Even though we were inside it was a great evening. Food was served quickly and by one of the excellent staff none Rhonda. A bit of a mix up with our first drinks order but it wasn't a big thing. What was a big thing and that was the food. It was fresh tasty and served quickly and as I've eaten sushi across the world including Japan I can say that Carib Sushi is definitely one of the best. Great staff great food and definitely book so you can sit outside even though the inside has it appeal. Oh the Gyoza (pork) warrant a special mention as they were excellent and the best I've ever eaten.

Sooo. I don't eat sushi, but i will take my daughter as she does. She loves it and now, much to her great happiness and sadness she has eaten at Carib Sushi. She is happy as it is the best sushi she has ever had. And sad as now no other sushi will live up to her time at Sushi Carib and all others will be judged against it. She had the Dragon Roll and the presentation was immaculate and the flavor divine. And yes, she has had sushi in Japan

We've had mixed experiences with our dining out in Grenada, but this was one of the better ones. Great food, prepared by Japanese sushi chefs, was the highlight. Service was pleasant if a bit disorganized, and the space both indoors and out was crowded. We would go back again.

The chefs & food are amazing. The sushi is so fresh & delicious, if you're a sushi lover this is your place. The only problem we had was a waitress with short hair who was aggressively asking us if we were leaving a tip before we paid, after we paid she stood over us & watched us as we got money for a tip. It was one if the most awkward encounters ever! Very aggressive, we felt under duress (we would have tipped regardless) but this made us feel super uncomfortable. As I said amazing food just a shame about this service.

Wow! Just wow! The freshest fish I've ever eaten. If you're staying nearby, run, don't walk. This place is hopping with med students, tourists, and locals. The service was superb.

Very impressed with this place. Seems there are very few sushi places here. Glad I came to this one! The service could be a little better.

November 2024 Chef Leo's sushi balance and flavour, creativity and presentation skills are superb. If you are a sushi fan, you will not regret dining here. We had the Alex and Sarah rolls, seaweed salad and fried ice cream for dessert. The servers are friendly and gave us good advice on where we could get local food. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely disgusting experience at Carib Sushi never again. I was actually excited to try this place. The vibe seemed decent, staff looked like they were in an okay mood, and I was ready for a good sushi. But that didn’t last long. First, we find a fly in the food. I brushed it off, thinking maybe it flew in while the waiter was serving trying not to let it kill the mood. Then, we spot a bug literally crawling in the food. Not dead. Not stuck. Crawling. I showed it to the server who took it to the manager, and here’s where the real joke begins. The manager walks up and with full confidence says: “It’s a sesame seed.” Repeatedly 3 times. Are you serious? I’ve lived abroad for 27 years. I eat sushi more often than I care to admit. I know damn well what a sesame seed looks like and they don’t crawl across your plate. I had to pull it out and put it on a tissue to prove it to her. Still, she stood there trying to defend the indefensible. Absolutely ignorant and insulting. Sure, they removed the dish from the bill but honestly, that’s the bare minimum. What really made this experience the worst sushi night I’ve ever had was the attitude. The complete lack of accountability, the dismissiveness, and the manager trying to play me like I’m stupid. You should be embarrassed. I’ve had sushi all over the world. This was hands down the worst, most unprofessional, most disgusting experience I’ve had. Save your money. Go literally anywhere else.
