I had such a wonderful experience at Carlton Downtown Hotel! The service is excellent, and I especially loved the warm and professional reception. It really made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They gave us a welcome food in our room and upgrade our room to suite. 😍 The food service was also outstanding, with delicious dishes and attentive care. Special thanks to Rafael, the manager, and Angora from the service team, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made my stay extra special. I truly appreciate their efforts and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended ❤️😍|Thank you so much❤️

We had a wonderful experience at Carlton Downtown Hotel. The service was excellent from the very beginning. They welcomed us with delicious food that tasted amazing, which made us feel special right away. The reception was very accommodating and even upgraded our room to a suite, which we truly appreciated. I forget to ask his name. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained.😍 The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything from the check-in process to the dining experience was smooth and pleasant. We definitely loved our stay and will surely come back here again. I stayed twice in this hotel. It was beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with Sheikh zayed road view. Kitchenette also available. Pool needs some modification but view from the pool was amazing. There's spa and club as well but didnot visited. I booked without breakfast or dinner because cooked by ourself. It was amazing two nights stay and room service was good as well. They asked to keep deposit but later they just let it go. Overall it was a wonderful stay and recommended.

Wonderful time spent in this hotel. Very good location, near Dubai Mall. Helpful staff, ready to serve & assist. Clean & comfortable stay. There is bath tub in both our rooms rented. The bathtub can be a little high, might not be suitable for elderly or those with physical discomfort. Abdul the hotel staff is very kind & helpful

I and my husband had a very comfortable stay last week. The cleanliness comfort and location is excellent. The breakfast is amazing with an excellent view, lot of options in the buffet plus the friendly staff. The staff at the reception too are very helpful and friendly and Abdul at the concierge was very helpful giving us directions to nearby photo studio n some more places. Will surely recommend this hotel n will come again. Thank you!
