The experience was interesting, more so from a historical perspective for me. Amazed to see how things have moved on since. The place needs some TLC, but overall the visit was good. There is plenty of merchandise to binge on along with, of course Carlsberg beer. Free entry with the Copenhagen card. Credit cards accepted. There are shuttle free bus services from some of the train stations. Recommended.

I have to admit that my expectations was probably to high ,anyway I still think that the normal entrance ticket should have a more interactive tour .Part of the area was also under construction and we had some difficulty to find the correct place .The tasting was great they give you 3 different beers :blonde ,india pale ale ,and a dark and you definitely go out of there more happy : ) .And then you get another beer outside so the price was good if I think about the drink. You can also take something to eat inside but I didn't tried .I will suggest to visit this place for sure .

It was a unique experience for me to know about the history of Beer and understand the process of making the beer. I personally liked the area where they showcased beers from different countries around the world. Including a beer into the tour price was a great way to end the tour. Being a fan and a consumer of Carlsberg over the years, I could say for sure the freshly brewed beer I had during the tour was the best Carlsberg I ever had. Truly a wonderful experience.

We went as soon as it opened as we had Copenhagen pass we wanted to use up last couple of hours. The tour itself alone was not so entertaining more emphasis is on history than process of making Carlsberg itself. What was the most enjoyable part was the horses, and the beer garden outside was really nice and the give you one beer to sample. There is also Rose wine, Cider and soft drinks for those who don't drink alcohol

Fun visit. No need for the guide tour. Just reading the info in the exhibition is ok. The horses are very cute! Good to have free beer after the visit. Great food in the bar!

We went there on a Friday eve for the usual "night at the brewery" event. Tried several brews, best was the brown ale for me. A big, light hall full of tables, resembles of a German pub, live DJ, mostly young crowd. A simple but fun exhibition of the smells of different characters of beer on site, friendly service but we were too late for the food. The location is a bit difficult to approach, don't be fooled by the maps, take the bridge at the bus stop, not the one closest to the site. A good Friday eve activity, a local touch.

A great place to visit if you've got time during your stay and free drinks in the bar at the end. It's probably the best museum in the world!

I had an excellent experience at the Carlsberg Factory! There was lots to do at the Factory and fill the time. The tour was very interesting and had one of the world's largest beer bottle collections! After you are finished the tour you can visit the stable and get a free horse and carriage ride which I felt was very enjoyable although some tourists can be very rude about getting the ride, on from 12:00-14:00 so better to go about 12:30 to avoid rude customers. When I was visiting the staff also had a free sampling session in the store (although I'm not sure this happens all the time) which was great as I sampled many free beers I had never tasted before. Afterwards there is a free half pint of beer which really goes down well in the weather!! There is also a free shuttle bus to and from the factory every hour from 11:00 which greatly helped. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and I would recommend it to anyone!!
