Easy to get into stadium, very quick on arrival you get your bags searched and are approached by friendly staff to help you. Entrances & Exits are indicated clearly and visibly. On arrival in stadium, through the entrance you arrived to you are greeted with a jawdropping view of the stadium. The food is nice as well. Highlights must be the fans and atmosphere very loud and a great community. Also very cheap kids is around £20-25 near the pitch. I highly recommend to go and is a great experience 9/10.

Google
Good stadium to visit for away fans with parking for cars within the away end although you won't get out till 30 mins after the game ends, not a great atmosphere from the home fans but then again not having the best of seasons, but big thumbs up to the stewards, best around no messing and no fans stood in stairs. Large concourse with plenty of food outlets too so not to crowded

Reviewing the tea at Cardiff City Stadium. I attending a corporate event at the stadium today. I had a lovely cup of tea served in a Cardiff City paper cup. It was a self service option at the drinks station. The tea bag was not labelled so I my best guess to the brand was Tetley’s as it was a circular tea bag. You’re never going to be too far off the mark with a quality brand like Tetley’s. The water was at the optimum temperature and fresh milk on hand. One of the best cups of tea I’ve had this side of the Severn Bridge. Diolch Cardiff City Stadium. The hot buffet was fantastic too along with the staff who were super friendly and welcoming.

Went to see Wales vs South Korea in a friendly. A bit of a tedious nil-nil draw. Stadium was well organised and the stewards were friendly. If you have children then the family stand at the Grange end is ideal. Light show was good.

Excellent views off pitch from anywhere in the ground. Apart from the first 4 rows the rest is safe standing. A bright and tidy stadium the concourse is spacious were you can get drinks and food but expensive. There’s a few fast food chains and coffee outlets outside the ground. If going by road allow yourself at least 2 hours from Leigh Delamere services (55 miles to go) due to traffic. Overall a very nice ground.

Yelp
Cardiff City stadium was a heck of a place to experience my first live soccer match. No complaints, though, as the stadium is well-designed, with excellent sight-lines, relatively spacious seating, and plenty of leg room.* It's especially impressive that what is apparently very much Option #2 for Cardiff sports stadiums is something this well built and maintained. As I watched the various players behave as if they'd been shot by snipers any time an opposing player entered a 10-foot radius around them, I definitely appreciated my first live exposure to the beautiful game. Okay, a cheap joke, I apologize. I actually did enjoy it. * My perception of spacious seating and leg room might have been colored by the fact that it was so cold during the game that polar bears were freezing to death in the stands. I was curled up into a perfect sphere to conserve body temperature.

Yelp
I didn't actually come here for a football game but for a conference that used this as the venue. Honestly fantastic and easy to get to as it is just a short walk from a railway station. ~ Interior: The stadium is modern and up-to-date with its interior decor. It would make for an excellent venue with clean toilets and a fantastic view of the football pitch. If you were deciding on booking a place for a business conference I would highly suggest it. ~ Location: As mentioned before its location is great. A short walk form a railway station and nearby is a shopping strip with standard department stores and restaurants. --- A great stadium near the centre of Cardiff that would be fantastic for watching a game or using it as a venue!

Yelp
Carcliff is something you don't want to have happen to you. At the very best, you lose your car, completely. At worst, you die. So be careful. Cardiff on the other hand is slightly better. It's the largest city in Wales and one which I have mixed feelings about. Go down on Caroline St and give the Curry Chicken a try, and decide for yourself. Also grab a Clark's Pie. But this review is specifically about the stadium. First-Hand Experience: More info about my personal experience at this stadium - I went to this place in 2011 and 2014 and both times, as much as the Cardiff City fans can be a little leery and scary, it's an absolute palace of a stadium. Brilliant intense state of the art new place that helped launch Cardiff to the Prem for the first time and is a credit to the city and club. Not even a big fan of Cardiff City but this is one of the better stadiums in the country and they did a brilliant job with it. I'll be going back here in 2016 I am sure. I've been to most UK & US stadiums, due to lifelong obsessions with travel, sport & especially footy (soccer to Americans). Born & raised in England, I followed Oxford United (hometown team) to stadia all over the country at away games, and later Liverpool (fave team) around. Every stadium review - like all my reviews - are from first-hand personal experience, usually from several visits. In 2011, I was on music tour in the UK, and visited most stadiums for fun in my spare time. As recently as Fall 2014, when I was "stuck" in UK for 3 months, I went to hundreds yet again while travelling. I have pictures of me at most, which I'll post later. Also, when back in UK I'll take more pix, and add more stadia! *** return to regular review *** All bias aside, you have to say Vincent Tan really, really delivered here. This is utterly amazing. This is one of the best stadiums in the entire country, and I don't just mean Wales, I mean the UK. The atmosphere is intense, the stadium is beautiful inside and out, modern, it's perfect for any football club. It holds 33k people and only cost 48 mil which is not a lot compared to other beautiful stadiums. Wales have played a few home games here and the Stereophonics have played concerts here, but the fans were just looking, not buying tickets. The media liked the gigs a lot, especially this one guy that I call Mr. Writer.

