Carana Hilltop Villa

I liked my stay at Carana Hilltop Villa, their co-operation, welcoming & service was at its best. Everything went smoothly as planned by the Manager Mr. Matthew, who made sure everything was in accordance & as per one's expectations. Their customer service was also good, how they also speak to you was friendly as well. Anytime you needed anything the staff were willing to assist. The Rooms were clean, the breakfast awesome, the surrounding had a nice hill / ocean view with so much serenity. Looking forward to visiting & booking my stay again with Carana Hilltop Villa, best affordable hotel.

Great villa up a quite steep hill, which leads to some nice views. We only stayed one night due to a late flight next day. We were offered the posibility to use the room for the whole next day which was amazing. Would recommend to anyone with a car, but taxis can be organized by the staff also.

The property was situated in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful atmosphere. Each room had its own unique features, making the setup truly extraordinary. We will definitely return!

I stayed at the Hilltop Carana after being in La Digue for a couple of days. The hotel is located, like the name states on a hilltop with a beautiful view of the oceanside. The hotel itself is a little outdated. My room was a fairly spacious but it could definitely use an update. What the hotel lacks is redeemed by the fantastic staff. Matthew handles the daily affairs of the hotel does a great job coordinating travel and tours. Rajah is a great chef, driver, housekeeper and very kind and accommodating. I looked forward to his breakfast and dinner. Ramas was also wonderful and made sure the hotel was clean. All the gentlemen wear many hats and do a fantastic job keeping the hotel in order. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

Although it is up in the mountain and a good distance from the city. I enjoyed everything about my stay. The room was a good size with a very good air condition and a big bathroom. It also has a nice balcony with a great view to the mountain. The staff was the best!!! The manger Matthew was the best and very helpful! Raj and Ramesh were also great! I am not going to forget Our tour person/driver Jozelle. Thank you sis!I can't say enough about the services! WE HAD A BLAST!!! I will definitely will go back there one more time in the near future and stay there. Thank you!!!

We stayed for two nights. The staff was really kind and helpful with everything. Had some delicious dinners and breakfasts with a pleasant view. We rented a car so it was easier for us to travel around, without a car I think it’s a bit harder to go places.

This place is amazing! We stay there for 5 nights in a kind of double room (2adults& 2kids). The room was really clean. Big spaces and good hot water on the shower. |When we arrive the manager give us all the advices we needed and he booked us the car for all the stay. |The pool was amazing too, the kids enjoyed it a lot. |The view having breakfast was breath taking. The breakfast is quite good, you can choose how do you want your eggs and the plate of fresh fruits was really welcomed.|Even when we get back to Mahe in another hotel, the manager was helping us with our rental car. |I recommend this hotel in the middle between Victoria en Beau Vallon. People working there were really kind! (I hope they will read this : thank you for all!!) |

The villa is located on a high hill, which provides an absolutely incredible view from the shared terrace of the surrounding mountains and the ocean. The villa has its own swimming pool, which is kept clean. The villa is managed by two guys, Mathew and Raj, who are ready to do everything for your comfortable stay.
