Carmina Shoemaker

Hi, my husband bought a pair of shoes from Carmina for my birthday. The people working in the store are very friendly. But it’s only been one year since I got the shoes and they already broke, the sole opened up and also a part on the top broke. I always take care of the shoes and treat them carefully. Nevertheless for such an expensive handmade shoe, this should not happen at all. And especially not after only a year. Very disappointing. The people from the store told us that fixing them would cost 50 euros more. So 400 euro shoes that break after a year and the repairing is not even inclusive? No thanks.

As a collector of some of the fine issues in the world, I was very excited to buy a pair of carmina Whilst I was actually in Mallorca. However all I can say is the staff in the Shopper possibly the rudest staff I have ever encountered anywhere in Spain. They were dismissive completely uninterested in serving us and actually told us there’s nothing for us in store and actually we should just be shopping on the website as a way to get us out of the store. But they don’t know I already have several pairs of their shoes, which I will now be selling As I choose not to support a brand that treats their customers in this way - Horrible experience. Great experience buying a pair of shoes. The sales woman was very kind and helpful. The quality of these shoes are amazing. Way better than designer shoes (Gucci, LV, etc) Worth passing by! Thanks

Great shoes, but the in-store service was pretty terrible this time. The two salesmen were totally indifferent towards me as a client and also towards their brand/concept/shoes! Basically, their answer for everything was "check our website". Why then did I waste my time coming to the store? Sorry, you just lost me as a customer. Fortunately, great alternatives exist.

Been there a second time and now finally had the honor to be helped by Carmina herself to two amazing pairs of Carmina shoes. Lovely place. Great service. Very discreet and calm. What a beautiful experience.

Great place to purchase high quality shoes for both men and women that are made on the island. There is a large selection of styles and the service is top notch with a laid back approach. My wife purchased a pair of horsebit brown suede loafer and had them shipped home - they arrived 3 days after returning from Palma. This is standard stop when in Majorca for us, wonderful experience!

Very nice shoes, hiqh quality and good service

Contrary to some reports that customer service is not good, I would completely disagree. I have visited Carmina stores in Mallorca, Madrid, and Barcelona. The service is faultless, as are the shoes. I have many pairs with some close to ten years old, they get worn daily, and they still look new. I don't know if a better shoe manufacturer exists. The quality, and longevity, is exceptional - as is the customer service. I have recommended Carmina to many friends living outside Spain, all are very happy with the shoes they have received. Of the 10 pairs I have, I cannot complain about a single pair of them.