Yelp
The brand new home for Cardiff FC is an impressive stadium. Very stylish, modern and a great atmosphere inside. There is also a huge retail park across the road for shopping...And a Gregg's for pre game pies. Haven been taken recently by a mate of mine I was chuffed with the pricing. Nowhere what I pay when I go home. Everywhere seems to have a good view of the pitch and as mentioned the stadium retains the noise wonderfully well. It's just a shame they got rid of the terraced section. It's a cracking stadium an well worthy of the national team too if they decide to move here permanently.

Yelp
Not so long ago this stadium was situated on the other side of the road, and the grassy space where it not sits was taken up a couple of times every year with travelling folk. I have lots of memories of those people: mainly good, but some horrible as there was quite a lot of 'bickering' between them and the local high school. But now the new stadium, in all its red running track glory has turned a 'vacant' lot in the Cardiff landscape into something we can increasingly be proud of. A whole lot of money has been handed over to the benefit of sports recently, and obviously this has quite a bit to do with Olympic overspills coming to Cardiff. It will be interesting to see the events that will be held in this stadium in the future. And to see if it lives up to the money spent on it.

Yelp
First, I should lay my cards on the table: I hate watching sport, any sport, and I am far from an expert in what is and is not a good stadium when it comes to sports. I was, however, dragged along to a game here on the premise that it was just to see what Cardiff's new stadium was like. I had only been to the old stadium for an event in one of Cardiff City FC's function rooms, which definitely had that slightly tired, worn out and ropey feel to it. Now, however, the brand spanking new stadium is modern, well maintained, and very functional. It is quite a dramatic change from the old one. The main entrance is fairly monolithic - a big grey hulk of a structure with CARDIFF CITY STADIUM emblazoned in blue on the front of it. They definitely seem to have placed more emphasis on function over form, but I'm sure fans who want quick access and good seating are thankful for this. Apparently it has 26,828 seats, and after the Millennium Stadium it is the second largest stadium in Cardiff and all of Wales.

Yelp
Having only recently been built, the Cardiff City Stadium is a great piece of modern sporting architecture, providing both the professional football and rugby teams with a state of the art home. Set just minutes from Cardiff City's former ground, Ninian Park, there are a large number of places people can without having to walk too far. There's also a large number of spaces devoted to the ground, although these are obviously very popular and cant be relied upon during game days. Inside the ground, the symmetrical design means that views are consistent right from every side. No obstructions impede views, with all the support for the roofing, over-head. The seats are about as comfortable as seats at a sports ground get, and the large walkways and conveniently located exits make entering and exiting ones seat relatively stress free. Hot snacks and drinks are available in the ground and come at decent prices. It's a nice ground to go too, with its enclosed, roofed design, minimizing the effect of wind and rain.

Yelp
Situated in the Leckwith area of Cardiff, Cardiff City Stadium is the home of both Cardiff City Football Club and, more recently, the Cardiff Blues rugby team. The stadium itself holds around 27,000 people, and is fully seated. It is found opposite a large retail park, making it ideal for parking. Shops in the surrounding area include Asda, Smyth's, Marks and Spencer and Next, along with numerous others. Cardiff International Sport Stadium (formerly Leckwith Stadium) is also within short walking distance. Not only does it play host to a large number of rugby and football games throughout the year, it also doubles up as a great music venue, having held its first concert in the summer of 2010 with headline act The Stereophonics making a return to their native capital. The atmosphere in the grounds was amazing and proved this stadium to be a great venue for live music. With its modern exterior, impressive size and adaptable facilities, Cardiff City Stadium is a superb venue to watch rugby, football or live music.

Yelp
I really love the team and as an American it's a little difficult to ever see them play so now that I've been living in Dublin I finally was able to come over to see a match. The fans were great, the stadium is your run of the mill stadium. The pitch was in great condition, the stadium is beautiful. No frills though, straight concrete bar areas and that sort of thing. The worst part was that when I tried to get a beer it took about 10 minutes because they really weren't sure about my identification. I had a passport card (not the actual passport), my Irish residency card, and my driver's license from the U.S. While I can understand why the first two wouldn't work (although if they want a passport, they should take that card because it has all the same information and is issued alongside it), but they asked if I had a driver's license. I told them that's what they were looking at, but since they hadn't ever seen an American one they weren't sure and several people had to get involved. It shouldn't be so difficult to be an international visitor and understood that we have different passes. I would hope that based on all the information and photos being the same on each card that it would be proof enough (I'm 24, so not too close to 18 anyway) but when all was said and done I got my beer, some apologies and they did their best to make it better so I left happy!

Yelp
Taking the latter-day route of sports stadiums the country over, the Cardiff City Stadium sits on the edge of a retail/shopping park (also see: Swansea's Liberty Stadium). But though it is indeed new built, historic and nostalgic links remain strong, only just across the road from the site of Cardiff City's old football stadium Ninian Park, now residential houses. The Cardiff Blues rugby side have joined the football club here, with rock concerts also on the agenda, broadening the stadium's appeal to being worthy of that moniker. It actually is an arena fit to represent the entire city. Views and facilities are great improvements on both Ninian Park and the Blues' old home at Cardiff Arms Park, two dated stadiums that had rather run their respective courses. The strangely unimpressive archway into the car park is the only half-cocked facet, in fact, resembling a semi-finished grand entrance that ran out of money midway through construction.

Yelp
First visit to Cardiff City Stadium as a visiting Utd fan yesterday, great parking and exit route after game, good facilities and Stewards have to be among best in the Premier. Result disappointing but that's the way it goes Lol !
