Never been big on brands. I always just wore what I was blessed with. However as a chef transforming into a rancher and farmer. A new partnership is definitely in the works. #Expansion2024¥$

Every time we shop here, the experience is great! The employees are so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. Stacey was absolutely amazing, helping to repair a jacket for us, helping us find the right size, and even ordering something online to ship to us. Not only is the service great, but the clothes are such high quality. Cannot recommend enough!

Very helpful and friendly staff .had everything I needed and it was 25% off. Service was the best. After 3 years I return to the same store to buy some pants. My husband and sons love the t-shirts. We all love the coats. My husband has worn a Carhartt coat since I have known him (over 25 years) and the shirts since I got him one for Christmas about 20 years ago. My boys have had a Carhartt coat for about 10 years and the shirts for 2 to five years. I recently found a women's Carhartt coat that I could wear and instantly fell in love with it. I have only had it for 2 years, but I love it so much I will never have anything else. I just hope that Carthartt keeps making coats for women since they mainly focus on men's clothing. I truly hope that they expand their line for women because this coat I have is the best for the winter weather we have in Missouri. I would love to see some long sleeve T-Shirts for women that like wildlife and farming (just a suggestion). Thank you for the wonderful clothing Carhartt keep up the wonderful work.

Excellent customer service at this Carhartt store. My daughter and I were warmly greeted and assisted. Had a very nice conversation with the young man working about the discontinuation of a jacket that I really liked, and he gave a recommendation of a similar jacket that is now being sold. They did not have my size in stock, but ordered that through the website. Thanks again!

I went here for the first time today and found 3 more of these henley type shirts i was looking for. The first one i got about a month ago at a different retailer and it was surprisingly warm, perfect for the winter. Now i just need one more color for everyday of the work week.

Finally a Carhartt store in KC! Went to check this place about a week ago for some new winter gear for work... been back 3 times since then. They have everything! Men's, women's and kid's stuff! Helpful and friendly staff too. It's great to be able to try on the items to see how they fit before buying them, because I always wear a different size in Carhartt than typical clothing. Sign up for the loyalty plan and get points towards extra stuff! They even have a used coat donation, which I thought was awesome.

Went to the store for the first time yesterday. The staff were very friendly but the women's section was lacking compared to the men's. We also found out that if you order from Carhartt.com you can only return to the store if they sell in the store so extended sizes or styles not in the store still need to be mailed back. The women's section only offered about 1/4 of what is available online so it was a little disappointing. We will stick to ordering online instead.

I ordered an item to be delivered to the store. Someone opened my purchased item and after about 10 minutes we found that it had been placed it out on the rack. When I asked them to place another order I got everything except easy cooperation. Once that was settled, the young man placing the order decided to send it to my home. When I told him I wanted it for store delivery I got more pushback. Argument ensued, with the manager "L" even stepping in and stating, "That's the reason we offer home delivery, to avoid situations like this!" I tried to explain that's not how customer service works. She said she'd "have to ask me to leave" because I was "talking down" to her. So what I learned is if you order something and have it delivered to this store they will open your package, misplace it and get really peeved when you demand better customer service. Also these employees are not exactly thrilled when you actually use the services this store offers. So I guess I'll have sit and wait for the UPS guy or risk having my package stolen off my porch.

I've always wanted a carhartt coat. We've been in this store multiple times. Always eyeballing women's coats. Well yesterday my husband got me one. Tried a few on. Asked a sales associate (assistant manager) for her option on a few. She was awesome at explaining the difference between materials. I am so happy with the coat. Even got a discount 20% since I donated my old coat. Wore my new carhartt coat out!
