I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The gym and other amenities were truly top-notch , especially considering the price, they exceeded all expectations. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience.|A special thanks to Abdul for his warm welcome and kind farewell. He, and the entire staff, made sure every detail was taken care of with full attention. Their hospitality made my stay feel personal and memorable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back!

The location is one of the hotel's best features—close to shopping centers, public transport, and several restaurants, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The staff was consistently courteous and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay, promptly addressing any requests or questions.||The check-in process was quick, and the reception area was well-maintained and welcoming. The room was not only clean but also well-organized, with fresh linens, ample toiletries, and good natural lighting. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the Wi-Fi worked seamlessly throughout the stay.||While the hotel does not offer luxury amenities like a spa or a pool, it makes up for it with practicality and efficiency. The breakfast selection was modest but fresh and satisfying. For the price, the value was excellent.||Overall, this hotel offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and friendly service. We had an amazing experience in Carlton Downtown. The service was excellent especially their breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were so accommodating especially the manager sir Rafael and the Nepali waitress they are doing great in their job surely we will come back! The best hotel I have ever stayed. Smooth checkin, excellent location next to Financial Centre metro in Downtown and the next to amazing views from each window makes Carlton downtown the best choice you can have. The value for money it offers is so good and the breakfast is to another level. There is an insane number of items at breakfast from all across the globe. The lift facility amazes me with its protection of privacy by permitting only access to one's room, lobby or pool. The rooms are so spacious with a washing machine inside which makes those planning for long stays comfortable with the option to wash and reuse. Overall 10/10.

The atmosphere was amazing and the staff was always helpful. The prices were reasonable and the breakfast was amazing. Ali was great at helping me with bags and the front desk in general was super helpful with anything I needed. Super professional hotel and beautiful interior.
