We came here during our Valentines trip to Paris and thoroughly enjoyed every second. Our waiter Franco was fantastic and very knowledgeable of each dish and wines when asked. Should we come to Paris again we would definitely visit a second time. Great food, great staff and great ambiance.

Best cacio e pepe we’ve ever had!!!!!!!!! And we’ve been to Italy!!!!!!! The minestrone soup “pasta” (?) on the other hand, was horrific and a 2/10. It was flavorless, the pasta wasn’t really cooked, and it wasn’t hot. We would’ve told our server if she had asked how the food was but she didn’t. Also, not sure if it was just a cultural difference, but she honestly seemed mad at us half the time which wasn’t great. She might’ve just been stand-offish but this was a little disappointing. That being said, best cacio e pepe ever and I already miss it. Also, the restaurant itself is very elegant - low lighting and beautiful plants and wooden decor. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paris!!! Just don’t order the minestrone pasta.

We had a dinner at 19:30 for 6 people and 150€ pp. Service started well, the lingoustines were buttery and delicious, then scallop carpaccio and mille feuille came. Both were incredibly delicious. I got lobster ravioli which was lacking the “kick” but people loved the caccio e pepe. Duck was just okay. We got the dessert at 22:10 and still had half a bottle of wine because of the slowed service and asked to get up since they had another round of reservations. We tried to go downstairs bar as promised to us in the beginning but it was packed. We had to wait 30 minutes or so and had to leave to be able to catch the new years in an enjoyable environment. At this price they should’ve been able to manage the situation and provide a better food and service.

The pasta and fish was really good! However, we had limited time in the restaurant and were kicked out of our table right after 2 hours. Also keep in mind that they require every person to order a main dish. Nice atmosphere and interior though.

Had dinner here last night and it was a 5/5. The ossobuco and cacio e pepe were absolutely unforgettable, truly exceptional flavors. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to. 🙂

not sure why this place isn’t rated higher but it definitely deserves the hype online! we walked in at 12pm on a monday and managed to get bar seats on the spot, but saw a line crowding soon after so i would recommend making a reservation. classy, hip interior with great food, both in terms of presentation and taste. hands down the best cacio e pepe i’ve had in my life! friggitelli peppers were also good - think padron peppers, but sweeter and topped with pecorino cheese to balance the tastes. i personally felt that the food was well-priced, at least for lunch menu. shoutout to buzzcut dude who served us :)

We were seated at the speakeasy, the atmosphere there is amazing! The place is so beautiful. The food was incredible, some of the best Italian we’ve ever had and the service was amazing! Would definitely return

Dinner and vibe were great at Carboni’s. Service was very personable and friendly but not intrusive. We had the Osso buco and Cacio Pepe for our meals and the feta and focaccia for an appetizer along with anchovies (I passed on these but hear they were wonderful).
