Carlton Downtown Hotel

Our stay at the Carlton Downtown was excellent from start to finish. We were kindly upgraded to a spacious room on the 42nd floor, which made a real difference to the experience. The room was very comfortable, well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The only minor downside worth mentioning is that there was occasionally loud music late in the evening, which could still be heard inside the room. It did not ruin the stay, but light sleepers should be aware. A special thank you to Taj at the concierge desk for his kindness and helpful attitude. Apart from the minor noise issue, we had a very enjoyable experience and would happily recommend the hotel.

I had such an amazing stay at the Carlton Downtown Hotel. The team’s attentive service and genuine kindness truly made the experience special from start to finish. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and it really showed. The breakfast buffet was incredible—fresh, delicious, and with so many great options to start the day right. Thank you to the entire staff for making my stay so wonderful. I can’t wait to come back! Location was wonderful as well.

We had a really pleasant stay at Carlton Downtown Dubai. We’re a family of 5 and booked 2 rooms, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a suite, which was such a nice surprise and made our stay much more comfortable. Service was great from check-in to check-out. The concierge team was very helpful and attentive whenever we needed anything. Special shoutout to Taj from concierge. He was always positive, friendly, and went out of his way to help us. The rooms are a little outdated, but they’re well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a great stay with excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

We had a pleasant stay overall. Abdul provided outstanding service — he was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to our needs. He truly made our experience better. The only minor issue was that the bathtub drainage was quite slow, like something stuck inside which could be improved. Aside from that, everything was great.

Had an excellent stay for 3 night! The rooms are large and very near and clean. The service is also very quick. The food was also very tasty. The buffet spread was varied and nice. Amine was also very understanding and quick helpful during our checkout. Overall a really nice stay, would love to stay here again

It was unforgettable stay here at Carlton Downtown Hotel, all the staff here are amazing especially Taj, Mahdi and Mercy, the food quality is amazing and there’s a good variety, the hotel facilities are available for everyone and serves all needs; and the location of the hotel is just perfect as it is centralized and near by everything especially the metro station as it is a walking distance. My favorite part was the bed as I slept for almost 14 hours after a long flight and woke up fresh, I really appreciate everything and so grateful for this wonderful experience as this will be my number one hotel here in Dubai and definitely will be coming back each time I visit
