"Longtime Favorite An institution throughout Mexico since the 1970s, this lively bar is especially popular with tourists. A non-stop party atmosphere includes waiters who spontaneously start singing or acting out in comical skits and instant conga lines. Menu items range from American to tacos and other Mexican fare. Drink offerings include basics such as beer, tequila and wine but can become "interesting" with the likes of the "Poison Kiss," a potent blend of vodka, gin, brandy, red wine and amaretto mixed with orange and lemon juices."

We visited this place for lunch on 22nd March 2019. This was recommended by couple friends. We went through the Go Cancun card and had limited options for us to choose from. Though it had limited vegetarian options, they were ready to accommodate. The server there was really understanding and very helpful for us to choose the right dishes. Place was really interesting with all the quotes, frames and paintings on the wall. The food was delicious… specially the tomato soup with avocado was refreshing.

Google
Excellent service. Excellent marketing. Fun part was all the staff member perform dance there and asked to to join and we did as well. The food is very fresh and guacamole is made right in front of you. Thanks alot for this awesome experience.

Google
Went twice while we were there for a week. Compared to a lot of the places around the drinks were reasonably prices and the atmosphere was a lot of fun. They come around and try to get you to shots and can be persistent but after a few times of saying no the waitresses just sat and talked with us for awhile. The staff was also very good about getting the audience engaged in dancing and you can see from pictures it was people of all ages.

Google
What a great place full of fun & atmosphere. The waiters & staff really know how to throw a party. It's a great Mexican / American fast food restaurant. But the experience you get there is like none I've been to before. My brother, his wife & 3 daughters are in Cancun too, and I recommended this place. I'm so so whoever goes there will have a great evening. Plenty of participation so mm and sure you have. Tequila, or two :)) I recommend this place to anyone. Have fun!

Google
I wish I could give negative stars for the food. The one star is for the ambience which is filled with energy, great music and joy of dancing. We went there as part of go Cancun card promotion for dinner. We are greeted well but once we mentioned about the coupon, they have grabbed a different menu for us and got seated fairly quickly. The attitude of waiter is very bad and the food is equally worse. The menu has limited options and a few upgrades with additional money. Couldn't eat a few bites of the food and we left very soon. We didn't even feel like leaving tip to the waiter which is a very rare case.

The staff here are soo hype and so friendly! We were able to get so many free shots and they were sure to give u enough entertainment. To top it off the food was really delicious! We got charlie' s quesadilla, charlie's burrito dish and fish tacos😋😋😋

Google
We tried a few different restaurants, fine dining and casual off the street seats. This place had the best food in Cancun bar none. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was fun and entertaining. Thank you

Google
We went for dinner while we were in Cancun and definitely a very popping and happening place! It’s right across from Coco Bongo and at night this area is pretty lively. The food was decent but great music in the restaurant. The servers dance, bring you shots...We had some fish tacos and a burger 🍔 (my friend was sick of eating tacos the whole week lol). She said the burger wasn’t great but who eats burgers 🍔 in Mexico lol. We did have a fun night afterwards
google avatar

Yelp
We went here for dinner and got the burger and fries bar food type of experience. It was good and what you would expect. The drinks were nice and cold and the atmosphere was fun. Had good music and just an overall happy and fun experience

Yelp
We were told that this was the place to go where the atmosphere would be fun, so we stopped by here after dinner. Carlos'n Charlie's is located in hotel zone, so it's pretty popular among tourists. We sat at the bar and my friend ordered some kind of slushy with guava in it. We agreed that the drinks here are strong! We met a few people here that kept buying us shots, but I didn't partake in the drinking. Even the bartender made me something special, but it was too sweet for me. This place has live music and fun stuff going on throughout the night. I got to dance a bit of salsa, which was pretty fun. There were these masked men doing a little dance on stage and then pouring shots in your mouth afterwards. Someone was also celebrating a birthday, so they made him go on stage and then sprayed whipped cream all over his face and head. Poor guy, I wouldn't want this to happen to me on my birthday LOL.

