Carl’s Jr.

My order was to go. While standing at the counter waiting for my order I was watching Sheila who they call gram or granny picking up fries with her bare hands off the preparation table and then putting them on trays under the heating lamp for the orders that were to eat in. She's picking up french fries off the preparation table with her bare hands putting them on the trays and this is after she was messing with her nose her face her ears and the big ball earrings. Pretty nice lady but really gross. It's amazing how she doesn't realize everyone standing at the counter is watching her..

The lady that took my order was AMAZING the amount of kindness and energy made the experience so great I would eat there everyday if I could as long as she took my order. I didnt get her name she was older and very festive. I wish more places had people like her that actually looks happy to be at work. Made my day a lot better thank you and GIVE HER A RAISE.

The customer service here is always amazing! The food is fresh and my order is correct every time I visit. I eat at this location often because it's really close to where I work and I leave with a smile and great food every trip. I haven't had a bad experience with a single employee. They all seem to be happy to help! Their rating should be 5 stars or close to it for sure!

Customer service at this Carl’s Jr is always solid, but Sheila at the front register takes it to another level. She greets everyone with a genuine smile and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. She’s quick, attentive, and always makes sure orders are right, even when it’s busy. What really stands out is how much she cares about the customers she remembers faces, treats everyone with respect, and goes out of her way to make the experience better. It’s rare to find someone in fast food who makes you feel like more than just another order, and Sheila does that every time. She’s the reason I keep coming back to this location.

When we first went to try I was very excited since it'd been awhile since I had Carl's Jr and the experience did not disappoint! The establishment was pretty clean (and you could even get a peek into how organized the Love's gas station attached to it was). There were some spills on the floor near the fountain drink area, but seeing that it was still wet we assumed it was recent and no one had yet come to clean it up yet. Some tables weren't wiped off so there were crumbs and other food residue left with people being in and out, but we were able to find a clean place to sit. There's enough seating to eat comfortably and a drive thru is present at the location and kept separate so as not to disrupt the diners inside. The service was friendly and fast and our orders came out correctly while still hot (we chose to eat inside). As for the food, the taste was great and familiar to what I remember from when I was younger and the serving portions were enough to fill us both. There's a lot of options to pick from for everyone so that you can have a little of everything depending on your taste for the day, but the menu is still simple so as not to be overwhelming. I'd for sure love to go back again some time!

Always worth stopping by when short on time. Service is fast, the food is good, and you leave with your tummy full! The honey mustard is really good if you get the strips!

The morning crew is very nice. They greet me with a hello with my name and bye(if they see me go). The food is hot and the service is accurate. The eat room is clean and at a nice temperature according to the temps outside. I've been coming here for a few years now and I'm never disappointed. I would recommend them if you want a nice meal in a nice atmosphere.

Don’t listen to Gary. Granny or Sheila or whatever her name is, is literally the sweetest woman on earth, every employee should be like her. She is someone/employee that is rare and hardly seen these days. I’ve been eating at this location for the past 2 weeks straight, mainly because of her!

Been coming here for years because the biscuits are the best. Never had a reason to review. Not because it was ever bad. It was just unremarkable. Well... thanks to Gram Gram (she literally has a nametag with this). Believe her name is Sheila. Anywho, groggy AM couldn't remember how to order my biscuit, she helped so sweetly. Got up to the window and she's all in the Christmas regalia and chipper. 72 and boogies around not a day over 65 . I gotta remind myself to send a positive vibe into the managers. The inside is also clean, it's a Loves truck stop and a nice one with showers and such. Slainte!

The Service we went through the drive through The worker popped her head out multiple times and did not even try to serve us . She didn't even bother to try to come to the drive through window to take our order!!

Everyone there at breakfast appears to be very happy working at Carl's always friendly. Virtually all other fast foods have a high worker turnover. Service good and mostly not.

