Carlton Tower Hotel Lahore

Our stay here was very good. The location of this hotel is great as It is very close to the metros, trains etc. All the necessary things that should be in a hotel room were there including heater n all day hot water was also available. I would surely recommend it as decent option for family staycations.

I paid for executive room but it was very small room.they don,t provide tooth brush and tooth paste.there is no warm water facility there. TV channel not working.no proper sitting for dinner in room. They need to fix these issue. I don,t recomend this hotel.

The hotel was alright, customer service is not exemplary. I asked them to bring a praying mat and extra room shoes and it took them 3 calls and 2 hours to bring them in. Another issue is noise from neighbouring rooms and there is minimal isolation.

I visited this couple of months before when i was on official two days trip to Lahore. I checked in late night one porter and receptionist attended me and both were good with behavior and profession. you can't have meals late night because they close kitchen about 11PM so either you check in early or take dinner somewhere if you are checking late. Apart from that the stay was quite good, room was neat and clean bedding was also comfortable furniture, carpets and linen was acceptable, toiletries were also reasonable . Recommend as Budget Hotel.

It's a budget hotel. Don't expect a contemporary feel. Think basics and that's what you get. Nothing fancy, food wasn't good so I recommend you eat out. Staff was friendly and welcoming. They don't accept cards so bring cash for the upfront payment.

Overall it is an average hotel but kashmiri staff is too much greedy n not coperative as well. It offered free breakfast but when u go for BF they just give u some slice of bread alongwith egg n tea and it looks very owkward to ask tem again n again to put some slice more instead they should offer buffet BF of 7/8 items
