Caresse, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Bodrum

We had an unforgettable stay at Caresse Bodrum it was a gift from my wife for our anniversary and the spa was truly the highlight the girl at the spa front desk was exceptional extremely professional patient and always smiling. She spoke perfect French which made everything so easy and comfortable. We actually forgot her name but she definitely deserves recognition because her attitude and warmth made our whole experience so much better. The reception team was also wonderful especially Sema who welcomed us warmly and helped us with everything we needed. And Nurcan was amazing great atmosphere and a fantastic team. Caresse truly delivers luxury service. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with my mom is July 2025. Unfortunately I missed my chance to write a review earlier on. It is a place to stay if you are looking for peace and wonderful views. Breakfast was superb. I had a concern about staff not understanding English enough, which was personally addressed by the hotel manager, who was also kind to bring us some gifts and sent us a bottle of Turkish sparkling wine for our birthdays. The music from Buddha Bar never bothered me, it is quite mellow and actually helps you fall asleep. Amazing views at night with underwater lights. My mom was very happy, which is all I wanted :) Best of luck to the management.

Caresse Resort & Spa in Bodrum is a gorgeous hotel with fully kitted out, modern rooms, amenities and fantastic views! It is secluded, quiet and peaceful with its own restaurants, private beach and beach deck. Breakfast was included and they always put out a beautiful spreads of food. The ocean water is beautifully blue and we were lucky to have great weather during our stay. The reception staff were great and always helpful and we had 2 wonderfully friendly restaurant and bar staff who were always happy to see us. We ate at the Buddha Bar and the food was phenomenal! This hotel is the perfect holiday reprieve.

We had an amazing stay at Caresse! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel truly welcome. The service was exceptional, and the room was beautiful and comfortable. A special thank you to Selim Pussat and Ali Cem Ocal at the front desk, and Irem at the restaurant for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail — they really went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We are so grateful for their warm hospitality and will definitely be coming back. As a platinum member with Marriott, I travel quite a lot, and this is one of the best hotels I have ever been, definitely as good as St Regis and Ritz Carlton I visited before. Highly recommended!

This hotel is absolutely outstanding in every aspect. From the moment of arrival, everything exceeded expectations. The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a truly relaxing stay. The service is exceptional, and the staff are professional, welcoming, and always eager to help. I would especially like to commend Sireen, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Her warm attitude and dedication made the stay even more enjoyable and memorable. All hotel services are excellent, from cleanliness to organization and hospitality. The atmosphere is calm and luxurious, and every detail reflects high standards of quality and care. Overall, this hotel deserves the highest rating. I highly recommend it and would definitely choose to stay here again.

So the Caresse is a fantastic hotel. I cannot say enough good things about it. I rarely rave about ANYTHING, but this hotel gets that. The building itself is lovely, the rooms (we had a premium king) spacious and well-appointed, the bed soft and comfortable, great high quality sheets. The pillows not to my liking, but others may enjoy the soft down type of pillow. The pool is beautiful, and the “beach” is nice enough. The service borders on the ridiculous. Everyone is welcoming and pleasant without being obsequious. The front desk staff was great, the breakfast was spectacular (much unlike what some other reviewers have said - see my pics of the endless breakfast spread, which didn’t include the à la carte items you could order in addition), and everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Nothing fraying around the edges here. The location is the only minor inconvenience; it is located across the bay from Bodrum town, a 400TL cab ride away. Overall, I rate this hotel as excellent. Please discount the odd 1 and 2 star reviews - these people had something weird going on. This hotel is the best in town. If you want luxury and pampering, go there.

One of the VERY BEST. I can't say enough good things but here we go. Location 35 mins from the airport and tucked away with it's own private beach, you don't need to leave the peaceful enclave that awaits. It's idealic. Views Unbelievable. Check out the pictures. Rooms My room was large, super clean, smelled amazing and had a balcony with a view across the bay. You could not ask for much more. Lots of nice touches like an abundance of bottled water and lots of toiletries. Spa Possibly the best I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot! The girls are wonderful, friendly and educated, I had a great time chatting with them before and after my treatments. I had the Hammam, massage and Cryochamber treatments - all amazing. Fabio sauna and lots of towels, water and slippers everywhere, you don't want for anything. Food Pretty good too! A simple menu in the glass restaurant with local favourites and more global classics plus Sushi. Was perfect. Sea The water is beautiful, a small private beach and wonderful decked areas to lay in the sun and jump in. Staff Unbelievable hospitality, just wonderful. In summary - book as soon as you can, tell them I sent you, and relax in this perfect little pocket of heaven on earth.

