Positives- Location and rooms are perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool And room service menu food and drinks great selection. Negatives- refused to change one note as it has a TINY mark on it. They charged $115 Aud for pick up service from airport which would have been $5 with grab. Breakfast was average

Staying at Caravelle Saigon was an absolute treat. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of District 1, walking distance to the Saigon Opera House, Nguyen Hue walking street, and plenty of great cafes, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are elegant and well-appointed, blending modern comfort with a touch of classic charm. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views of the city skyline from the higher floors were stunning, especially at night. What really stood out was the service — professional, warm, and consistently attentive without being overbearing. Everyone from the concierge to housekeeping made us feel genuinely welcome. The rooftop bar, Saigon Saigon, is a must-visit — perfect for cocktails with a panoramic view of the city. Their buffet breakfast was also a highlight, offering a wide range of Western and Asian dishes, fresh juices, and even made-to-order pho.If you’re looking for a luxury stay in Saigon with history, style, and top-notch service, Caravelle is an excellent choice. Would absolutely stay here again.

Here is not the most modern hotel, but definitely the best hotel in Saigon with traditional taste. Not only the guest rooms, but the restaurant on the 3rd floor is sophisticated and the scenery from the rooftop bar at the 10th floor is the quite beautiful. For me personally, this hotel is special. This hotel is full of memory with my ex-girl friend. When I stayed here this time, the all of the beautiful memories with her came up to me, as if I time slipped to that time, because nothing has changed since then. The views from the rooftop, the interiors, the tables of the restaurants, everything remains as the beautiful days. It was a little bitter to me, but I will definitely stay this hotel every time I visit Saigon.I know things are changing, like the city is. But I personally really hope that the hotel wont change, keep the tradition, the history of the city and the memories of the people, I hope I was a small part of it, to the future.

Lovely 2 night family stay. All staff were very kind and accommodating, taking care of us with complementary refreshments when we had to wait for a late night flight. Excellent food and quality. Lovely facilities. Special thank you to Alan, Nam, Thy and An; you made our experience great.

Worst hotel ever. The room is covered with a moldy smell that got me sick for the length of stay there. Food was mediocre at best. Save the “worst” for last: the most incompetent front staff ever, from the doorman to the manager, who looks down on customers and treat the guest like beggars. They couldn’t provide any solutions to the moldy room but keep denying the fact that their rooms smile like an animal farm Check out was also a struggle where they have no clue when being asked about a few charges in my room. I was told “oh you should be aware of these charges” and immediately shoved the check with mu signature to my face. Please stop claiming yourself as five stars. I ended up paid extra 200 usd and stayed at the Hyatt. Worth every cents.

Stayed here for 4 nights during the last week of April. Room is tastefully renovated and spotless clean. Beds are comfortable and amenities are complete. Location wise, it is just across the road from the Saigon Opera House and easily accessible from the new HCMC metro. While the hotel does offer a late check-out option for a small fee, it is understandable that the hotel was fully booked during the Reunification Day celebrations. Would love to extend our stay here a little longer. No complaints though, we managed to watch firework shows from our room on 2 nights. Overall, a fantastic stay!

This is an iconic hotel in downtown Saigon. You can walk in most places. The service is ok. I appreciate the staff who cooperated with me to solve my problem on the first day after checking in. Breakfast is excellent (just my opinion 😋) The gym room has a nice view and basis. But It's good enough when you are on vacation or a business trip. The hotel has a sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi on the same floor with the gym room and swimming pool.

Caravelle must be one of the best hotels in the world. ||The staff is professional and very attentive. The rooms and the common areas are excellent and have a beautiful design. The location is great as well, right in the city centre. ||Thank you for a wonderful stay in Saigon!
