Caribou Coffee

Caribou Coffee is a great coffee brand. This location was a drive-thru coffee shop with a great patio, but it did not have a dining room inside. The matcha vanilla latte was decent and the egg pesto flatbread was delicious with decent grilled cheese and thick egg patty. Service was excellent and WiFi was fast.

I really like the coffee and the customer service is absolutely amazing at this location. They are super friendly anytime I visit; you can tell that their customer service is a priority by the way they interact with their customers. I have done both walk up and drive thru orders. I also downloaded the app to get perks and placed an order ahead of time; I like this option best (it saves time). If you are new to the app, you get a free drink after your first purchase! There is also a daily trivia question that allows you to get $0.10 off your order if you get the question correct (better than nothing, right). The only downside is that they are pretty pricey - even more so than Starbucks (BUT their small is comparable to a Starbucks grande). I would definitely recommend for the occasional treat/stop. It's too pricey to be an everyday/few times a week habit in my opinion.

The coffee I got was pretty much perfect the way I like it. The ham and Swiss sandwich hit the spot as well. It is an outside seating only or drive thru but definitely check it out.

I remember Caribou from days spent in NE Ohio and I was somewhat looking forward to their comeback here. Please understand that they are still a chain coffee shop, but definitely a more friendly and community based approach to coffee and breakfast items, as compared to the Starbucks of the world. We used the walk-up window, which has a rather small menu posted, so you have to know what you want, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Ended up getting a chai something or another and a maple sausage breakfast sandwich. Don’t know if I’ll be back, but would definitely consider it.

Stopped in here for lunch one afternoon after riding past for so long. Glad I stopped. The food was good. Went 2 days in a row. Tried the Turkey Provolone on Asiago Bagel and the Strawberry Fruit Shaker. Pretty good.

Went to Caribou this morning and it was great! Used my app to order ahead and get rewards points. I tried the Iced Pumpkin Expresso Shaker, Pumpkin cake pops and the the warmed Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin. Everything was great! My children devoured the muffin, lol! Super fast through the drive thru, and the employees working today were all super nice. Very happy to have a Caribou so close to our house.

So much better tasting and so many more choices than Starbucks. So glad they're back in the Cbus area! I love the app even with all the choices bc they make sense and make a difference. Fast, friendly, and accurate service!

The drinks are great every time! The staff is always super friendly and I have never had an issue with a messed up order! We love Caribou! It’s become our go to place to get a drink when we’re out and about! Also, being a rewards member is awesome! You accumulate points fairly quickly.

Caribou is back in Columbus. The bright teal coffee hut offers both drive through and walk up ordering. Inside the small space are multiple coffee loving dream makers. The service is prompt but customization is much easier on their app. The coffee of the day was fresh and smooth. The Chai tea latte tastes just like the Einstein version which is high praise indeed as they have been the only refuge for Caribou coffee fans while the brand was absent from the Columbus area for a decent period of time.

Why does every coffee shop begin with a C? Maybe that's the key to Starbucks success? But I digress. Anyways, I really enjoyed my super sweet and strong Mocha with oatmilk. A lot of sugar and tastes like hot chocolate, but it hit perfectly. Went through the drive through, so have nothing to offer on any other elements of the experience.

Only reason for 3 stars is the coffee was great! The food I don't recommend it was very sloppily thrown together. They are still working out the flow for their perks program. However the staff was very friendly and my order came out very quickly. However, I think they can do better on their food production. Over I don't think I will try them again, just because of the price I paid for the product I received. Adding another star to my review, because I had speedy customer service and much better tasting coffee than last time. Again, I don't think I will try the food however, I do see many people ordering the food & it looks fresher. :) happy to see a caribou coffee back in Columbus !

Food had been re microwaved so it was hard and unable to eat some of it and what was able to eat was not very tasty the service drive threw was meet by young person looked as though not showered in couple days and nose ring so no tip and not looking forward any time soon to go there again.

Was thrilled to see a Caribou Coffee open in Reynoldsburg. It is a quaint walk up or drive through venue. The staff is wonderful. The coffee is only eclipsed by the pastries. I highly recommend the raspberry scones!

We had 2 great experiences and 1 bad experience. The bad experience was this morning about 9:30. We waited at their walk-up window for about 10 minutes. No one spoke to us or acknowledged that we were there. We were next in line, with one person ahead of us waiting for her order. I finally got someone's attention inside and asked if anyone would be helping us. She responded that they were short-staffed (I counted 5 employees) and said she was sorry. No "I'll be with you in just a minute" or anything like that... just too busy to wait on us. We left with no coffee. Super disappointing.
