It was a terrible experience. The hotel was completely disorganized. The elevator was never working, and all the rooms were on the top floor, forcing us to carry all our heavy luggage up and down the stairs. Adding to this was the nightly disturbance from the staff and other guests as they went up and down the stairs. Their loud footsteps were incredibly annoying, and there was also banging from the upper floors, causing insomnia. Furthermore, the hotel is next to a place that plays music all night long. The staff's phone service was practically nonexistent, day and night, forcing guests to leave their rooms to order coffee or even ask questions. As for the room itself, it was a disaster. The carpeting was very old, worn, and disgusting. The bed linens were old and tattered, and the only towel provided was the one that guests were entitled to. Shampoo, toothpaste, and a toothbrush were not available, and there were no plastic slippers. The walls and doors were dirty, and the lighting in the room was depressing. Not properly equipped, the water pressure is weak, and to get warm water in the sink or toilet sprayer you have to open the shower tap for the warm water to flow from it, except for the rest of the bathroom pipes... It is unfortunate that a hotel of this standard is on ***********.
