This Is the Largest National Park in the U.S.

"A six-mile easy-to-moderate trail located along the park’s northern access road that features scenic vistas and vivid wildflower displays; hikers should watch for wildlife tracks (wolf, bear, moose) and can expect a pleasant, non-technical trek through varied tundra and forest terrain." - Stephanie Vermillion Stephanie Vermillion Stephanie Vermillion is a travel journalist and photographer covering culture and adventure for Travel + Leisure Outside, and more. It's really a lovely hike. It's a little stone path the size of a ORV or quad bike eventhough it's not allowed to drive with an off-road vehicle there. We did seen the tracks and on the way down we've seen one come up. To be fair I would have tried it if I had such a vehicle 😅 The path goes through beautiful landscape with nice views. We went until the creek itself because there was too much water to safely make it to the other side without wet feet for a friend of mine. I did and if you dare walk over a wet tree and some stone hopping than it will be just a little higher up to a cabin. Total elevation of the hike is 300 meter. And the hike there was just little over 5k I recommend it! 😁👍

Walked/Snowshoed in to overnight at Caribou Creek Cabin. This trail can be arduous in the winter. Lots of Moose sign and ptarmigan everywhere. Beautiful views.

This is a great trail that is well maintained with lots of mushrooms and views of the mountains. The grade climbs very slowly, and everyone was able to walk it easily. The only problem are the creek crossings: the water flows rather fast in places and we were unable to get to the other side without getting wet feet. Others reported there were mosquitoes on this trail, but we didn't find any.