Yelp
Awful service! So annoyed I spent $20 on a watered down margarita and a Dos Equis. We got seated quickly and it seemed like it would be a good experience from the hostess enthusiasm. It wasn't crowded at all and the only reason we stumbled in is because it started to sprinkle and they have a huge sign that says "no cover". Got a table in a pretty empty place with loud music and waited about 10 minutes to be acknowledged... once we got our drinks we never saw a waiter again. Had to go to the hostess stand to request our check to pay. Never again. Mexico is known for excellent service but I guess they missed the message at this tourist trap.

Yelp
WHO: bachelorette party WHAT (PROS): - although we had to pay for it in addition (a surprise by one of the girls in our group who's been here before), there was unexpected dancing (coupled up by a good amount of our group of 9) both on the dance floor, just outside the establishment, and near the establishment entrance, fun/unique ways to take shots (i.e., the jungle-juice looking genie lamp, the whistle/shot girls, etc.) - lots of crowd/patron interaction from the staff and guests, which made this a very lively place to be at - (again, pay in addition), but I liked how they took our group photo and even had it framed by the time we left - huge portions - GREAT guacamole! WHAT (CONS): - doesn't necessarily give you the most authentic looking or tasting Mexican food (like a cross between a Red Robin and Chili's), but everything else offered more than makes up for it OVERALL: - unexpected night out, but fun dinner!

Yelp
Very lively place with loud music and great food . It's the kind of place that is Greta for New Year's Eve.

Yelp
Started the night here since they were one of the few bars on the strip with no cover. WORST experience ever. Most of the staff were extremely rude. Especially Amy who came over and stated that she was our waiter even though she had not taken a single order from us. It got worst when we asked her a simple question about our drinks. She threw up her hands and stormed off. Another male waiter who then also claimed he was "our waiter" came over. When I told him the margaritas tasted extremely off he got really upset and started being very rude. The only reedemable part of the whole experience was our original waiter Enrique who tried his best to make it a good experience and was funny and entertaining with our group. I tried to leave him a tip but Amy took it some I'm not even sure if he got it. It's an awesome place if you want to over pay for bad margs and rude staff but besides that you'll be better off getting an open bar package at Coco Bongo or Mandala.

Yelp
Want someone to force drinks down your throats in Cancun? This is the place for you. Don't get me wrong. I'm not complaining. It was a hoot. A young man next to us did 4 or 5 shots and ended with a nice looking, large Mexican man dancing on his lap. A nice young Mexican lady finished it off so no-one was overly disappointed. The food was surprisingly good. We had chicken and carne asada tacos. Both were good. Prices were about average for America and cheap for a resort. Beers were cold. We had a margarita and it was way strong. Not something to order again. Our waiter Rafa was exceptional. All the staff were always dancing around and forcing drinks on people. It was definitely worth checking out, the entertainment was outstanding.

Yelp
Love this place. Yes it's a bit of a throwback to my younger days and the food isn't what I would classify as "excellent" but good. Service is great. We got here and watched the Coco Bongo people getting ready, definitely good people watching. The atmosphere is festive and the music was on point. MNF was on but the music and festivities were more entertaining. You will get asked to take a shot every 5 minutes and you will wear a balloon hat. There is a sign that says "People having fun serving people here for fun". Definitely true.
google avatar

Yelp
This place probably isn't the spot for daytime fare... I walked in during the afternoon because the street taco shack across the street is only open in the evening. My shrimp taco cravings however were satisfied. $4.50 USD for a Dos Equis ambar followed by $20 USD for three shrimp tacos with slaw and tamarind sauce... Overpriced.
google avatar

Kaleen H.

