This is my first time coming here. I've heard good things. Apparently, things have changed.
We walked in to short staff, on a very slow day. Still had to wait for a small table to be wiped off, or even to be seen. The manager, I'm assuming, was at a table chatting with someone as his staff were visablly stressed out.
Finally got seated but was not asked for drinks or appetizers. Instead, we waited again, for a good 10 minutes, still not busy. At that point, I was going to just up and leave. Server finally came with water and asked for our drinks and appetizers. It's a guessing game with the drinks, since they can't give a proper list for customers to choose from on their simplified menu.
It took another 10 minutes for the nachos to come out and we had to ask for our ONE plate we ordered, to go.
So, in total, me and my wife waited about 45 minutes till I said to pack everything up.
Food? Good.
Service? Needs desperate work
Atmosphere? Quit simplifying and modernizing town staples
Lastly, management? Either the owners need to look into it, or the owners need to look at how the entire establishment is being run but managers and staff.
Good place. I'd probably only order takeout.
Oh! One appetizer, 2 drinks and 1 plate? Close to $100. Would show you, but their receipts couldnt print, convenient, right?
