We really enjoyed staying here. Room was basic but had everything we needed, including a coffee maker. The wifi and AC were excellent. Good location with a grocery store and coffee shops right next door. If you want to walk to town, walk along the beach and it only takes about 15 mins. The only downside was the cleaning service. They showed up when we were still in the room on 2 mornings. I told them we didn’t need service that day. No one came back for the rest of the week. It’s not a big deal for us.

Great low cost option. Clean, hot water, gorgeous tropical setting. Location just far enough from the bars downtown to be quiet and close enough for quick access. Tiki bar on-site is a decent option for an easy meal. Rooms aren’t much to write about but that’s fine, they served the purpose. Small fridge and coffee maker; no microwave or toaster. Staff were nice and responsive. Maintenance workers stayed busy combing the sand. The only real drawback was the wifi. It was out way more than on, at least in our room. But it’s a great way to visit Belize and take it easy on your budget.

We booked a 1 bedroom and requested an upgrade and they obliged. Very friendly staff. We got 1 bedroom with living rohiom and kitchen. The resort has 2 pools and a bar. The beach has no rocks on the beach but a lot of sea weeds which they clean every day. I Went to swim at the neighbor hotel on the platform, very little weeds. I would come back again.

Laid back hotel. Pools and onsite restaurant were great. Clemintine, the housekeeper, did a great job. The surroundings and beach were well maintained. The room was very rustic and in need of update. Broken lamp, coffee maker and patio door. All were fixed or replaced when we asked. Great water pressure in bathroom. Bartender could be more friendly. Location is great! Easy walk to town or cart ride. Masusse on site was a bonus.

My fiance and i stayed here for my birthday trip to Belize. This is in a great location. black & white garífuna is across the street, and you’re next to a market, coffee shop and a restaurant that I thought was just okay, (we areVegetarian). I wish we would have booked Mahogany Bay. Affordable but the toilet/plumbing was horrible. We had to flush our toilet several times (10x) to get contents to go down. Sand flies were definitely in our bed, the wind was horrible so I imagine that made it easier for them to get in. They gave us a beach front suite that faced the pool, with curtains that had broken rings so it was a challenge to close them for privacy, as there are no blinds! They really need to change the curtains for anyone staying in this room. A lot of kids running around property that were very loud after 10pm, screaming even. Cats on the property are loud especially cats mating. I heard them for a while in the middle of the sound. Sounds like babies crying. Raccoons eating the cats food that is left out in front of the office. Power on the island went out several times, out of their control but there are no screens so we suffered throughout the night with no ventilation. Service is minimum. They didn’t check on us after a late check in. Just gave the key to someone to give to us. I happened to inform them when we were checking out and they said I needed to fill out a form. They knew our check out date but never reached out to finish paperwork.

Caribbean villas was absolutely amazing… One of the few properties with the beach instead of a seawall, a great tiki bar with awesome food and helpful staff just steps off the water. The little porch in front of the room rooms caught the breeze and was the perfect way to have coffee in the morning… The room was a bit dated, but everything worked and it was clean. The Nigel and the staff were beyond helpful, the location was incredible…. Check out Evril and the Hobie cat rental booth, absolutely awesome !!

The ocean view from my balcony was spectacular. Bed comfy and clean. I walked along the beach everyday and it felt totally safe. The location was ideal for everything- fairly close to airstrip and only a five minute walk to the ferry point to Caye Caulker and Belize City. There was a massage cabana right on the pier from which some dive and boat tours can pick you up.

I was so glad I eventually booked this hotel on Expedia. It was exactly what I was looking for . Right on the beach, 2 small pools. Tidy grounds and clean comfortable rooms. I think the staff made this stay for me. From check- in to check out.|At the bar & Restaurant Iris, Monika & Danny took good care of us. LeRoi booked a snorkel trip to the reef & swimming with the sharks where they picked my son and I up right on the hotel dock. I will definitely be returning .