Yelp
OK so, I gave it 3 stars because it was good but could have definitely been way better. They did give us a free round of mixed shots though that was a nice touch. The atmosphere of the place is perfect, the staff is nice even though the language barrier caused ALOT of confusion with orders and drinks they still genuinely tried to get it right so if you don't know any Spanish it will most likely affect you a bit. Jus a bit. I had the pineapple shrimp and coconut rice. I wish the portion of the rice was larger it was very small like tea cup size and the meal itself was wayyyy too overwhelming with the flavor or pineapple. Granted, it was inside a pineapple but they added pineapple sauce to the mashed potatoes inside and it wasn't good. Two of us had this meal and agreed that we did not like it. It was six of us at the table in total and I believe only two actually enjoyed their meal. I wouldn't discourage anyone from going here I just would be on the fence about going again. That's simply because the staff was nice, but the orders, eh. There's plenty around so I'd most likely avoid it. Either way, ultimately, I feel it's a hit or a miss with this place. Try at your own risk! Haha

Yelp
As a teacher summers is when I do most of my traveling. A coworker and I decided to take on Cancun/Tulum. We ended up stopping for appetizers and drinks and Carlos n Charlie's. This place is so much fun and extremely entertaining. The servers are so friendly and engaging with the patronizers. I even got up and joined in on the fun a couple of times. My drink was awesome and so was the fish taco and quesadillas. Whenever in Cancun put this restaurant on your places to visit. You will not be disappointed!

Yelp
We came for my friend's birthday and let me just say they made it known that it was a birthday. All the severs were super accommodating and definitely got us in the party mode. I lost my phone and they saved it for me and even charged it. Super nice people, you just gotta know how to control your drinking because the party does not stop here We danced on stage, on the bar, and basically partied all night here. It was such a fun time and we're here again for the second time on this trip. Love!

Yelp
We had so much fun here. Live music, dancing, good drinks and food. I had the fish tacos and they were so good. The portions were large and I couldn't eat it all. They also have a guacamole bar that pulls up to your table and makes custom batches of fresh guacamole. Delicious. We had a huge group of people who had been working hard all week and this was a much needed break. Live Latin music on Tuesdays and Fridays 10-1a. The dancing and energy was incredible in this place.

Yelp
First nite here not sure what to do. Was looking to see if there were any clubs worth going to. Everything looked crazy and overwhelming but this place had amazing music and we were hungry. So we decided to go here to eat. Awesome throwback hip hop videos. Waiters were hilarious and nice. We ordered fajitas, fish tacos and ceviche. I ordered a beer and friend ordered a daquiri. Ceviche was not so good. Needed a kick. More citrus, more cilantro, some heat. Fish tacos were great though. But all in all a fun place with great music.
google avatar

Shannen C.

Yelp
This bar was pretty fun. I like all the decorations, a good place to just grab a drink before going to the clubs. I ordered a mango drink in a yardstick. They played music videos on a projector.
google avatar

Grace L.

Yelp
Atmosphere is fun. They do whatever it takes to make tip: balloon making, tequila shots, pictures, etc. Food is whatevers .. not authentic Mexican food. Portions are huge. The waiters are rowdy and loud. If you go with girls.. the guy waiters will be all over you so it's kind of creepy but funny. Lol. Their coke is super watered down. I wouldn't go back here just cuz the food wasn't worth it. But if you're with a big group of people and especially if they're drunk, it's a fun atmosphere.
google avatar

Yelp
Live Cuban Salsa band Tuesday & Friday Nights 10 -1am. Excellent music and mojitos.. The DJ is good and the waiters pull the visitors in for dancing. It is an excellent beachy, fun atmosphere. We've enjoyed the nachos, large enough for a table of 4 to share. Some words to serious salsa dancers; the place is casual, the wood floor is uneven or patched, and the place can get hot and humid, even with their large fans and the AC on.
google avatar

Maria R V.

Yelp
We came here last night because we saw that on Tuesdays and Fridays are Salsa nights wi h a live Salsa Band (we love Salsa!) No cover charge, but they do charge you a service fee on your bill (I tack it up to a cover charge), but it's worth it! The wings were super delish and the service is by far exceptional!! The servers are mostly guys, but they make the ambiance super fun!! The DJ is aaaaamazing!! I request some Bachata songs and he delivered. We said we would only go for 1 hour, but stayed till the end!! Drinks are great (must try the Coconut Pineapple Colada and the Guava Colada) we had the house Margaritas and I guess they just mix them out of a bottle...they were just ok. The Coladas are the BOMB DOT COM though!! If your looking for a fun night out while in Cancun, this is a good place to begin with!! All in all....loved it here!! PS: sorry....had way too much fun and forgot to take pictures

Yelp
Every time I visit Cozumel I make sure to stop in Carlos'n Charlie's. The staff there have always been friendly and join in the fun. They made us all funny balloon hats that we wore around town the rest of the day.
google avatar

Brad B.