I'm sure that the hamburger that touched my meat was in bad condition, so the manager very reluctantly told me that it was impossible for it to pass because she just cooked it, which I don't go to any establishment to give away. Food, it's not the only hamburger I bought as I show it on my receipt, so I bought another hamburger waiting for this one it doesn't smell or taste bad here I leave you the photos of my receipts

I haven't been to a Carl's Jr since December of 21 and my husband summer of '06....this was one of the best experiences I've had ever at a carls. Soon as the door opened I was greeted with joy and a smile. Fast food aside this place was clean as can be, not too loud and plenty of seating. But the star of it all was Mrs. Sheila. The most wonderfully kind, funny and all around sweetest woman I've ever ever met! I will definitely make the drive from Dallas back here again and again

I grew up near Anaheim CA with the Karchers. Carl's Jr was a religion. Every one out in the Dallas area has sucked. Not this one. I thought I was reduced to going to Colorado or So Cal to get my fix. I showed up at the beginning of the lunch rush. Double Western and onion rings - well done. She told me regular cook is 2 min, do I want 2.5 min? Yes! Also asked for 2 ranch dressing. Got my order - burger was great, onion rings cooked perfectly, 2 ranch in the bag, and plenty of napkins. Exceeded my expectations. The bacon was a bit old on the burger, but that's my only complaint. Restaurant was clean, employees were nice. I'll be back.

Food is great but the bigger impact is the fantastic customer service. Ty, Yousef and the rest of team greet you with smiles, super polite and efficient in their jobs! It was truly a joy to watch people care about giving great customer service, especially nowadays.

I would give more stars if I could. I am very loyal to Carl's Jr. Carls Jr was my first job in Anaheim. The Manager, Joe Little, and his team lead, Jennifer are a class act. There was an error to my order, so Joe and Jennifer, without hesitation, corrected it. They even included 2 cookies for my grandsons. I will definitely return. Thank you, Joe and Jennifer, for a great experience.

First time at a Carl's since moving to Texas from California. Tastes exactly how I remember it. Delicious! The servers were very friendly and the atmosphere of eating at a truck stop was fun. I'll be back.

Ordered 3 of the new Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwiches and was instead pissed to find tenders (2 on each) instead of a chicken breast! Of course didn't notice to arrived home. Threw in trash! This place sucks!

Updating my review for my last experience. Wow!! The very sweet blonde gal with pretty tattoos went above and beyond. Fresh everything! She's training new associates so please be PATIENT with them!! We are all human and can wait 5 mins for a hot meal. Will certainly be back. Thanks!

I understand this is a truck stop and gas station and you guys are open 24 hours but seriously a little bit of a positive energy doesn't hurt! Employees look like they hate their job.

Visited during normal business hours and was told they were closed with no reason given. Everything says open online and in their store. Wish I could've saved the longer drive over here :(

Very slow service for a not busy Carl's. Fast food should be fast, so I can get back on the road! Maybe because they are part of the gas station.

Employees are nice but the service here is really slow even when there's little to no cars. An upside is that the food is hot and fresh when given to me.

I waited a couple of minutes at drive thru, no one asks to take my order. So I said hello, twice, then a female responded, I placed my order and she said she would have my total at the window. Arrive at the window, different person opens window and gives me a total that is way more than mine should be, b/c that's not my order. I tell her what I ordered and she says, "I guess they didn't enter your order." No apology or explanation as to why. Should have driven away then, but I let her place my order, waited and tried to eat Classic cheeseburger when I got home but it was bad, threw it in the trash. Sorry, but bad service and food, on two separate occasions, that's a no to returning.

Cashier asked if she could take my order and then walked away from counter to assist drivethrough worker instead for nearly 10 mins before returning. Once order was started, cashier said "I'm sorry" mid-order and disappeared to the back of the restaurant for nearly 90 additional seconds. Drivethrough cashier came over and finished order before original cashier reappeared. Once order was taken, food was delivered quickly and was as good as any other fast food joint.

Absolutely the worst place ever. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru, couldn't take it any more. When we finally reached the window, we left. This place is a complete joke. Kids working there were all new and manger doesn't know how to manage. Bad, bad, bad.

Quick service Fresh breakfast Decent prices I stopped for a egg and cheese biscuit and hash browns for breakfast. I had prepared myself mentally to pay $5 or more simply because Carl's Jr is expensive. But to my amazement I only spent $3.24. It was the greatest biscuit and hb's I'd eaten but it for the job done.

I love Carl's Jr. But this location is not doing it justice. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the bottom bun was super stale and hard. The onion rings tasted like made from super old batter and they messed up my drink. Never going back to this location.

Damn I don't know what they put in those burgers but they are a hell of lot better than other burger joints.

Love their stuffed avocados and I have had almost every burger on their menu and they are also good I do not have s favorite...yet! It's a great place whether you dine in or go through the drive through the staff is friendly and gets your order to you fresh delicious and fast.

