I hesitated to leave a review, but to help the business and others, I decided to share my experience.
This cozy restaurant focuses on organic and healthy food options. We arrived for a late lunch just before 4 PM.
One issue was the attitude of one of the staff members. Not only were we not greeted when walked in, when we asked at the cashier if the lunch menu was still available, she was very unbothered. While we understood that some dishes might not be available, her attitude left a very negative impression.
Additionally, although the food was tasty and high-quality (my cheese platter and Cleanse cold-pressed juice were wonderful), the waiting time was really long, as some customers have noted.
The place also seemed disorganized, with a big box on the seat and menus scattered on the table when we walked in.
Fortunately, the owner and the other staff were nice and sincere, which allowed us to enjoy our meal in the end.

I don’t have a lot to judge it from or compare it to as far as Italy since we just arrived but compared to similar places back home, I’d say the food was acceptable but not the tastiest or most flavorful. It was nice to have a salad as Italians seem to eat too much bread. 😂 I do love pasta but gosh I need my veggies! The chocolate cake didn’t taste like chocolate but maybe the one with coffee does? I don’t like coffee so I wasn’t interested in trying it out. Anyway, we had the fruity one which I didn’t love. The chocolate banana smoothies were better as far as chocolaty flavor is concerned (we love chocolate). The lady who served us was hospitable and friendly. She was most helpful in giving us the name of a couple of other vegan/vegetarian places to eat at which is helpful. Cute little place. The veggies are on display next to the seating area so the fruit flies were ridiculous: all up in and on our food. One fell and instantly died in my hot soup. I managed to scoop it out. I had the miso which wasn’t terribly salty. Overall, it’s nice to have an option to find fresh salads at and no meat to tarnish the food.

Great place for a fresh and healthy meal while in Italy. I went for an oatmeal (porridge) bowl and a juice and both were delicious. The fruits and vegetables used to make the juice and top the oatmeal were taken directly from the baskets of fresh ingredients as you walk in. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Perfect neighborhood organic breakfast stop. Great coffee. Juices are organic pressed fresh & are so flavorful your tastebuds won’t believe it. Homemade baked goods. The staff are delightful, highly recommended

What a find! We randomly stopped after a long walk through the gardens - needing some water, drinks and a light snack. The place was tiny and adorable with every square in of space doing some work to make the place run, and the food and drinks were just what we needed. Their vodka tonic with a large slice of ginger and blood orange was the best mixed drink we had in Italy. After we all tried one, we had to each get one moving on from wine.
But more importantly the two women running it just seemed to love working there and with each other so much that it had to make you smile. We saw others eating delicious-looking bowls that they seemed to really enjoy as well, and wish we were more in a position to try more from their menu.

Stopped here for lunch and the food was super fresh, super healthy and very delicious. Really nice to get some fresh veggies for a change. Also a great, healthy juice. Staff was very nice. Only problem was that they were quite slow. But hey - who cares, it’s Florence. What’s the rush?

Cute place but the food was fairly ordinary and overpriced - especially the ayurvedic bowl which was tiny and dry, and mostly pumpkin. The service was slightly off-putting. It just felt as though they didn't want us to be there and me waiting quietly at the counter to pay was a hassle to them. It can be tricky to find gf vegan food when travelling but I am still not inclined to return.
