Carmencita Brunch Lavapiés

I had a super friendly welcome from Laura as I walked in. She is simply amazing and gave me awesome recommendations on from the menu. She also understood English as well which really helps when you can't speak Spanish. The drinks and food were delicious and I hope to return soon again.

Truly have nothing negative to say about this place. I arrived earlier than my booking time, but they seated my mom and me right away. The food was delicious, the vibe was great, and the staff were so friendly. It definitely won’t be the last time I go! Also, they have a little basket with pads and tampons in the bathroom just in case you need one! made my heart melt!

Everything was good. The only concern was that the dining time was limited to 1 hour, but it took quite a while to wait for food... so actually not enough time to enjoy the food and coffee.... We ended up finishing it in a rush...

Best brunch food I ever had, I ordered their brunch menu with huevos rancheros and chocolate cake as dessert, very delicious and the cake was melting inside my mouth, I would very much recommend it! The only note, be careful, you gotta book, I was lucky when I got there and they said there was a bit of time for me to eat there

Salmon Benedict was really nice and the girl who took my order was really nice and friendly! The orange juice was super fresh and thus tasted really good. Thank you :)

Friendly and speedy service with reasonable pricing. Cozy and homely. great food and drinks as well (cute mug and glass as well!) English speaking staff was a plus!

We had brunch here and everything was wonderful! A great menu range and very good value for money. Everything was delicious and wholesome.

We are from Hong Kong and we have the best breakfast experience in Spain here :) the food is surprisingly delicious and the staff and boss are so nice to us!