Yelp
Ready to be ripped off? Well then I have some great news for you, you've found just the place in Carlos 'n Charlie's. Empty those wallets, amigos! I know, I know, they're a chain, but the fact of the matter is that Cancun is loaded with chains and you have little to no option to go anywhere else when in the hotel zone. I tried to look at the bright side of things when it came to walking into this tourist trap by thinking that a larger establishment must carry a certain level of honesty and quality. Boy was I wrong... From the start we were sweet talked into beverages bigger than our heads and they didn't come cheap. Fair enough, we were suckers on that one but what was yet to come set me ablaze - unlike the Flaming Dr. Pepper shots we ordered. I've had these shots before in the USA and they're always a blast, but a Carlos 'n Charlie's they're most certainly a bust. What is a Flaming Dr. Pepper? Well, my short answer is a Mexican ripoff shot but the bartender's bible describes it this way... Fill a shot glass 3/4 full with amaretto. Slowly float the overproof rum to fill the glass. Fill a pint glass with beer. Ignite the contents of the shot glass. Blow out the flame, drop the shot glass into the beer, and drink in one gulp. Key words: IGNITE THE CONTENTS OF THE SHOT GLASS It took these guys 20 minutes to light these damn shots... uh, you think they may have made them incorrectly? Yeah, completely wrong. I even told the waiter that the shots were prepared wrong, they should ignite immediately and he agreed. Finally one ignites, then a second, eventually a third and an eternity later with added 151 we had them all barely burning before they rushed them down our throats before going out - what a racket! I tried to discuss with the manager for over twenty minutes that they were pulling a fast one on us and he clearly could not care any less. "You drank them, hombre." The part that really burned? $80+ for seven shots. Viva Mexico!

Yelp
Let me start this with saying we will never go to Cancun again, unless flying through on the way to Playa Del Carmen or Tulum. See my review of the Riu Cancun here for more in depth opinions on Cancun and the hotel: http://www.yelp.com/biz/riu-cancun-canc%C3%BAn?hrid=RZIMTjspdLTHVyxmRuQcyg On our last night in Cancun we couldn't stand being sequestered in our all-inclusive resort for one more tired ass buffet so we ventured out into Cancun and stumbled upon Carlos & Charlie's. The place was pretty busy on a Sunday night and loud as a nightclub on crack. We were first seated in a table off to the side but after sitting down I was slapped in the face with a thick wave of vomit. We both smelled it straight up puke from god knows who or where but it was unmistakable and pungent. We were moved to the only other available table which was right in the thick of the craziness coming from the bar area. Don't expect a romantic or calm evening here. It was a meal full of constant whistle blowing and loud music. You won't have time to pick up your menu before some pushy waitress talks you into shots she's carrying around with her. She will then proceed to grab your boobs and your husband's boobs. Oddly enough, neither of us was phased by this ambush of fondling, which maybe says more about us and less about her. Whatever you do, do not order the guacamole I repeat do not order the guacamole. Unless of course you enjoy being the center of what I'm not sure would be considered the right kind of attention or not since I prefer to hide in a den of solitude than be center stage. If you do order the guacamole, you will be forced to make it yourself while wearing a giant chef outfit while whistles are blowing and people are staring like a monkey in a cage. I was scolded for putting in too much salt but clearly Juan didn't know salt is my favorite food. If you're going to make me make my own appetizer, you cannot scold me like my mother does about my salt addiction. We all have our vices and at least I don't snort mine up my nose. All in all, we loosened up after the vomit and the DIY avocado and enjoyed ourselves. Not sure what gave me a bigger headache, the whistles, the Jager or the sodium, but bring the Advil. As I mentioned, I'd rather spend a week in a straight jacket in a basement in Utah than a week in Cancun, but C & C provided a fun place to get away from the prison that was the Riu Cancun. P.S. We split the fajitas and that was plenty of food after all the salsa, chips and guacamole, oh and Jager.

