We had a beautiful absolutely flawless wedding rehearsal dinner at Carboy Winery. The arrival of guests was met with the appetizers and charcuterie boards that were amazing. Guests had the drinks they wanted brought to them as ordered. The Dinner was so delicious. Timing of the food was amazing. The hospitality and service were impeccable. I would highly recommend them for any and all occasions. Mallory was so helpful and knowledgeable. She worked with me on several changes to the menu and guest count. All the food we got for the price was far better than all other places we considered. I will definitely visit again and again. PBeck

Carboy Winery offers a great experience at all their locations. Indoor and outdoor seating, cozy double-sided fireplace to enjoy indoors or outdoors. The friendly team is always happy to make suggestions and recommendations for the best experiences for you. They are keeping it fresh with menu items for your wine tasting experiences. They offer nice benefits to wine club members.

The most delightful staff, wide open bar and...of course - tasty wine!! We had the featured wine flight and the red wine flight, accompanied by several items from the food menu!! Loved everything!! The sashimi was SO yummy! Also had the salmon dip and a cheese board! We were more than full - but had to try the desert sampler (small bites of four fabulous sweet treats)! Highly recommend! Can't wait to visit again!!

Went here on a whim and it was packed to the brim at 3:30 on a Sunday. You know it’s good if it’s that busy. Food was only $20 a plate and was really fresh and good. Wine is excellent, nice and smooth. Sangiovese was super smooth and bison ravioli hit the spot and the chili relleno ravioli was awesome. Great location and atmosphere and we had a great server. We are coming back.

I've called to cancel their members program 5 or 6 times. Noone can help besides one person who has never once returned a phone call or ever answered so I could cancel my membership. I haven't lived near a carboy in over a year, I've now been charged for over 15 bottles of wine I've never received.

Had a great date night here. We each did a fight. I did the sparkling flight and my husband did the white wine fight. Both were great options to try and little bit of everything. We then had a meat and cheese board, French onion soup, goat cheese pear and pancetta bruschetta and the dessert board, all of which were delicious! Would highly recommend!

WELCOME TO LITTLETON CARBOY WINERY 😂 Nestled in the old farmlands on Santa Fe Dr boasting a breathtaking view of the mountains. Enjoy the knowledgeable management and staff, as well as the beautiful decor. This place and these wines do not disappoint. Enjoy chef prepared food and hors d'oeuvres paired with current release wines. The atmosphere is casual and lively. Huge windows allow for endless views and there is outdoor seating as well. Carboy has earned a reputation as a formidable opponent in the local wine industry. I recommend the cheese boards and a hearty merlot on these chilly evenings. Treat yourself to this most welcoming destination. Cheers darling ! 🍷

I can’t say enough how much I love this place. The wine is amazing but man the staff? I go back for the staff! Alexis and Wes are a vibe and I honestly will keep going back to see them ! It’s like drinks with good friends ! Seriously. 100% recommend

Yelp
Came here with a girlfriend for a ladies night and this was one of my best experiences in Denver so far! The attached winery and Italian restaurant is perfect, we arrived on a Friday night around 8 PM and we're told there would be an hour wait, so this was a perfect opportunity for us to start with some drinks at the winery. We were lucky to find a table, and started with the wine-a-Rita's which were literally my favorite wine margaritas ever. We also tried some appetizers, the deviled egg, the meatball, and the bruschetta bread. All of them, words and vine. Very small plates and perfect for sharing with a drink pairing before the large meal to come. Once we were seated at the restaurant, the menu options were so vast I had a hard time choosing what to get. At the recommendation of our server, I decided to try the fried oysters and I'm so glad I did. They were so fresh and delicious, with the seasoning and cheese on top just the way I like it. For a main course, I have the lobster gnocchi, which was amazing, so creamy, generous with the lobster and so well seasoned. Honestly, the best Italian food I've had in Denver so far. I can't wait to come back.

