We are throughly enjoying our stay here. We love everything about it, the chilled vibe is just what we wanted. The food is nice, breakfast has everything you’d want, the staff are lovely and service is great. From the moment we arrived our welcome was warm and friendly, the bar staff are lovely shout out to junior the bartender 🙌 it’s a truely beautiful hotel, the accommodation is traditional but with a modern twist. The music at the pool is superb, they’ve really got it right here. We stayed at the sister hotel camera beach this time last year which was also lovely but this is our favourite. The beach is beautiful with clear water, we will definitely return with friends and family. The one thing I think is missing is some music in the evenings, it’s very very quiet. Not for wheel chairs or older people the accommodation is on steep slopes which makes it quite difficult with a push chair but we will come back with toned legs that’s for sure 😅 also one other thing I would add would be service to help with luggage to rooms. Wether it’s an extra charge or not I’d of been happy to pay as we had 2 very heavy large suitcases a baby and pushchair, help would’ve been really appreciated and I’d kind of expect that to be a service a 4 star hotel offered. Overall a really lovely place ❤️

We stayed for 2 nights at this resort and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is a beach 2 mins walking distance from the resort. It’s a small beach and more like a private beach. This resort offers many facilities like scuba diving, pedal boarding, surfing boarding and snorkelling for a fee. The resort also offers some activities for younger kids by the pool. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

We stayed two nights by booking with Booking.com, they put us in a noisy ground floor apartment that smelled like sewage. We went out for a swim while waiting to check out and evidently someone stole a polo shirt from my suitcase. stay away.

Family of 4 with a 7 and 4 year old. Stayed for a week in July, booked self-catering superior room which was lovely but no oven, just microwave and hob. ||Booked splash park with our room so no need to go to reception each day- kids would have spent all day at the splash park! Special mention to the lifeguards there who entertained the kids and were just so friendly, like all the staff, from reception to cleaning crew and waiting staff. |So close to the beach- we went every day and highlight of the holiday was seeing the turtles at the far end of the beach.|Supermarket is just a couple of minutes walk and very well stocked- fresh bread every day. |Have seen some reviews about steep hill- our apartment was uphill but not steep and only a few minutes walk from reception. Beautiful location and so quiet at night, which we really appreciated! Would love to visit again!

We thought the hotel was really well looked after, clean and tidy. The facilities and catering were great and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. ||The location is stunning with quick access to the beach. There was a large influx of jellyfish while we were there and unfortunately my daughter got stung. Nothing major but made us cautious about swimming in the sea after that. As you could see quite a few of them. But this was an issue with most areas of Menorca from what I've read.||We felt the hotel lacked personality and energy on an evening. We had hardly any entertainment and the use of the main stage was non-existent. We was left a little bored on an evening. The animation staff seemed to do the bare minimum. ||Our mini apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. But we had a small issue that the bedroom had no mirror for my wife to do hair and make-up which was very frustrating for her and there was definitely space for one. She ended up using her iPad camera instead.||However we really enjoyed our holiday there and we may consider going back.

Great hotel and resort, 2 great pools and a good splash park with slides for kids and adults. Lifeguards on the slides were great fun and really cheery guys. Beach is fantastic and literally a minutes walk from the resort. Reception staff bar one aren't the most helpful. Restraints on site are good and good value for money. Pizzas were delicious. Definitely try the menorcan pizza, was lovely. If you book with jet2 make sure you clarify the splash park situation, we had to pay 20 euros a day to use even though it said it was included in price of holiday.

My family of 5 came to Carema club on 28th July for a week. We had a one bedroom apartment which had been recently renovated, it was small but functional and clean. It has aircon which was great kept the whole apartment cool. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, washing liquid, a sponge and cloth, a hob and a microwave but no oven. Bathroom has a hairdryer and shower gel/shampoo. €20 for a safe for the week. Travel cot was provided and looked clean and safe for baby. ||The area is remote, it felt very safe and is very quiet. There is one shop and a couple of restaurants/bars up the hill. The beach is right next to the hotel and faces the sunset which is lovely. There is a bus stop outside the hotel, we went to Arenal den Castell one day and found the buses straight forward to navigate. One big downside for us was that the area is extremely hilly, which we did know before we booked but is a different kettle of fish when it actually comes to trekking up it numerous times a day with 3 kids. The apartments are all on a hill and there aren't as many ramps as perhaps there could be, it felt like a bit of a mission finding which ways we could actually access with the pram. I wouldn't consider the hotel accessible at all. ||We were half board, there good range of choice at both breakfast and dinner. There were themed nights like mexican and sushi but there were still other options available. Kids options and a fantastic pizzeria available every evening. Breakfast starts at 8, dinner starts at 7. The biggest bugbear for me was the flies! They are everywhere which isn't the hotels fault, but not enough was done in the buffet to deter them. There are 2 electric fly lamps which is absolutely not enough, flies were crawling all over the food.||All the staff are helpful and friendly from the cleaners to waiters to entertainers. The entertainment felt geared towards Spanish people (not a complaint just an observation) there was a kids club available but I didn't feel comfortable sending my child as I don't think he could have made himself understood. The kids disco was really good, all Spanish songs and my sons enjoyed copying the dance moves. There is a pool table and air hockey table. The pool area is great. The pool is not too deep and there is a kids pool available. There is artificial grass around the pool which felt safer than slippy tiles. The pool toilets were disgusting and definitely need cleaned more often. The splash park was great. Don't bother buying an inflatable for the pool as you're not allowed them. The pool towels are €10 deposit each and non refundable €2 each if you want clean ones. There is a laundrette €3 each for washing machine and drier. There is one shop beside the hotel, it is quite expensive but pack your own nappies as they were extortionate at €20 for a 24 pack!||Overall a lovely quiet family holiday, would go again when the kids are a bit older.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean and exactly what we were expecting (which is a good thing!), and breakfast buffet had loads of options. Pools were great and beach nearby is lovely, probably one of our favourites on the island.||The only thing that took the shine off things is that once we checked out we were told we couldn't use the showers in reception and would have to use splash park which would cost.. pretty annoying considering we'd been there for a week and it's was our third visit