Yelp
Right in the middle the hotel zone! It was so live here and a lil expensive for what we got. If you want a good view of everything going on this is the place to visit in cancun

Bruce F.

Yelp
They brought things to my table which I didn't order so they could charge more. When I asked for the bill the number was much higher than the itemized(which I had to ask for repeatedly). I paid in cash and asked for change and told them in Spanish I would then give tip. Then they never came back despite asking repeatedly for change. I'll could see around me other people having same problems.
google avatar

Jocelyn T.

Yelp
Known for their balloon hats. We each got one and took photos. Not sure what to compare this place too but there was a live band, servers and guest dancing all over the place and it was super loud... ugh I must be getting old. The food was decent. I ordered chimichangas and when they arrived they were super ginormous! If I known, I would've split with someone. Would I recommend this place? Um probably after having a couple of drinks and clubbing.. this would hit the spot.
google avatar

Robert C.

Yelp
Best place in Cancun! So much fun, servers dancing all over the place, great food, and portions were big. Yeah, a lot of money hustling goin on BUT ITS CANCUN! Accept it, move on, and have fun. Live music and DJ. Definitely recommend this place.
google avatar

Kim S.

Yelp
We hesitated to eat here, and we should have listened to our instincts. It was not good at all. The tortilla soup tasted like tomato soup. The chicken fajitas were terrible. The chicken had Zero flavor, and the entire ensemble was bad. How can you mess up fajitas? The fish tacos had so much breading, and very little fish. Not sure if it was even fish. First clue. In Cancun for 6 days already, and have seen only a few people in the restaurant. We only went because it was raining. We were on our way to the amazing Surfin Burrito, when it started raining. Surfin Burrito has all outdoor seating. We turned around, and headed back to the Forum and ended up here. Would have rather eaten a delicious burrito in the rain at Surfin Burrito ....just saying!!

Yelp
Carlos n Charlie is entertainment galore as soon as you step in Rock up to the most happening music with a live dj. As soon as you sit down you will be handed massive menus with options ranging from salads, tacos, quesadillas, steak, burgers, etc. The drinks menu is quite extensive too. Order from a range of spirits including the famous tequila. Drinks come in a range of sizes all the way from 12oz to more than 36oz. I ordered the chicken quesadilla which comes with salsa and guacamole. Staff barely speak English and take forever to take orders. I had my Spanish friend ask the waiter to make my quesadilla spicy. However when it arrives it was the blankets thing I had ever had. Not even an authentic quesadilla. It was like the ones you get in mad mex but less tasty. A slab of melted cheese on top of minuscule bits of chicken with bland guac, chopped tomatoes and onions and q massive dollop of sour cream. Yes its jumbo in size but tastes below average. I also got Charlie's house margarita which is delicious. I felt quite nice after the 12oz drink. Another one would shed definitely put me in a much happier mood. While waiting for our meals, we had balloon hats made for us, danced in sync on top of our chairs, danced the congo line, watched the waiters dance, watched some funny spoofs music videos, had some tequila shots with the waitress who blows on a whistle as you do your shot and then puts her hand on your forehead followed by jiggling of your boobs (no idea why).. Don't even know how to say no as they don t speak Spanish. There is also a guac cart that makes guac in front of you. Everything is all for tips of course. Food is below average. But definitely enjoyed the entertainment. Will go for the entertainment and the drinks

Yelp
Very friendly service. Go there if you're in the mood to have fun and enjoy yourself.

Yelp
Typical Mexico tourist restaurant. Huge margaritas, average food, loud music and dancing. It's a big restaurant so you probably won't have a hard time getting a seat. If you've been to Senor Frogs or somewhere like that, then this is exactly what kind of restaurant it is.
google avatar

Domenico C.