Yelp
A winery in the middle of metro Denver?! Yes please. I was taken here for my birthday celebration and it did not disappoint. So many options to choose from. The wine flight is worth trying. A smattering of wine choices, but the best was their take on Prosecco. A COsecco if you will :). It was not super sweet at all, as most Prosecco's are. The snacks were good- we selected olives and the Gorgonzola fondue dip- do it! The cheese and house made chips- delectable! The location offers the best views of the foothills- which was gorgeous with the leaves changing in the forefront. Service was good. They do take reservations, so would recommend reservations as it was very packed for a Tuesday at 4pm. What a fun place to have in the middle of town- made me feel like I was back in Napa for a moment.

Yelp
Great local winery/tasting room with a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains. Carboy has vineyards in Palisade as well as Washington state in Horse Heaven Hills. Reservations are required for a tasting of 5 select bottled wines for $20. Carboy has a wide selection of wines for every palate - from wines on tap to the bottle. Our tasting started with their new version of a Prosecco called a COsecco. It was dry like a brut and not as sweet as a traditional Prosecco, which I liked. We ended with a heavy Tempranillo only available for club members. It was peppery and earthy and a good way to end a flight. Carboy has many small bites and charcuterie offerings. Happy hour runs from 3-6pm daily. They have amazing specials with board and bottle specials starting at $35 for a charcuterie board and a bottle of wine. You can't go wrong!

Yelp
After visiting the Columbine Memorial, we decided to go to this restaurant based on local recommendation. The decor was cozy with lots of wood and stacks of their own wine for sale. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Our meals and drinks were good. If I'm ever in the area, I will definitely stop by again!

Jacqueline D.

Yelp
I really loved the area this was in! Cute atmosphere and we enjoyed the charcuterie and burrata! Wines were good and service was attentive! It was quiet enough to have a conversation which was nice!

Yelp
Whether you're a wine lover or simply seeking a charming atmosphere to unwind, Carboy Winery is a must-visit destination that brings the essence of Colorado Wine Country to the Front Range. The girls and I visited Carboy Winery's flagship location in Littleton for a little hump-day treat. The winery lies about 20 minutes south of Denver. We arrived at Carboy Winery in Littleton and we were seated by the bar before moving to the tasting room. The aesthetic was cozy and rustic with lots of warm wood tones and barrels throughout the space. There was a shop area where customers could browse and purchase a large selection of Carboy's wines as well as wine-related items. We began our experience with the On Cloud Wine Tasting - hosted by our wine specialist & Assistant Manager, Victoria. This elevated tasting featured five distinctive carboy wines (only $20/person). Whether you're a seasoned wine enthusiast or a curious novice, the knowledgeable and friendly staff at Carboy Winery will guide you through a tasting. Victoria was amazing and had a wealth of information to impart about the winery and each wine we tried. We started with the Rosé La La La, 2021 from Horse Heaven Hills, WA. The Rosé La La La was the highlight of our tasting. Its complex flavors and subtle floral bouquet made it a delightful choice. We loved it and this was all of our favorites. Carboy's Happy Hour which runs from 3-6pm daily boasted a Board & Bottle deal for $35 (choose a bottle of Carboy red or white and one of their charcuterie boards). For Boards we had the Red Rocker with two meats, two cheeses and accompaniments. Next up in our tasting was the BLAN.CO White Blend from Grand Valley CO. The BLAN.CO had a medium body, balanced acidity, and notes of honeydew melon & Anjou pear. For Snacks we had the Baked Goat Cheese and the Salmon Dip. The Baked Goat Cheese was made with apples, apricots, & black pepper honey, and served with ciabatta. The goat cheese was a major crowd pleaser. The cheese had a tangy and tart flavor that was complemented by the sweet honey & apricots. For Bruschetta we had the Bacon Jam & Ricotta with Truffle Honey. The Bacon Jam Bruschetta made for satisfying bites - sweet, caramelized jam with a touch of bacon smokiness. For Sweets we had the Dessert Board. The Dessert Board came with Chocolate Pot De Creme, Salted Caramel Panna Cotta, Dark Truffles, & Creme Brulee. The Chocolate Pot De Creme was my favorite - a light chocolate custard with a fluffy, pudding-like texture. With dessert we had the Teroldego from Grand Valley CO. This red wine had a bold freshness and a taste of expressive alpine fruit.

