I give them a -1 star I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to no one. I wasn’t treated like a human nor a spouse to a military soldier going into this hospital. My blood pressure was 185/98 which is high for my age because I’m 23 I was told that I was not high priority even with my blood pressure being that high and mind you I got to the hospital at 3 AM. I was in extreme pain. Didn’t get a room till 9 AM. The only reason why I had a room is because With my blood pressure being high, it caused me to have chest pains I came in for a completely different But since my blood pressure was high I had Chest pains. lady in triage didn’t look at my vitals AT ALL!! The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I asked for both of their names. I went outside to make a phone call. I come back in from the phone call. And the lady at the front desk was talking About me over on the walkie how I know she was talk about me she stated to the person that was on a walkie, which was my doctor that she (meaning I) had just walked in that is when I overheard the doctor saying that the lady in triage said I was a level four But because of my chest pains they They gave me a room I go in the back As I’m walking past, I see every room have a blanket. I get to my room my room don’t one have. As my male nurse was giving me my IV I explained to him that I have jellyfish veins which are veins that are hard to find. he laughed at me and in a sarcastic was repeated what I said and He said Let’s see what we can find. He didn’t find Any veins in my right arm, so he went to my left arm still couldn’t find any vein so he had to use a ultrasound machine to find my veins. He had to use it twice and still stuck me wrong IN MY LEFT ARM . I bled out he panicked I try not to panic. I kept my composure. I made it fist so the bleeding could stop if I didn’t I would have died. I went to go do my ultrasound to see If I had any fibroids, the nurse that was in the ultrasound was the only nicest person that was there I get back from my ultrasound. He hooked me up to the fluids, the bag of fluids and set the machine on high and walked out as I’m looking at the IV, I’m seeing all of the air pockets that is going inside of my IV and I feel it, which were a lot more than usual. My oxygen levels begin to drop. My heart rate begins to drop. No one came to check on me I had to get my oxygen levels and my heart rate together myself. Otherwise I would have died. I actually would’ve died both the first time when he stuck me in the second time with the air pockets Another woman came in which was a female nurse she gave me a blanket. I appreciate that, but she took out my IV wrong to where it came out with a curve. Now I’m having pain from where my IV was and their is bruising and this was Monday of this week if you read this, please do not go to this hospital. Find a different hospital. Find a different emergency room because they do not care at all and they will treat you less than being a human.

I was so baffled at the treatment at this facility that had to come look at the reviews on Google. I then got confirmation as to what me and my wife experienced here. Checked in and got to the back. Once in the back for what would seem to me to be a serious issue with involuntary full body convulsions and shakes, which me and my wife could not explain. They ran no test, no blood, no urine no nothing. Was told by the doctor in charge and i quote "this type of thing they can't really treat and they specialize only in trauma situation, but people just seem to come to the ER for everything". Then offered only benadryl to MAYBE treat the symptoms of something they really didn't even try to diagnose. Now here is the kicker. The nurse (older) who absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke came in to give my wife said meds with the urination sample cup you see in the picture that I took. With water from the sink you also see in the other other picture. My mouth almost hit the floor. My wife didn't take the meds from the pee cup just incase your wanting to know. Normally this ER is pretty good. But man how the mighty have fallen. I don't know who is running the show there now but, they are not doing a good job at all. This was one of the worst treatments I have witnessed in my life. Unacceptable, healthcare is truly eroding at the seams in America. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this ER. Service member and retirees deserve better. This was just sad all around.

Rude staffing very unorganized. Asking stupid questions the only lady that was nice to me was the nurse in triage with dark brown hair. They treat you like an inconvenience and talk down to you. Do better. Literally had to go to this hospital because my husband was working on base but never again. I will drive 6 hours away bleeding out to not go to this location. They are so slow and not in a rush about anything it’s ridiculous. I know you work 12 hours in here but I’m not trying to be here for 12 hours.

This ER is trash! They need to go ahead and shut it down because they do a horrible job doing their jobs! Sitting in the lobby for over 4 hours, then you see someone else come in after you and get seen first and they've gone and grabbed Starbucks and all that, meanwhile there’s others who can barely keep their eyes open and tell how much pain they are in. Do better.

It is very convenient that each department has a reception area. I took a ticket, and they called me. They confirmed my identity, asked the reason for my visit, and what needed to be done. I waited for about five minutes, and then they called me in for an X-ray. After five minutes, I was done, and an hour later, they called to inform me of the results. Everything was handled promptly. The only downside was that the woman at the reception was not very nice or friendly.

Went last night bc my daughter was having pains in her stomach. They got her in a room very quick but the dr and one nurse were so rude. Her pee came out dark which confused us bc she drinks nothing but water. She doesn’t drink sodas or anything. The one nurse literally called her a liar. And the Dr just kept saying she was dehydrated bc she’s not drinking enough water. Touched her stomach one time and since my daughter didn’t push away from her she didn’t think it was cause for any other tests. My daughter tried to tell her it wasn’t in the right spot. I kept asking why they’re not doing anything and why they’re sending us out if they didn’t find out why she’s in pain. I got told by the dr that they’re NOT going to run any other tests bc there is no cause to. They sent her home with nausea and acid remix medicine! So we went to Signature ER. BEST DECISION EVER. They found her lymph nodes were inflamed and causing all her pain. They actually did an exam on her and did the ct scan like Darnell should have. They were patient and responsive and did everything that good doctors were supposed to do. Not only will I never go back to Darnell but I will be writing an ICE complaint against the dr and nurse. DO NOT GO TO DARNELL. GO TO SIGNATURE WHERE YOU ACTUALLY GET CARE.

Had to go here repeatedly due to cyclic vomiting/nausea. Providers here are so unwilling to do tests. They wrote me off as having CHS. Well, a year later and it’s actually a gallbladder issue. Of course, I had to go to a whole different state and completely different medical team who actually listens and did an US. Stop basing the way you do your job off of your own biases. Also, my husband got a vasectomy here and the urologist accidentally nicked a blood vessel. You’d think they tell the patient, right? LOL no. They didn’t. He found out a couple days later after needing to go to the ER. *sarcasm* great job.

Terrible hospital, from ER front desk staff to nurses and doctors. The wait is atrocious, not a single time got to talk to anyone. They just got the samples and made me wait 5hrs. Meanwhile I could hear and see a bunch of People laughing, saying how they wanted to go home and sitting on their butts at the nurse station. Like, guess what? Patients want to go home too! 3 times I've been here a not once was worth it!!
