Carlton Downtown Hotel

Our stay was delightful and we had a great time. hotel is clean with a great view of burj khalifa. Mercy was very accommodating and hospitable. Its near everything and the metro, the hotel provides shuttle bus services to dubai mall and mall of the emirates as well! overall experience was splendid! ✨

Good afternoon.||The hotel is quite new, and the lobby has just been renovated. Our room was cozy and included a studio kitchen and a separate bedroom. Our room was cleaned daily, and clean towels were provided.||I especially want to mention the breakfast, it was varied, including European, vegetarian, Indian cousine. The pastries were very delicious, as were the fresh fruits and vegetables, porridges, etc.. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of Dubai. And on the 47th floor, there is a rooftop pool with a view of the Burj Khalifa,the tower was visible from our room as well.|The metro is 2 min. away (Financial Centre metro station, just one stop to Burj Khalifa m.st. )|I want to specifically thank you for the sweet gift on my birthday, it was a surprise, and I was very touched. The staff is very helpful,we were provided with bottles of water every day.||Thank you very much for your kindness.

Great hotel with high service. Loved every day of stay. Lots of food for breakfast, amazing pool with a view on 47th floor, daily high level room service. It was very quiet despite the fact that there were some construction works in the hotel. Hotel is just five minutes from metro station, so you can easily get to other districts of Dubai including DXB Airport. Many thanks to receptionist Hsu, who helped us to check in and check out and made our stay even more pleasant!

Great hotel, amazing staff and had a positive experience staying here for a week. One complaint would be the lifts as you can wait a very long time or wheb it is busy you have to wait sometimes longer as lifts keep getting filled. Otherwise the hotel is great, breakfast was fantastic and I would like to compliment Mercy who tended to us, she was a delight and went the extra mile to look after us. Used the Gym and Sauna, small but has everything you need for a decent workout!

I had an excellent experience during my stay! The hotel staff were friendly and attentive throughout, making sure everything went smoothly. A special thanks to Chanuk for his outstanding service — he was professional, helpful, and always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. His warm attitude and attention to detail truly made the stay memorable.. hope they can finish renovation faster.

I stayed at Carlton downtown hotel in Dubai with my friend at Nov 2025 and recommend it for a comfortable and affordable stay in Dubai.|Good points:|-Great location at Sheykh Zaed road,right next to the Financial center metro station. Dubai Mall is just one metro stop away.|-The room had a nice view and was spacious(70-75 sqm) with a full kitchen (cooker,fridge,washing machine)making it feel like home.|-Friendly staff and rooms were always clean |-Breakfast had good variety and the team quickly refilled food and clean tables.||Not so good points:|-One day, there was no hot water, and I had to wait 15 minutes after pressing the boiler button.|-elevators made a loud noise when we waited for them on the higher floor ,it was not annoying for rooms but not seems normal!||Despite these small issues, they didn't affect our overall experience. For the price and location, this hotel is excellent, especially if you want spacious rooms, a kitchen, and easy metro access without paying a lot.

We had a wonderful experience at Carlton Downtown Hotel. The service was excellent from the very beginning. They welcomed us with delicious food that tasted amazing, which made us feel special right away. The reception was very accommodating and even upgraded our room to a suite, which we truly appreciated. I forget to ask his name. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained.😍 The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything from the check-in process to the dining experience was smooth and pleasant. We definitely loved our stay and will surely come back here again.