Yelp
Loved the savvy wine sommelier skills our server had. Nice happy hour with bubbles and munchies. Definitely worth coming back again.

Yelp
You'll find this gem off of Santa Fe near 470. This place is connected to an amazing Italian restaurant "Angelo's Taverna". If you're looking for a local winery, this is the place. With multiple Wines to try from they also offer wine flights which I decided to try. I'm not a white wine gal so getting this type of flight was out of the ordinary for me but It was delightful. Most of the wines I was able to try were just overall balanced with the acidity and dryness. Would recommend any of the flights. We were able to get patio seating which was amazing since it's been such a cold winter. I love that this place can host huge parties and other events. The best part is the wine club. You're able to get special discounts, free wine, exclusive access to new wines and member only events. My only thing for myself was how attentive the servers actually were which was very little. Our table kept getting overlooked and we had to wave or just straight up go find someone to help us get wine or answer our questions. That part was a downer on the experience.

Mitchell S.

Yelp
We walked over from Angelo's at 8:30pm and were told last call had been made 15 minutes prior! 45 minutes to close was last call? That makes sense

ViVi S.

Yelp
Pay attention to your patterns. Personally, I am based on a true story. A tiny girl with a big appetite for love, travel and delish carbs with cutie that is always on the hunt to explore new spots. Finally made it to this location and couldn't be happier we sat our butts here for several hours. Plenty of parking without the hassle of downtown like their sister location. Great spot to get together with friends, your gals pals or just another date night with the cutie. Love the energy and a bit different from the downtown location. Come in and chill and enjoy just pure goodness. This is a fun vibe with the brewery and Angelo's next door. Still recommend the same starters of lamb meatballs, tuna sashimi and burrata. We did get the Red Rocker board which gives you two meats and two cheeses with accompaniments. The blackberry jam is so yummy. Definitely loved the white wine flight and my go to Pinot Noir. Our favorite was the Voigner so sample it if you get a chance. Can't wait to take advantage of the patio. Old energy is clearing. New energy is entering. Great things are coming. Venture here and let your vibe be a product of this lovely environment.

Yelp
Had an amazing experience here. Peter was awesome!! Thank you for the awesome service and wine knowledge

Yelp
Our group of 10 was in for a friend's birthday on a Saturday and had a wonderful time wine tasting. We were able to try a variety of different wines for just $20 a person - an inexpensive and fun group activity. Our server was super knowledgeable and attentive to our large group. They have a little "shop" area where you can pick up some bottles of wine to go and branded hats/shirts to commemorate your visit. We didn't eat at Carboy this visit as we had dinner reservations at Angelo's, the delicious Italian restaurant connected next door, but I'd like to come back and try some of their food and sit outside when the weather is warmer. This tasting room is right next door to Breckenridge Brewery so would be fun to make a day of it and go to both!

Yelp
What an incredible winery. Great wines! Good hospitable wait staff. And the ambiance is perfect.

Elizabeth N.

Yelp
I am a big supporter of Angelo's and love their wine! Their charcuterie boards are amazing and so is their dessert variety board! All so delicious and tasty!!!!!!they are always consistent in the service and the flavor of their foods no matter what location you are visiting! Their membership is worth it!!!!!

Michelle B.

Yelp
Service isn't great. The flight was not worth $15. 3-2oz for $15. I recommended just going to Angelo's.

Maria L.

Yelp
We love this place! The wine is good and their food options are great too. It's a great place to hang out with friends and family. They have outdoor and indoor seating which is nice. I always like to get a flight when I come, they usually have 3 types to choose from. But their wine list has a great variety to choose from, so you can't go wrong.

