Rooms are okay, but not very clean. Definitely not for anyone looking to relax!!!!

We’re currently two days into our stay at Caramello Palma Beach Hotel. The breakfast is excellent — fresh, varied, and well presented — and the pool area is clean, spacious, and a genuinely pleasant place to relax. These aspects have made our stay enjoyable so far. Unfortunately, our experience with the staff has been far less positive. Arriving at 3 a.m., we were met at reception with nothing more than a blunt “what,” followed by eye-rolling and a sarcastic tone — not the welcome you hope for after travelling. The next day, a security guard approached us quite aggressively for not wearing our wristbands, speaking in a manner that felt more like a confrontation than a polite reminder. When I went to reception to get a replacement, the receptionist was dismissive, sarcastic, and visibly irritated, making the simple request unnecessarily uncomfortable. The hotel appears to cater almost exclusively to German guests, which isn’t a problem in itself, but it does create an atmosphere that can feel less inclusive. Our room also has some maintenance issues — a leaking shower and a broken curtain. Overall, the facilities and location have potential, but the unprofessional and unwelcoming attitude from some staff members leaves a lasting negative impression.

We had a brilliant stay, especially Francesca at the Bar she has been so friendly every evening and day! She’s brighten up our days with delicious cocktails and her smile! 10/10.

The purpose of a hotel is for you to be able to sleep - which we unfortunately were not able too. You can hear every word spoken on the hallway- even with the earplugs provided. Who had the Great idea for the cleaners to clean the hallways and loudly talk to each other at 7:15 am? This is poor planning on the hotels side. Additionally you will hear your pipes groan every time the neighbor flushes the toilet or takes a shower. The beds make bad noises if you just move to turn around- I would not come here again The pool is great and the bar staff nice however if you can’t have a proper rest at night it kind of defeats the purpose of a hotel. I would therefore not recommend it
