I have never experienced such poor service at a hotel in Dubai. The price and the level of service do not match at all, and in my opinion this hotel does not deserve a single star.
During my stay, the customer service was extremely poor. Housekeeping repeatedly forgot to provide clean towels, were very stingy with toilet paper, and took an unreasonably long time to respond when called. On top of that, when contacting the reception from the room, I was constantly transferred from one department to another instead of having my needs handled properly the first time. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
After checkout, the situation only became worse. Once the money has been taken, it seems impossible to get it back. It has now been 21 days, and I still have not received my deposit. The hotel cannot be contacted via WhatsApp, and when sending an email, the head office responds only to forward the message to the hotel. After that, there is no response at all.
I find it extremely embarrassing that a hotel chooses to keep 500 dirhams from its guests. This was my first and last stay at this hotel.