Hayden F.

Yelp
Great food Great service and a good selection of beer and wine. The Chile relleno ravioli is a must try!

Matt B.

Yelp
We absolutely love Carboy! The food is very good and the wine is excellent. But, what really brings us back is the incredible service. There is always a friendly face, not matter when you stop in. They are attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or give recommendations. There are a lot of places to find good wine in the Denver area, but we will always come back to Carboy for one reason: their incredible staff. Keep up the amazing work everyone, you are appreciated!

Waverly G.

Yelp
My boyfriend, his brothers friend and I came into this winery on the way back from Gardens of the Gods. I understand we aren't dressed appropriately for a winery right now but I'm a server and my boyfriend always tip well. Always 25% or more. I noticed that people who were dressed well or older got better service from our server. It took 5 minutes to be greeted, we ordered a bottle and had to flag him down to get another bottle and for the check. I understand being busy but we saw him go to his other tables and not even check on ours. As a server I treat everyone the same. Seems a little pretentious. I guess dress well if you want to come here lol.

Cat D.

Yelp
Such a great spot for wine! We were in yesterday for my friends birthday and the servers were so fantastic. They knew all the facts about the wine and even gave us their favorite picks as well! Cant wait to go back and try more!

Jack B.

Yelp
Good wine and good cheese board. Staff is friendly. Right next to Angelo's taverna go here before your reservation.

Scott D.

Yelp
Carboy Winery hosted my wife's 50th birthday party on January 15th. We knew it would be a great evening but could have never imagined they would do such a wonderful job. The food and wine were exceptional and the service, as always, exceeded expectations. We are longtime customers but would refer anyone to hold an event at this location. Great times made easy! Thank you so much, Scott Dugan

Macy M.

Yelp
Love the vibe here!! Wine was awesome. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Gorgeous establishment. Definitely recommend the wine flights!

Celeste V.

Yelp
Wine tasting, fun atmosphere, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Don't go if you're hungry. There are very nice upscale snacks to go with the wine, but they are tasty, not huge. We liked it, but we were too hungry!

Paul K.

Yelp
Did a travel nursing assignment in Centennial, and came across this winery in our local explorations. The winery is very cozy, with a nice tasting room connected to Angelo's; a delicious Italian Restaurant. The service at the winery was always exemplary, and we visited both their indoor tasting room and outdoor sitting area multiple times during our 10 month stay in Colorado. When our families came to visit, it was one of the spots we took everyone too and they loved it as well. Highly recommend!

Wendy M.

Yelp
We had such a great time at Carboy! Despite living decently close, we hadn't visited before. It was a quiet Sunday afternoon and there were several parties enjoying wine with us. Like others have noted, the service was amazing. We really enjoyed the gentleman who took care of us - he was not only really knowledgeable, but also humorous and greeted us as if he'd known us all his life. We tried two wine flights (The Winemaker and Red Wine) and ended up taking three bottles home. In addition to the flights, he shared two more samplers - one beer offering (Avery's The Reverend - their quad) and one white offering (2017 Sauvignon Blanc). These were both amazing also - so attentive as these samplers were both complementary, just based on our shared dialogue. This wine - every sampler offering was really good.... each getting better and better until we narrowed it to three. These guys know wine. Such a good time! The space / atmosphere was rustic with wood features - just my style. Clean lines, symmetry, and open shelving. Love. They have a wine club - free, and if you take home two or more bottles, they offer a complimentary wine flight. Nice touch. Next time, we plan to pair some food with our wine. Everything around us looked and smelled delicious. If we hadn't just eaten, we would have partaken. Yep, next time. Take a look at the pics - this is such a great place. Date night? Yep. Easy weekend afternoon? Yep, yep. After work? Uh... Yeah! Can't wait to go back!

Raquia D.

