i got my first luggage from them and had an issue with the pen pocket inside the carry on. Emailed their warranty team and they quickly shipped a replacement item and it reached just in time before my travel dates. Highly recommend the bag and the company

I have purchased the large checked in bag and the carry on almost a year ago. They do have an incredible Black Friday sale to note. The bag itself is incredibly well made - compared to other brands I’ve tried. The wheels are top tier - I’ve rolled them all over Europe and by far the easiest to wheel suitcase on cobblestone and uneven surfaces. This makes a shocking difference for travelling. The clip closure is fantastic, compared to zippers. Aesthetically - I’ve had 10-15 people approach me to ask what brand it is. Very chic and luxurious with the leather trim. Their customer service is fantastic. I had an airline absolutely trash my bag and their customer service supported me easily through the process to get a new bag. I would recommend Carl Friedrich 10/10.

Decent luggage, and ive traveled extensively with it over the past 18 months. Unfortunately on my latest travels the shell cracked in the corner while being transported as checked baggage. When I requested a fix under Carl Friedrik warranty, they informed me that its considered "airline mishandling" and not covered. Unacceptable, especially at their price point. When else is luggage going to have an issue?

The worst customer services for a "premium brand". I have had an issue with my lock for 5 weeks. I have travelled back and have all my items in the bag. I can't get hold of a human being and their emails keep saying the same thing "you must have forgotten your code please try every code from 000 to 999". I have now told them 6 times that I have a) not forgotten my code as it's working on the other side and b) that I have tried every code and it's not working. But they keep sending me the same email. I have even been to their stores to all for help and no luck. So now I have suitcases I can't get into and they won't tell me how to fix the problem. For example if I buy a TSA key how do I reset the lock, as in order to reset the lock you need the code and given that none of the numbers are working then how will this get fixed. The customer service was great when I was buying the product and now that I have a problem then can't seem to help. I am even willing to pay for a solution but they keep sending me the same email. Awful customer services. Should have stuck with Samsonite

Premium Prices, Non-Existent Support. Do Not Trust Them with Gifts. I strongly advise against ordering from Carl Friedrik. My experience has been a complete failure from start to finish. Original Order: Stolen/Lost in transit. The "Fix": Support (Jacob) promised a 'priority replacement' sent via 24-hour FedEx to fix the error. The Reality: After that promise, I was ghosted. My emails requesting updates were ignored for days. I only received a tracking number after sending a final ultimatum threatening a chargeback. The Result: The 'priority' replacement also failed to arrive on time and is currently stuck in a depot. I was forced to buy a replacement gift elsewhere. I have spent weeks chasing them for a wallet that I still do not have. This brand charges premium prices but offers budget-tier customer service. Avoid.

Purchased two sets of luggage from them over a year ago. One had an issue with the handle recently and they immediately responded to my warranty claim and replaced the case. This is why I paid the premium to get suitcases from a reputable company! Bravo to your customer service team.

Although the luggage I ordered was of the utmost durability and beauty, it did not work for me due to my personal limitations. the customer service was prompt and answered my questions perfectly even though I was returning the luggage. The whole process of the return was smooth and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
