Excellent place to watch art house movies. If you want to see something out of mainstream and blockbusters - Caribbean Cinemas Fine Art is the location you need. It is steps away from Hato Rey Train Urbano

One of the worst operated theaters i have ever been too in my life. The concession stand only had 2 employees working on a Friday night and you can of course see the line growing and growing with annoyed customers. Fortunately, we prepaid for our snacks when we purchased our tickets online so we were able to go through the shortened prepaid purchase line. Unfortunately, we bought a couple of bags of popcorn, and come to find out they didn't make any popcorn that night because their one and only popcorn machine broke. What's even more upsetting is that the manager ridiculously told us that if we decide to take any of the available snacks from our already purchased snacks, we would not be able to get any sort of refund for the bags of popcorn we already paid for. So they pretty much were robbing us and probably everyone else who prepaid for their snacks online. Even with no popcorn to serve any of the customers, the staff still couldn't work efficiently enough to get any of the people in line to see their movie's on-time. And the manager couldn't give a darn about the long line or even thinking about refunding any of the customers who were not going to get their prepaid popcorn's. Awful customer service. Awful theater, awful consideration.

Best movie theater in PR, upscale atmosphere and good foreign and indie films. Seats are cozy and cushioned. Although you have to pay for parking, around $5, is worth it since the theater is away from all that chaos you can find in a shopping mall. Always enjoy going there to have a relax evening.

The place is pretty and seats are comfortable. However, it was our first time here and we were lost. When we asked where to buy tickets, they send us downstairs without directions. Got lost. Had to come back up to get directions. The cashier for the food was super dry and rude. Then nobody got it tickets to let us know where the movie theater was inside.

Modern, Stylish, clean, and cool place. Outside of the entrance is a large indoor courtyard with hanging plants, decorative plants, fountains with Japanese fish, comfortable patio chairs, and a humongous monitor-screen where they show points of interest to visit in Puerto Rico. I'm sure they host events in this space. Parking is discounted. It's my new favorite movie theater.