Yelp
Love this place! GREAT for date night...easy ambiance and WONDERFUL STAFF!! Peter and Mallory are DOPE!! Each time we've come and he is there, Peter has taken great care of us. He always gives me the "extras" no one else offers. It could be something as simple as a box to carry out my wine club purchase when others didn't offer. Mallory makes you feel at home and not rushed. She goes the extra mile too! The GOOD: Great nibbles of food to share, nothing super heavy. The relaxed atmosphere is great for enjoying a glass or two with friends as well. It's also a great place to grab a drink at the bar while you wait for a table at the restaurant next door...or a better option if Breck Brew is packed...which is often the case in the summer. After visiting wine country I realized that membership has its rewards!! The BAD: (Nada) Don't let the parking lot or folks standing outside fool you! Walk in...you will likely find a seat. The UGLY: If you don't become a member you miss out on the great discounts! Lol

Kal C.

Yelp
Man this place was packed when we showed up. Found out it was a private event for a wine club. Outdoor seating is nice and the large open area also makes it appealing... We had to grab our own food from the food expo. Not sure if this is normal or because they were so busy. Spot was muy decent.

Zakari G.

Yelp
Terrible service, rude hostess, and condescending management! There are much better options a few minutes down the road who treat their paying customers with some respect. Spend your money elsewhere.

Liz M.

Yelp
My family and I love to come here to grab some snacks and wine. We also have the wine membership so it makes it convienent that we can pick our wine up after dining as well. Great variety of wine on tap and amazing food!! I love the pesto (nut free yay) deviled eggs, so good. We also love the french onion soup here. The chefs and staff work so hard and are so kind. Our server was a little slow at getting back to our table to check in every once in a while but it's okay! :) we will be back!

Michelle H.

Yelp
Love Carboy! Used to love going in, the people are so knowledgeable about their product and so great to be around. But now that we are quarantined, it's become one of our special treats to get through our weekends. The people are so nice and optimistic and they have it running so well despite the oddness of our new circumstances! Definitely recommend spending your money here!! Cheers!!

Tasha J.

Yelp
I love coming to Carboy! It's a wonderful location with fantastic wines. In the summer, I ride my bike up the south platt trail to get here because the outdoor space it shares with angelos is fantastic. Carboy's wines are flavorful and not outrageous on the pricing. They have something for everyone and a list of pretty good beer as well. Angelos next door does have a full bar and food but Carboy has a small selection of foods as well. This is my only area of disappointment honestly. I was here with 4 coworkers and we just ordered 2 kinds of bruschetta. I thought we were ordering the burrata cheese but got the burrata bruschetta instead. With 5 adults sitting there, I really would have expected the waitress to tell us exactly what we would be getting and if it would be enough for us. Each plate of bruschetta cost $10 and had 3, only THREE small pieces of bread. WTF?!? I really would have expected more from carboy. The flavor was great but each person couldn't even try both even with cutting them in half. Come here for the wine but beware ordering food. Ask for details on everything before!

Sharon W.

Yelp
Met my friend there for drinks. She raved about this place saying how wonderful it was. The wine was good. The charcuterie board was so disappointing. Ritz crackers? (I thought it was a joke) Cubes of pepper cheese and another unknown flavorless cheese, slices of deli ham, some kind of orange cheese spread and sliced jalapeños. All this yumminess for $16. The goat cheese bruschetta was a spread on toast less bread with a sprinkle of apples and raisins. Next time I'll bring my own crackers.

Taylor G.

Yelp
I was SO excited to try this winery. It was the first beautiful day in a while, so we wanted to sit on the patio with our dog. I messaged them on Instagram the day before to confirm they allowed dogs. I specifically asked if the Littleton location did...they said yes. When we got there today, I was told only the Denver location allows dogs on the patio and the manager acted like I was lying. She was incredibly rude. I brought my phone back in to show her and she blamed it on an employee after telling me earlier that she monitors everything on their instagram...as if I was lying. I will not be going back to this establishment after their unprofessional behavior. She tried to blame it on "the county." I go to many patios in the area with my dog and they allow it. Do not recommend.

