If your child has severe developmental disability and/or autistic they will neglect and take abusive actions on your child. Their bus staff tightened my teenage son’s safety harness so tight, it made indent marks on his skin on his mid-back causing wetness and was clammy from sweating.

Terrible terrible customer service. There staff is very rude and unprofessional. I have Autistic children and 3 times have the bus driver drove off on as as we were walking down the street. She also refuses to come down my street because she says it’s to narrow. But other school bus, semi truck etc drives down the bus. The owner allows his employees to mistreat disable kids

It's been 2 weeks now since the start of the school year and this company has YET to find a solution to the constant afterschool DELAY, my daughter school ends at 4pm but the bus won't leave her school until 4:35, sometimes 4:45pm, this is completely unacceptable!

The driver is good what I dont like is the aid they have on the bus she just sits their and doesnt bother to sit down my son and doesn't buckle him up thats not good:(

I have been using this company since the day it was created!!! We followed Ernest from the company were he was a driver! They are the best!!!!! I love them and will continue to use them!

Great staff , excellent customer service . Buses were on time and clean! Drivers are safe, professional and courteous.

They are slow never on gime, and the route my kids are on t he bus aid does not do her job.

Idiot driver blocked me in and refused to move even with me constantly blowing to get out, made my sons and I late for our scheduled destinations!