This resort is a slice of heaven! The views are absolutely incredible. We had a seating area that had perfect views of the sunset. This resort focuses on wellness and you can feel it in every aspect, from the welcome at reception, to the rooms, to the pool, to the restaurants, to the fitness center and of course to the spa. For us gym girlies the fitness center was well equipped and fully stocked with everything I needed to get a good workout. The gym was also veryyyyy clean.. Now, the spa blew my mind away. I could have spent the entire day there if I was traveling alone. I literally spent 4-5 hours there. I received a 90 minute massage and facial. The spa associate at the front desk was so sweet and kind. 💛🤍 I was absolutely blown away that this was a Marriott brand hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. This is a place to really sit back, relax and take in all the beauty! I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone. I really enjoyed my stay. Thos resort defines luxury ✨️ 👌 ♥️

The most beautiful place in Bodrum. The Büyükhanlı family, who own, with such great ambiance and design, a restaurant by the sea, have created a perfect place in every sense. I highly recommend it. The Buddha Bar, Italian, and Greek restaurants offer delicious choices for dining. Congratulations from the bottom of my heart.

We stayed at both the Edition on the other side of Bodrum and the Caresse. Our room was right around the corner from the lobby with gorgeous views of the water and a bit of the hillside with the roaming cows. The resort has ample seating both at the beach and the pool. They also have a wood dock jetting over the sea. Food wise, they have a handful of options and also an onsite dessert/ice cream shop! This resort has a large resort feel in comparison to the Edition but both are gorgeous places to stay!

Best hotel we stay in Turkey. I have no words to express how much we love it. Better than the Çiragan Kempinski in Istanbul. Everything and everyone was very nice. We stayed only 4 nights and was not enough for us. We have to come back one day.

Caresse opened just last year and recently joined the Luxury Collection and Starwood. The hotel is attached to a condo village at the edge of Gumbet just outside of Bodrum proper. It is the last development on the bayside of the penninsula, providing both isolation and proximity. This isn't the place to stay to be in the nightlife scene or daily action. It is relaxing and serene. I'd originally just planned to use it as a place to sleep and have breakfast, but there were so many different and unique places to sit, rest, reflect, and recline all over the place, with great views, access to water, and elegant, modern design, that I ended up spending a lot more time on property. The hotel and condo development share a common entrance with security. Once waved in, you head down the hill (either in your car or taxi or in one of the resort's golf carts) to the hotel. Because of this layout and the hotel's location, you won't see anyone who isn't a guest or hotel staff during your stay, as no one can or does just wander by. The arrangement does make it a little less likely that you'll just spontaneously head off the property, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. My room had a wide, clear view of both the sea and the infinity pool. Stunning. I enjoyed the modest beach and the pool immensely, as well as the ample chairs and interesting seats of every kinds sprinkled all over the place, including the wooden decks jetting over the sea. Food and beverage on the beach isn't ready yet, but a staffer often patrols the area for orders and then retrieves them from the pool lounge, up a couple of floors. I often have a bit of trouble sleeping due to just small amounts of light getting in at night, and even due to little red lights on smoke detectors and clock displays. Caresse has this down to a science, and I slept perfectly because the room achieves complete darkness. Breakfast in the Glass restaurant on the outside deck overlooking the pool and the sea was an ample mix of Turkish and European/American fare. Internet service was solid and reliable. Caresse proved to be a perfect surprise after I'd booked it just to see the new SPG/Luxury hotel at a great rate. The staff doesn't seem large, but their friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Looking forward to a return.

This is our first trip to Bodrum didn't know what to expect. We booked 3 nights here and 2 night at the mandarin oriental. We were scared to stay here due to lack of information, distance and reviews. You can't believe how disappointed we are to leave this place. The resort is one-year-old everything is brand new. It's absolutely one of the most beautiful and elegant resorts We've visited. The views are spectacular, the infinity pool is endless, the beach and dock makes you want to stay forever. Honestly the decor, lighting, service is incredible. I don't have anything bad to say. You really need a car and it's not that far from restaurants or small villages. Speak to Ali, he is one of the managers here he'll give you a ton of information about where to dine, where to go, history of the place.