Katie F.

Yelp
Rustic Chic decor (wood floors, metal chairs, oak barrels as tables and open shelving) + Amazing wines (a wide range of reds, rose's, whites and more!) + Great wine-tenders - that really know their stuff and can offer great suggestions and conversation! + Pricing is cheap - and happy hour is offered! + Killer view and patio set up - perfect for any summer night! + Upscale/trendy/cool vibe and atmosphere, perfect for an intimate dinner or with a group! + Spacious location and ample parking ________________________________________ Great way to spend a Thursday night with family and friends! :)

Randal M.

Yelp
Very excited to sit at the bar for wine tasting. Bartender was more concerned about putting up glasses than to wait on us. We just walked into the bar at Angelo's which is amazing.

Dave R.

Yelp
Made my first visit to Carboy the other night, as a wine drinking buddy was in town.....and it won't be my last!..An awesome selection of wine and meats and cheeses are available - if you don't want a more substantial dinner next door... I'm looking forward to my next visit.

James C.

Yelp
Carboy is a truly unique experience nestled in a great setting in south Denver. We visited on a beautiful, late-summer evening, and the view from the patio of this place looking west was fantastic. As we walked into the rustic farmhouse we were promptly greeted by the friendly staff. Carboy has a nice bar with a number of high-top tables, and the place was full. They do share space with Angelo's, an Italian restaurant next door, but Carboy has its own selection of foods. They are best known for their wines, of course, and they don't disappoint. There is a nice selection of whites and reds, as well as some tap beers. The staff is really knowledgeable about the wine, so this is a great place to take a leap of faith and try some new things out. I took advantage of one of the wine flights, which is a good way to learn more and taste some good pairings. Not to be outdone, however, is the food. Carboy doesn't have full meals per se, but you can certainly walk out fulfilled with a couple of their meat/cheese boards and snacks. Perfect for pairing with your wine, the boards are uniquely curated and prepared. Our favorites were the "Andre the Giant" and the "Summer of 92". Carboy is a great venue to meet people and catch up. It is a unique experience here in Denver.

E Z.

Yelp
Wanted to like Carboy quite a bit but had very off-putting experience with bartender (+ lousy house blend). Arrived about 8:45pm and were immediately told last call had already happened. OK, cool, bummer, just wanted to get a flight and sit outside. Bartender said, what do you want? I asked to get a wine flight and said I'd like to take it outside to the nearby patio. Bartender was snooty and condescending as she proceeded into a very complicated description of "This is Carboy, that's Angelo's. That's our patio, that's their patio. We close at 9. They close at 10." Ah, OK - I thought you had the same owner? "We do. But we don't want our glassware taken over there. There's too much glassware with a flight." Ah, OK. Surprised they haven't figured out a solution -- different drinking vessels (plastic for patios?), open up a satellite tasting bar, or just put up with an occasional broken glass so your customers enjoy themselves? Decided not to make a federal case of it, so to be more efficient ordered a 750ml of their Carboy house white blend. Made it out to what I hoped was the kosher patio. Sat down, looked longingly at the nicer greener patio of the sister-by-another-mother restaurant, and sipped our wine... and almost spat it out. Not sure if it was skunked (from the tap?) or unusually metallic, or if that's just the way it was supposed to taste, but it's in my top 10 worst wines ever. Tinny and thin. Thinny. Quite unfortunate. Didn't want to battle the snooty condescending bartender, so chalked it up to an unfortunate loss and left our full glasses + the full carafe at our table as we called it a night.

Iriana B.

Yelp
Our waitress gave herself an additional $20 tip (41% of the bill). When I saw the charge from my bank I called the winery and the manager reluctantly refunded the additional charge stating the cause of confusion was because I had scratched something out on the tip line. I had miscalculated the tip and had corrected it that's what had been scratched out. I highly recommend keeping a copy of your receipt or just paying in cash.

Kara H.

