Carlitos Pizzas El Valle

A major disappointment, that sums it up quite well. Initially, I only wanted to try 3 different empanadas since I wasn't very hungry. However, after the server's look, I ended up ordering a pizza, which, to my surprise, was quite small for the price and reminded me more of a frozen pizza. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it. The empanadas are definitely a recommendation; I liked the chicken-curry variant the most. I wouldn't order the cheese again; it had no taste at all. After a while without getting a water glass, I had to inquire, and then I received only a small water bottle for I had to pay 2 dollars. What's up with that? A proper restaurant should serve tap water in a glass. The utensils wrapped in plastic and the plate plastic as well... well, the best part came at the end when the server gave me insufficient change. Tried it once, and that's enough. If you want good empanadas with proper spiciness, you can go there. For me, it was a one-time visit. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

Great local restaurant with simple food and good cocktails. Good value and friendly staff.

The place had a good selection of food. The empanadas were good everything else was decent. I ordered the fish and it was pretty soggy but eatable. Prices were decent and they had free WiFi. Overall good spot but nothing amazing.

I ordered the spareribs and spare is definitely what I got. They were 1/4 inch thick with 3/4 of that being fat! Not much flavor either, but the salad was good and a decent size. Our waiter was good, attentive but not pushy.

We are about a dozen people who stop by to have lunch here Two of us are vegan so we asked for a cheese less pizza so once our pizza came, everybody wanted a slice so we ended up ordering another one and that got finished too and we got some very positive comment about cheese less pizza so if you’re here try it Thanks

Food was pretty good, I got the chicken with chimichurri sauce and it was very flavorful! We also got a cheeseburger with fries that was tasty. Very much enjoyed sitting outside and being in the weather.

Alice made our day! Delicious pizza in a clean and lovely environment. Alice is funny and speaks excellent English which can be hard to find around here. She gave us some great advice for our adventures in El Valle de Anton. Feel free to name that heart of palm and garlic pizza after me Alice 🤣

Generous toppings on the pizzas. Good service. Clean restrooms! Bonus: great view of La India Dormida