Yelp
My wife and I were pretty excited to come here for tacos and margaritas. So we decided to make the effort and venture into Cancun. When we arrived it was late lunch over a weekend and there seemed to be a lot of people around but when we entered the restaurant, it was fairly empty. We were greeted by a hostess and sat near the sidewalk in a hightop table. Once we sat, we waited a few minutes for somebody to come by and take our drink order, again the waiter was pleasant but I think our expectations were much higher, for the vibe and fun atmosphere that we were told to expect. There was a was a young gentleman on the side im a clown outfit and face painted making balloons and going around the tables. We ordered 2 yard long margaritas and fresh tableside guacamole again we were a little let down as the margaritas we're not that great and the guacamole was average. Being in Mexico I would expect to have better guacamole table side than in a restaurant in Miami. The most excitement we had in the restaurant was when they sang happy birthday to another guest at a table and I decided to send him a shot of tequila and I had one with him. I will say that the prices were a little higher than you would expect and that's probably due to being a high tourist area. It's possible that the night crowd could be a lot more fun but I would never visit again during the day.
google avatar

Sudha A.

Yelp
Too loud and too pricey, they convert pesos to dollars and charge at a very low exchange rate. Drinks are not that strong. 3 appetizers and 4 medium sized drinks cost us 136$!! Hard sell on body paint and tequila shots.
google avatar

Esmeralda V.

Yelp
My friend and I were just in Cancun for a week and we somehow ended up at this place three times! Just needed to come back for more and couldn't get enough. This place is so much fun and so lively. We came to Cancun during a very dead time so there weren't many people out in general, but this place didn't disappoint like some others did despite how NOT crowded Cancun was this past week. There's music, dancing, and lots of drinking! The waiters just make it so hard to say no and they're so energetic. I love it.

Michelle S.

Yelp
Fun atmosphere, drinks and food ok. Hard sell on tequila shots at your table, they give you free oxygen at oxygen bar and then hard sell on tequila shots. They also sell pictures of you with ballon hats and taking tequila shots. Would have enjoyed it more if not asked every five minutes if I wanted shots, picture, body paint, etc
google avatar

Randy G.

Yelp
Food was OK and the servers are enthusiastic however they constantly wanted to upgrade us with a professional photograph or custom ballon hat and or guacamole bars and shot girls . This maybe OK with some folks but I felt compelled to buy I also want to add I had a complementary dinner coupon, but some how the finally bill seem high for a dinner three beers and guacamole bar came to $55 without tip So be careful
google avatar

Yelp
No red wine. No Corona. Bad service. Food was meh. Only plus was the giant screen to watch the games on. We left and went somewhere else.

Yelp
The food was really good but I think it's very pricey, comparing to other restaurant. The staffs kept dropping forks or other kitchenware during my stay. One of the staffs spoke very weirdly to me and hold my hands.

Yelp
After dancing & walking around the area we wanted to get some food stopped by this place. Open space u don't notice at first but it is pretty big goes all the way to the back there is plenty of seating , bar & small dancing area. Once seated we started with some drinks had some Dos Equis beer in a nice tall glass this was great nice & cold. Appetizer we tried their version of a mozzarella stick I think ?? expect this was a large rectangular piece of cheese came in a spicy green sauce & with tortillas whoa this was weird ... Cheese wasn't bad it was ok I think the funky green sauce was too much. Food the Chicken club sandwich was huge big enough for two people this was pretty good , nice tasting chicken came with fries good fries. We also got an order of the Chicken Nachos holy mother of god this was ridiculous !! Our intention was this was an order for two of us to pick on it was basically large enough for four people. Whoa tons of chips , chicken , cheese & jalapeños all pilled on top with some sour cream & guacamole mother of god this was a huge plate good thing we were hungry & the nachos were very good. While seated the staff puts on a little bit of a show they dance to the the live band playing this was fun to watch. Over all this place was great , served its purpose decent food , good service & decent prices we enjoyed our meal.

Deb R.

Yelp
Super fun to hang out there. We went on a hot evening for dinner and drinks. We got seated relatively quickly and got ourselves a window side seat with a view of Coco Bongo. Later found out how strategic that seat was when the line for Coco Bongo started mounting and random flash mob dances started taking place. Food was moderately good and drinks were at par. But what made up the experience was the ambiance and the hyper cool staff. My wife and I went out to dance salsa with the staff several times, and they made random balloon shapes to make it fun. Recommendation is to go on a weekend evening, but prepare to spend time there to witness the fun around from the comfort of your seats, indulge in the experiences that come to offer, and order the fresh made Guacamole. Have fun.