Yelp
We had the featured wine flight, and the red wine flight. The '59 red wine blend and the carboy red wine blend were our favorites- very smooth and drinkable. Service was great - they were very understanding when we switched tables after a woman who was coughing made my husband a little nervous. We didn't try any of the food, although it always looks good!

Jaime R.

Yelp
This is an unique experience. Spending some days in Denver Colorado. We went to an upscale Mexican restaurant and I had one of the best wines I've ever had. Asking for the bottle, asking for the bottle, I found out it's from a local winery that just opened on October 2016. Well, I'm here having one of the best Syrah I've ever had. They have a couple of other wine I like but nothing like the Syrah I'm buying a case today. One week ago we went I visit the Stone Hill winery in Missouri and was very disappointed. I didn't like any of their wines and found them overpriced. Unfortunately you can't but these wonderful wines countrywide yet but fortunately, they're working on it.

Brittany B.

Yelp
This is a great place to hang out while enjoying some tasty wine and delectable bites. The smoked salmon was so tender and even my guy, who isn't usually a fan, admitted how good it was! The charcuterie board (we got Andre The Giant) was good but not the best I've had. I think I'm partial to bread instead of crackers, especially since the crackers served with the salmon were incredibly salty! We decided to share the winemakers and the red flights, which allowed us to sample 7 of their wines. My favorite was the merlot, while others in our party favored others - there's something for everyone! Service was attentive too! I'm already looking forward to our next visit! Hopefully before enjoying a meal at Angelo's!

Rick K.

Yelp
We had a delightful lunch consisting of Uncle Vinny sandwich, oysters, toasted raviolis, French onion soup and spinach salad. Everything was excellent, service was great and the prices were fair. Will be back!

Mark B.

Yelp
Jason the manager exemplifies the word hospitality. We just moved to Denver from CA and trying to learn the local wine culture. I wrote several wineries to see if they were open and had a sitting room/tasting room that was open. Jason was super responsive and personable. Needless to say we came out and had a great time learning about CO wine from Jason and having some great food and drink. Great experience, ambiance and host. Currently, I am still awaiting responses from the other places I wrote. Thanks Jason!! We'll definitely be back.

Cyndi C.

Yelp
This was the best fettuccini alfredo with steak I have ever eaten! Incredibly delicious, it had an amazing layering of complex flavors...it reminded my husband and I of strings restaurant back in the day. Delicious!! Our waitress Haley was fantastic, great job!!! Ps please bring fresh brewed ice tea to the menu...pretty please

Yelp
Nice little spot in Littleton to try local wines. It's next door to Angelo's Tavern which is a nice feature. The wines we tried were a little on the acidic side but our waitress was knowledgeable and told us that a majority of the wines that they have on tap are younger which equates to a more acidic finish. We settled on a nice blend (Vin '59) that paired well with a couple apps we got. They offer great apps that go nicely with their wine offerings and if you need more food, you can go next door! There's couches and high top tables to sit at, the atmosphere was nice. Unfortunately we sat next to a group of women and one had way too much to drink so everything she said was heard. My boyfriend and I were also 2/3 non-white customers over a span of two hours on a Saturday night so there's not much diversity... it's Littleton though so what can you expect? Overall, nice spot.

Yelp
The wine is good and the scene is urban. What more do you need? Oh- maybe a happy hour that goes past 5:00? Seriously, can it even be considered a "happy" hour if it only goes until 5:00?! So I wish they'd extend until 6:00, but other than that, it's a great place. Currently crushing on the Cabernet and Syrah. Previously I enjoyed the blend. When I was here with my friend for drinks, we shared the Hippie Ex board and it was delicious! I love having this spot on the south side of Denver and if you're hungry for a little more, Angelo's is right next door and you can take your wine right over.

Yelp
I recently attended a wine tasting at Carboy Winery in Littleton. The Atmosphere was just was I was looking for. Our host was phenomenal! It was a great experience. I recommend this place to any wine enthusiasts!
