We were seated at the speakeasy, the atmosphere there is amazing! The place is so beautiful. The food was incredible, some of the best Italian we’ve ever had and the service was amazing! Would definitely return

Dinner and vibe were great at Carboni’s. Service was very personable and friendly but not intrusive. We had the Osso buco and Cacio Pepe for our meals and the feta and focaccia for an appetizer along with anchovies (I passed on these but hear they were wonderful).

I honestly don’t understand the hype. We had a reservation and still had to wait in line — not the best start. Once seated, service continued to disappoint. It was slow, inattentive, and at times, completely absent. Our appetizers arrived relatively quickly, which gave us some hope. But that quickly faded when we had to wait a full hour for our main dishes. One hour. For what? The infamous Caviar Spaghetti — priced at 45€ — is an absolute disgrace. Completely tasteless, no seasoning, no depth, nothing memorable except how shockingly bad it was. We politely asked for salt and pepper in hopes of salvaging the dish. Surprise: they never came. It’s embarrassing that such a highly publicized dish is this bad. Overall, this place feels more like an Instagram trap than a quality dining experience. You’re better off spending your money — and your evening — elsewhere.

I have to say, I expected so much more from this restaurant. First of all, the staff is overwhelmed and they barely come when you ask them. Second of all, half of the things we wanted to order were not available (they didn’t even let us know in advance, they just told us when we wanted to order). And thirdly, although I absolutely loved the interior and the vibes, the food was just good (not the best italian food I had in Paris). So all in all, I don’t think I will be coming back, but maybe with some luck, it has potential to be a nice choice.

Mediocre experience at best 10 mins for starters to arrive and then 1 hour break for the main courses! We ordered 3 different past dishes, 1 was wrong and the wrong one was the best choice Tasteless and small portions All this fuss for no reason, most people say that 6-12 months ago was much better Strong suggest to avoid at the moment

Super experience, super ambiance, super food. High quality, super service. I couldnt recommend this restaurant more. In the middle of Le Marais. Will definitely come back !!!!

The mark is so unfair here!!! It’s 5 ⭐️ for sure. I ate the best pasta ever, in Paris, I can’t believe really. Service is so nice, the speed of cooking is fast, all dishes and atmosphere were incredible! Pasta worths its price for sure! Love love love ❤️

Not worth the price! The restaurant is very well designed and gives an elegant but chill feel. We ordered our food and we were shocked that we were able to see the bottom of the bowl due to how small the portion was. The Cacio e pepe had great flavour and the noodles were cooked perfectly. For the price I expected to leave like I’ve eaten dinner. The lobster pasta didn’t have big pieces of lobster and we thought it might have been shrimp. There are better Italian place that have the small vibe, better prices and regular sized portions!
