I have purchased the large checked in bag and the carry on almost a year ago. They do have an incredible Black Friday sale to note. The bag itself is incredibly well made - compared to other brands I’ve tried. The wheels are top tier - I’ve rolled them all over Europe and by far the easiest to wheel suitcase on cobblestone and uneven surfaces. This makes a shocking difference for travelling. The clip closure is fantastic, compared to zippers. Aesthetically - I’ve had 10-15 people approach me to ask what brand it is. Very chic and luxurious with the leather trim. Their customer service is fantastic. I had an airline absolutely trash my bag and their customer service supported me easily through the process to get a new bag. I would recommend Carl Friedrich 10/10.

Purchased two sets of luggage from them over a year ago. One had an issue with the handle recently and they immediately responded to my warranty claim and replaced the case. This is why I paid the premium to get suitcases from a reputable company! Bravo to your customer service team.

AMAAAAZING customer service!!! I honestly think that’s the hallmark of a great company, when their customer service teams really WANT to help you out and make an effort to get you exactly what you want when and how you want it. As far as their suitcases: They’re much lighter than my previous aluminum suitcases, which got completely beat up when I’d check them. These seem to be a lot more durable than, yet look just as classy as, my $3,000 check-in from an Italian brand. I also LOVE how their pieces can all be coordinated with one another, so the weekenders etc. look great with whichever colorway you choose, but don’t have to be matchy-matchy if that’s not your thing. I’d definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for high-quality, timeless pieces that aren’t outrageously priced.

Great quality bag and outstanding customer service! I ordered a returned Palissy bag but received a Vallance instead (warehouse mishap). I emailed them and immediately got a response. Within a day they sent me a label to ship the wrong item and offered to send back a new bag instead of the retuned one I bought on sale. Not only that, but they sent me the color I really wanted (cognac) which they didn’t have on sale. All in all I’m super happy and absolutely love the bag.

Although the luggage I ordered was of the utmost durability and beauty, it did not work for me due to my personal limitations. the customer service was prompt and answered my questions perfectly even though I was returning the luggage. The whole process of the return was smooth and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

For an £800 bag, you would think they would at least answer the phone. Tried calling multiple times with no response, which is unacceptable for the price point and supposed level of service. If they can’t be bothered to pick up the call, I’d question how they handle customer issues after purchase. Definitely not the luxury experience I expected.
