Caribbean Villas Hotel

Had my wedding there on Nov 7. What an amazing experience! I will never forget how awesome it was. I will come back every year. Everyone is very nice, food is amazing, fishing off the dock is also very fun! Lots of red snappers and stingrays and blue crabs around. Even saw a tarpon and baracuda. Unforgettable experience! Definitely recommend this place. Right when you leave your room, its sand ground. Amazing place and amazing staff! And the bar is dangerously amazing! I lost count how many good drinks I had haha

Rooms are a bit noisy, but location and price are perfect. We spent 11 days there. The bar staff are the best! Definitely recommend staying here for budget travelers. It's not the Ritz, but also not motel 6. The grounds are clean, rooms clean, food delicious, staff attentive and nice, no issues other than the noisy rooms from heavy footed people above us. If you want to book activities, DO NOT use Leroi from the hotel. He was worthless, never returned messages, double booked our activities, and never canceled or even let us know he made the reservation. I observed him offer Zero support to several families doing activities. We ended up booking activities on our own and it was easy and didn't need to rely on LeRoi!

We stayed 2 nights in a room on the first floor, it was perfect. Excellent room, comfortable bed and good atmosphere. Then we wanted to stay for 3 more nights so they moved us to a room on the fourth floor. The new room had a really hard bed, so much so that we couldn't sleep at night because of back pain from the bed. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The first two days we slept on the first floor, which is on the coastline, and it was really fun and nice, and the hotel staff was very kind and nice. Then, for the rest of our stay, they moved us to the fourth floor - the bed there was so uncomfortable that I had back pain and didn't sleep for a whole week.

I spent most of September here. This place was AWESOME! The management and staff were amazing! The location is convenient to town. I just can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I didn’t want to leave. I will definitely return! Thank you Caribbean Villas for a fantastic month!

We really enjoyed staying here. Room was basic but had everything we needed, including a coffee maker. The wifi and AC were excellent. Good location with a grocery store and coffee shops right next door. If you want to walk to town, walk along the beach and it only takes about 15 mins. The only downside was the cleaning service. They showed up when we were still in the room on 2 mornings. I told them we didn’t need service that day. No one came back for the rest of the week. It’s not a big deal for us.

Great low cost option. Clean, hot water, gorgeous tropical setting. Location just far enough from the bars downtown to be quiet and close enough for quick access. Tiki bar on-site is a decent option for an easy meal. Rooms aren’t much to write about but that’s fine, they served the purpose. Small fridge and coffee maker; no microwave or toaster. Staff were nice and responsive. Maintenance workers stayed busy combing the sand. The only real drawback was the wifi. It was out way more than on, at least in our room. But it’s a great way to visit Belize and take it easy on your budget.

Caribbean villas was absolutely amazing… One of the few properties with the beach instead of a seawall, a great tiki bar with awesome food and helpful staff just steps off the water. The little porch in front of the room rooms caught the breeze and was the perfect way to have coffee in the morning… The room was a bit dated, but everything worked and it was clean. The Nigel and the staff were beyond helpful, the location was incredible…. Check out Evril and the Hobie cat rental booth, absolutely awesome !!
