Caravelle Hotel

We were privileged to stay at the Caravelle Hotel from June 17th to June 23rd, 2025! We had two wonderful rooms on the Executive Floor. We made extensive use of the Executive Lounge every day for breakfast, in the afternoon, and in the evening. The quiet, relaxed atmosphere was well worth the small fee! The quality of the food and drinks on offer was also outstanding! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We would especially like to thank the team who looked after us during this time. A big thank you to THAI, CAO NGUEN, AN TRAN, NHAT, TRAM, and TRINH. We would especially like to highlight the service provided by MY ANH, who served and entertained us excellently on several evenings! Not pushy, but always there when we needed her, with a charming friendliness! Pleasant conversations about the country and its people rounded off our pleasant encounter with MINH ANH. We've visited many hotels around the world and can safely say that we believe Minh Anh is perfectly suited for a great career in this industry. All in all, a huge thank you!

This is an iconic hotel in downtown Saigon. You can walk in most places. The service is ok. I appreciate the staff who cooperated with me to solve my problem on the first day after checking in. Breakfast is excellent (just my opinion 😋) The gym room has a nice view and basis. But It's good enough when you are on vacation or a business trip. The hotel has a sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi on the same floor with the gym room and swimming pool.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. What stood out to me was the outstanding service—all the staff spoke good English, which made communication smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, the laundry service was efficient and reliable.

Stayed here for 4 nights during the last week of April. Room is tastefully renovated and spotless clean. Beds are comfortable and amenities are complete. Location wise, it is just across the road from the Saigon Opera House and easily accessible from the new HCMC metro. While the hotel does offer a late check-out option for a small fee, it is understandable that the hotel was fully booked during the Reunification Day celebrations. Would love to extend our stay here a little longer. No complaints though, we managed to watch firework shows from our room on 2 nights. Overall, a fantastic stay!

A beautiful hotel in the center of HCMC, lots of history. Really good rooms, and a good fitness and pool area. The lobby very stylish and good place for a drink. Location is good - within walking distance of most sights. Good roof bar, with a nice view of central HCMC

Iconic hotel at the centre of the city. You can walk in most places. Rooms are clean and spacious with nice view. Some more water in the room would have been appreciated. There is a water heating machine but not an espresso maker. Everything works properly even though we spent a lot of time during check in unnecessarily. There is a gym and a pool in the hotel. Also a casino is operating for the foreigners of course. Generally recommended.

Probably the best location in Saigon, if you want to be to all the major tourist spaces. The service is great and helpful. Rooms are clean and got a nice view. The only minus point, I could give is that the breakfast was not exactly their strength. It could be a bit better for being “The Hotel in Saigon”. Nevertheless great hotel! Will definitely come back.

The hotel is beautiful, room was perfect. The lack of customer service was shocking. No warm greetings at the door just cold faces. If you don't have your dnd button pushed cleaning staff comes by 3 times or more which can get excessive if your trying to rest. Front reception is also not friendly. Went to another hotel in the south of Vietnam and it was a stark difference with exceptional customer service and feeling welcomed. For the price you pay at this hotel I would have expected higher standards of customer service. We stayed 9 days and the day we left one person working there actually said hi and spoke to us (we are super friendly people)
