Absolutely Disgusting – Stay Away at All Costs! ⭐️ 1/5 (only because 0 isn’t possible) Where do I even begin? This was hands down the WORST hotel experience of my life, and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. First, the room. We walked in to find dirty, stained towels & sheets that looked like they hadn’t been washed. The air conditioning unit is covered in BLACK MOULD, making it nearly impossible to breathe without coughing or getting a headache. The bar staff were shockingly rude, rolling their eyes at the simplest questions and acting like we were bothering them by ordering and correcting their drinks. And don’t expect any kind of peaceful sleep—drunk guests were screaming and fighting until 4 AM every single night, and the walls might as well have been made of paper. To top it all off, the so-called “security guard” harassed us repeatedly about not wearing a wristband—even though the receptionist told us we didn’t need one since we were staying long-term. He made a scene, embarrassed us in front of other guests, and even followed us around reception like we were criminals. It felt more like a prison than a holiday. The hotel itself is falling apart photos online are completely misleading. What you get in real life is a far cry from the edited, bright images they use to lure you in. If your planning to come here to relax please don't! We left feeling more stressed and disgusted than when we arrived. Avoid this hotel like the plague. Spend your money anywhere else—you’ll thank yourself and me!

Very noisy, we were here for a week. Barely slept because of a lot of dutch and german boys that were walking down the hallway every night, screaming and kicking doors for hours. We reported this at the reception. They told us this happends a lot and that they are sorry. The security is only at the entrance door, not the floors and we reported this huge disturbance that kept people up every single night, the security didn't even come once. The staff, food and how clean it is is pretty good but because we barely slept, we couldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. They should take more action, we didn't feel safe because they were kicking the doors very hard and stole our sign that said we wanted privacy every single night. We are glad that we left within a week...

Very helpful and friendly staff, very clean hotel and some nice chilled out areas. Breakfast was great with lots of options and a short stroll to the beachfront. I went out of season (cycling) and bikes were permitted in rooms. The only thing that is an issue is the walls and noise from other rooms. I was woken up many times by doors slamming shut, new guests arriving and the room next door flushing the toilet and playing music from a phone or tablet. The rooms come with complimentary ear plugs, so presume this has been raised before. Soft close doors would definitely help a good night's sleep

The rooms are small but enough for the needs of your vacation. They are boho style, but I didn't find the bathroom door comfortable as it didn't provide any privacy while using the toilet. The restaurant is amazing. At breakfast, there are a lot of options to choose from. Overall, it was nice, clear and friendly staff.

1. Every single night was extremely loud—more like a disco. There was crazy shouting and loud music in the hotel. We could barely sleep. 2. There is no noise isolation; it feels like you’re sleeping on a highway. 3. The rooms are very cold at night, with no heating at all. 4. Water was leaking from the bath—almost reaching the bed. 5. The images uploaded online are heavily edited and misleading. 6. The breakfast was good. Sorry, but there wasn’t a single good thing about this hotel besides the breakfast. We have two more visits to Mallorca, and we’re definitely not staying at Caramelo ever again!

Best breakfast in town with plenty of healthy and sporty options. Best gym I have seen in a hotel since a while. Pool area and bar is great. Wifi is fast. Rooms are a bit small and the bathroom way too small. Convenient location, all easy to reach and yet at nighttime not much noise.