This is the second time I've driven through this location to purchase cheeseburgers, and this is what I get every time. We just threw them away. I called and spoke to someone who says he was the assistant manager, but he really didn't want to hear anything about the order I received. So I'll be trying again tomorrow.

Sat in the drive through for 10 min without even a "be right with you" honked still no answer. Pul up to the window girls standing at the counter on her phone. Left and will not be coming back. I have 30 min for lunch admittedly kinda stupid of me to stay there as long as I did so half the blame is on me

Not worth the $19.00 for two sandwiches. Got home and literally threw away half the order. The chicken on the BBQ sandwich was old and dried out and the bun was hard. The onion rings were old. The Beyond burger was lousy too. Called up there and spoke to a Kayla. All she said is she could replace the order. Didn't really act like she cared. Don't plan on going back to that place. It sucks and they don't seem to care. Avoid Carl's Jr. it is not worth the over priced food.

Good luck getting to this place. After an hour of attempted to get there it was absolutely impossible. I gave up turned around and ended up at In 'N Out. So it was a good thing in the end

This place knows how to do fast burger food. I come here once in a blue moon.. time management yes that is my excuse.. we all need that burger once in awhile and we most always are short on time. They rock it with the western bacon burger.

KAH-ARLEES - JAUNYOUR! YEEEEEEEEEEHAW! I really wish there were more Carl's Jrs in the DFW area. They have a very diverse menu for a fast-food burger place. I mean fried zucchini, a guacamole burger, and their signature "six dollar burgers"! Their burgers have that pseudo chargirlled Burger Kingesque taste, which is sometimes desirable to break the monotony of DFW's burger choices. Spudwise you can choose from criss cut fries (waffle fries), natural cut fries, or onion rings. Their wide menu is really their strong point. They also have various "low calorie" options, which are not to be confused with real diet food, however in a pinch they can be a life-saver. I hear they're expanding back into the DFW area, I sure hope so.

zero stars! avoid this location! idiots behind the counter couldnt find thier own asses with a roadmap and a flashlight. served my burger after dropping and/or stepping on it and when i brought it back they just tossed it and i had to remind them to make me a new one. what a fricken joke. management will definately be hearing from me on this one. worst experience ever - anywhere. hopped in to have a quick bite and it took like 40 minutes. unfuckingelieveable. and flies buzzing around all over our food. gross.

For some reason there isn't a lot of Carls Jr's in the Dallas area. The ones I have been to are either at a Loves Truck stop (like this one) or random stand alone scattered through the metroplex. This Carls Jr has thus far been the best in the metroplex. The food was served hot and fresh, the fries were great, and the staff here was extremely friendly. Nothing beats a Western Bacon and Fried Zuccini!

I have been eating at Carl's Jr since the 70's. I have also eaten at this location many times with no problems, so I was very disappointed today by both the food and service. When I pulled up to the drive thru order board I waited for a good 3 minutes and there was nobody else in line. After I ordered and pulled up to the window I waited another 3-4 minutes. My food came out and wasn't very warm and I had to remind the young lady about my unsweet tea. She was very polite and respectful, so I don't want her to get in trouble. I will go back because I have never had a problem before, and I still recommend that location.

Yesterday I went to grab a couple of hamburgers drive tru during rush hour when i arrive home their were missing iteams I call the location Manager Ramona offer them free at no cost their burgers are really great i definitely recommend this restaurant

Stood at the counter for 3 minutes being ignored by the manager and employees did not even acknowledge me or say 1 minute, so I walked away and took my business elsewhere

I rarely post reviews but I have to say something about their personnel as well as the food. I'm vegetarian for years and not very often do I eat at fast food restaurants. But another vegetarian recommended their Beyond Burger to me and I tried it a couple months ago. My first experience with the lady running the drive through window was that she was extremely friendly and helpful. Compared with most fast food restaurants she was awesome. I ended up going there about once a week because the burger is awesome too. The night I am writing this review is the first time I have been to the restaurant in the evening and the person working the window was just as nice and genuine as what I have been used to with the lady who works during the day. Whoever hires and / or trains employees, good job! I have about 40 employees myself and would absolutely love to figure out how to get mine to always be on top of the game like Carls Jr has been in my experience. Can I please hire your trainers on a temporary basis for my business? Good job whoever you are.
