Every single team member we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. She gave 125% effort to assist us with everything we needed – from thoughtful recommendations to handling even the smallest requests with care and professionalism. The best hotel I have ever stayed. Smooth checkin, excellent location next to Financial Centre metro in Downtown and the next to amazing views from each window makes Carlton downtown the best choice you can have. The value for money it offers is so good and the breakfast is to another level. There is an insane number of items at breakfast from all across the globe. The lift facility amazes me with its protection of privacy by permitting only access to one's room, lobby or pool. The rooms are so spacious with a washing machine inside which makes those planning for long stays comfortable with the option to wash and reuse. Overall 10/10.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed! Its convenient location near the metro made exploring the city a breeze. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast—delicious and incredibly affordable at just 79 AED. I loved starting my day with such a satisfying meal. Additionally, the views from both the restaurant and my room were absolutely stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for my mornings. The combination of excellent service, great food, and picturesque views made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of the city!

The stay in the hotel was very comfortable and cozy, the staff is very friendly and ready to assist any time. We stayed in 2 bedroom lux room and it was amazing. Nice view, perfect location, very close to a metro station

I had a great time here. I booked deluxe room because there was no choice when i booked. And it was big2 bedroom livingroom bathroom kitchen 2bathrooms also they have laundry machine. It is same like apartment. Breakfast was also so good and you can eat with nice view. Also it is almost 3-5min from metro station. They have free shuttle to emirates mall and some places. If you have plan to go Aquaventure or that jumeraih area you can use free shuttle to emirates mall and take a taxi to your destination. Receptions at front desk and breakfast restaurant are all so kind. You can walk to dubai mall like 20or 25minutes. We have walked that distance 3 4times. If you dont want to walk just take a metro to dubai mall station(we didnt know that😅)