Yelp
Wait staff was awesome, friendly, and energetic. The food was not he best, which is why I am giving it 3 stars. Had an Angus burger (tasted thawed frozen). But it seems you are paying more for the atmosphere, which was awesome!

Yelp
If you like racist humor and bad food, this is your place. The waiter initially introduced himself and asked what country we were from, before we could answer, he said that we were clearly from china and started talking in that way like Ching Ching Ching Chong etc. We were immediately turned of by his racist humor. We should have left at that point but it took a minute to process how messed up this was. Then a while later after multiple staff members tried to sell us tequila, a waitress walked up to my African American fiancé and preceded to touch her hair. WTF? Oh, and the food was terrible and over priced. Great ending to an otherwise great vacation. So, if you enjoy racism and diet racism with a side of terrible fish tacos, this is your place!

Yelp
Worst food and service we've ever experienced and usually I'm not a complainer. The workers and waiters were too concerned with taking to each other rather than waiting on us even when we were sitting staring at the awful food. Took forever to get the check after sitting here all night.

Yelp
Pretty good atmosphere and good margaritas. The ladies that come around to sell shots get to be pretty annoying after a while but decent bar with decent prices. Good as a place to start before moving on.

Yelp
It is sad that after enjoying so much the vibe and energy and amazing service at C&C in Las Vegas las year, i have this bad experience in Mexico, I thought that principles and the value of a customer will be on top of everything since you are a franchise . I was there mid November , just 2 of us, I will say it was 60% capacity, I guess because it was early; server was busy so the MOD took the order after waiting a for a few , the wait was ok there is so much going on that you can't be bored, I think the name of the manager is Javier , we order 2 sodas he ask S,M or L we said small , but it didn't came with a refill so we went for medium, without being inform that it will cost $10 each, when I talk to the sever Miguel about this , letting him know that I think it was abusive to customers the fact that I wasn't inform about the price he said "well is on the menu" I don't agree if that is the policy in order to up sale, knowing the price is way of from other places and what is consider medium. So I mention the souvenir cup as part of being charge so much for a soda, he said he will let me take them, he will? I thought , wasn't I charge for it? Anyway so I got two re washed plastic glasses and straw both wet straight from the washer machine, gross me out!!! That mean I had someone else straw too?!!! Double grossed out. I don't think health department will be happy with this procedures . Hope you get to change and modify some of this. Thanks for reading

Yelp
Great atmosphere. They try to make it fun, service good. Balloon sculpting clown guy interrupted meal, kids loved it (I didn't). Food was not fresh, tasteless meat and fish. Food with sauces was tasty (burrito, wings, ribs) Come for a drink. Don't waste your time if you want good food.

Yelp
Overpriced. But for this you'll get to dance, jump around, have balloon hats put on your heads. Basically, you can do everything. The waiters are very friendly but do expect a generous tip.

Yelp
Never returning here. The servers completely violated my friend's and I and felt as if it was ok to touch us in inappropriate areas. Food is also low quality. I ordered quesadillas and they were gross. I will never be back and there are so many better places in downtown Cancún to go.

Yelp
First of all, I'm not very fond of loud places, they make me feel uncomfortable... I don't know how my boyfriend can be my boyfriend after all... we are so different in so many ways, while i rather be in a quiet restaurant he absolutely adored the fact that this place is way loud. I did had a good time, but its WAY overrated and WAY EXPENSIVE. The food was mediocre, I could call my self a lover for hamburgers and this one was a completely disgrace. I didn't like it, I didn't like it at all. If I had known that going there would make me greet my worst fear of all I wouldn't have gotten there in the first place. What am I talking about? CLOWNS! I HATE CLOWNS! They terrify me in a way that I cannot even describe. And to my surprise there was a waiter or whatever he was, dressed up as a clown. I wouldn't go back in a while, as long as they have that clown there.
